what 5 questions would you ask

I'm just curious what questions people would ask Patsy, John & Burke if they had a chance. Here are my 5.

    1. Patsy, this question has two parts - Do you have any explanation for the evidence of previous sexual abuse of JonBenet and if you don’t then what might you think possibly explains what appears to be prior damage to JonBent?

    2. You allege that you woke up between 5:30 & 6:00 the morning of December 26, 1996, and further stated that your make up and dressing would have taken 20-30 minutes. You then did a few chores before going down the stairs and finding the note. Given that information how do you account for the 911 call being placed at 5:52?

    3. What is the last contact you had with JonBenet the night of December 25, 1996?

    4. What is the last contact you had with Burke the night of December 25, 1996?

    5. How do you explain the fibers from your sweater being entwined in the cord that strangled your daughter?

Burke, all of these questions are about Christmas day and the day after Christmas the year your sister was killed.

    1. Burke, what is the last thing you remember seeing the night your sister was killed?

    2. You mother and father say you were not downstairs when they called the police that morning – is that true?

    3. Weren’t you curious about why there were so many police and family friends at your home the morning after Christmas?

    4. Were you and JonBenet ever scolded for playing too rough?

    5. Did JonBenet ever argue with your mother about going to the beauty pageants?

    1. John, why didn’t you tell the police about the open window immediately the morning of December 26, 1996 so they could check for fingerprints or signs of tampering?

    2. John, you said you observed a strange car the morning of December 26, 1996 and said you wondered if that was the person involved in JonBenet’s disappearance. Why did you not immediately inform the police who were downstairs so they could check it out?

    3. John, how could you know for sure that JonBenet had been kidnapped without going into Burke’s room that morning and asking him if he knew where JonBenet was?

    4. John, how could you know that an intruder was not still in your home with JohBenet or had not harmed Burke?

    5. Were you too frightened of a would-be intruder to search your home and make certain they were not still hiding there with your child?

    Perfect Questions, Perfect Thread

I once asked an FBI agent whose a specialist in interrogation what one question he'd ask Patsy.

    His answer:

"What did your daughter say to you right before you killed her?"

when Patsy has her judgement day...

    what were you thinking?

did you really think that i didnt see what you did?

did you really think that you could get away with this???

do you really think jonbenet wants to see you now???

what do you have to say now?
and it better be the TRUTH!!!!

    Excellent!

    Little! I love those questions.

I would ask Burke what his father said to him that day and also in the police station when they were giving non-testimonial evidence. I think John told Burke not to ever say that he was downstairs when the 9-11 call was placed.

One question for John....Why didn't you call Lock-Heed Martin and tell them what happened to your daughter that morning. It was SOP for an exec if terrorists are involved. I am sure LM would have caught on right quick though, that is probably why he didn't call them. One other question for John....Did Patsy always get the kids up that close to departure time? I would think that you would want the kids clean, especially if you were trying to make a good impression on Stewart.

Fed, you got the question I would have asked Patsy. That is the only answer I want from her. Come to think of it, there is another question I would ask Patsy....Why did you do it?

Jameson, this post may not be carried to your "forum" and posted. My words are just that, MINE, not yours. I am sure you are reading our posts, can't you find something better to do with your time, like send more underwear to the cops? Or do we just worry you?

    John,

Why didn't you follow Lockheed protocol for a kidnapping?

    John or Patsy,

    Why is www.friendsforjonbenet.org. off line?

Who filled out the tax forms for the Ramsey Foundation each year?

    John and Patsy,

Have you ever bothered to verify what you were told about the forums in the first conversation you had with Jameson - the very person who ultimately sold you out? (By this I mean verified Jameson's story, not what Susan Stine told you.)

Since you swear you were not involved in JonBenét's murder, how come you are not "in the face" of the BPD every day to make sure they are moving heaven and earth to find your daughter's killer/s?

More great questions. I'm not sure what this one means though. Could you clue me in? (pretty please)

Have you read The Death of Innocence?

In their book, the Ramsey's describe how they met Jameson and heard her story of how she became interested in the case. They also discuss the fact that Susan Stine informed them that the forums existed and that she had "discovered a person named Jameson who was reporting information that was generally factual and correct."

My question to them pertains to the story Jameson gave them about her own involvement on the forums.

I am curious if they ever investigated Jameson's story or just swallowed it "hook, line and sinker."

    OK, here's my favorite

for both John and Patsy. Why did you call all your friends over that morning when the ransom note specifically said not to even mention it "to a dog" or some such.

Every time this kind of thread comes along I bring this item up. I guess it completely blows me away that they did this. I really can't fathom why all the people should be in that house esp at that time when you are waiting for a phone call from the kidnappers. (of course we know differently)

And for John, what did you do down in that basement the first time you went down there? Tell the truth now.

Thank you J R. I honestly find that an even more interesting question now. I have wondered how in the world all that came about. I did read the S S was the one who hooked them up and to tell you the truth it just seems like it's just too much of a coincidence - there are many things in this case that are just too much of a coincidence though. I personally don't feel that the BPD was not experienced in investigating murder as much as they were inexperienced in knowing how to detect the type of personalities involved.

As far as their relationships go - wouldn't you love to be a fly on the wall if they all go into the self-preservation mode at the same time?

    zoomama, good questions too.

Maybe the only answer they can ever give is "because we were covering up a crime". It would cover a lot of ground.

I find it very interesting that you have two people who profess that an intruder (perhaps a total stranger?) murdered their child and yet, they hook up with a complete stranger they meet through the Internet. *Under that these circumstances a family would have to be very naive (or totally nuts) to allow a total stranger into their lives, especially if they did not investigate this person's background first. I also can't believe that their attorney's would not have a conniption fit and insist that a thorough background investigation be done. JMH&CPO

*Of course this presumes innocence. I just find it very odd and would like to know if they did an investigation.

    my questions

    1. The biggie for me has already been mentioned...John, why didn't you follow LM protocol when you realized JonBenet wasn't in the house? Why did you instead allow your wife to call all those people to the house, when the ransom note specifically told you to tell no one.

    2. For both John and Patsy - when you realized that your baby girl was missing, presumably because a stranger had snuck into your house during the night hours..why didn't you wake Burke up to check and make absolutely certain he was OK and to see if he heard or saw anything? I mean, comeon, this is your little girl and now she's been snatched away from you in your own home! Shouldn't you be jumping at ANY chance to see if there's a clue to her disappearance???? And shouldn't you be very, very, very, concerned about your other young child? What if he's been beheaded in his bed??? How could you not have that parental instinct to want to touch him, and hold him close???

    3. And on the subject of Burke....how could you just let him go off with other people? Weren't you terrified that horrible murdering stranger might go after him next?

    4. Patsy, you profess Christianity. Perhaps you've even asked God to forgive you for your part in JonBenet's death, in the privacy of your own prayer closet. But, how can you reconcile your behaviors of deliberately accusing innocent people to throw authorities off your trail? You and John have slandered people like Santa Bill and others in your books and appearances....how can you live with yourself for lying like that and ruining innocent people's lives?????

    5. For both Patsy and John - Do you two fear Burke growing of age and moving out on his own? Will you worry every day of what he might say and remember and talk about from that awful Christmas night. I would.

Oh and a bonus question for Melinda:

You have your own precious child now. Do you ever watch Gramma and Granpa Ramsey with this baby and wonder what part they might've had in the murder of your stepsister, JonBenet? When you see John and Patsy (particularly Patsy) interacting with your baby boy, does it ever come to your mind...and do you wish you knew what really happened? Or do you?????

#4 is an issue I've thought a lot about.

I'm a Christian myself, and I know that God does forgive us for any sin. They're all the same to him. So, Patsy could've prayed for forgiveness, with a truly repentant heart, and I believe God would forgive her completely.

But, here's the tricky part. One part of repentance says that we won't do that again...we truly strive to turn away from that sin.

OK, I don't think Patsy has killed any other little girls since that night, so she's got that covered.

But, the Bible also says that a truly repentant heart will cause us to seek amends here on Earth too. That we have to confess our sins before man and before God.

Which means that if Patsy were to "do it right" she'd have been better off admitting her part in JonBenet's death and letting a jury or judge decide what to do with her, based on all the honest facts of what happened that night.

I could almost get by Patsy not having the nerve to admit to her part in the murder, but when she moves from there to actively slandering and casting blame on innocent people, I can't fathom God taking her confession and repentance as being sincere.

And more than that, I honestly can't see how this woman can live with herself, KNOWING that sickly Santa Bill (and I use him as an illustration cause I'm too lazy to think of the other's names), did nothing but love JonBenet and try to bring Christmas joy and wonder to her little girl world. And for that sweet service he offered, Patsy served him up as a Sacrificial (rack of) Lamb to take on her guilt.

I don't mean to be Patsy's judge. That's not my place and I have enough stuff in my own life to worry about without playing God with Patsy.

But the fact is, her cancer is back and it sounds terminal. I wonder if she spends her days worrying about that final Judgement Day...which may well be coming soon.

    I like...

The question for Melinda also. However, I don't think that she has as much to worry about with her baby boy than she would if her baby was a girl. I am sure if the baby were a girl, Patsy would have her in pageants already. I would like to know what Melinda knows though.

Also, and interesting question about Burke. I am sure he remembers more about that night than anyone knows, and someday it is going to come out.
