I wonder whatever happened to CommonSense â€“ both the poster and the concept. CS was one of the best posters on JW.

The fact is, if the Ramseys met MW, and from what the editorial says, it seems they did indeed meet, the link to the methodology of the garrotte, and knowledge thereof can at last be established. A provable link between the Ramseys and MW through FW nails the Ramseys by matching a rare stranglulation technigue.

Irregardless, if it can be proven that the Ramseys had knowledge of the use of a garrotte on little girls by men with perverted, sadistic minds, its not hard to see how the pedophile/intruder scenario came into being. Add to that the movie, Ransom, (on cable that very night); and the

.A California woman who claims to have been sexually assaulted as a child by a group that included people connected to the JonBenet Ramsey murder case...but her allegations have apparently not changed the focus of the investigation.

**The people who assaulted her are connected to the JBR murder case, not relatives or friends of those connected to the JBR murder case.

**If that is the case, why then did they also say:

**Her story is either connected to the JBR murder investigation, or it's not. For the BPD to seek to sit on both sides of the fence, IMO, means what she has told them is pertinent, but her abusers are not the killers of JBR. Well, we kinda guessed that much.

Not following up leads with investigation and interviews is the last thing the BPD can afford to be accused of. It smacks of cronyism, corruption and coverup.

Ã˜ Police also declined her offer to show them evidence, including a card sent to her the same week she came forward with her allegations.

**Duh, it was a Valentine's Day card sent two weeks late. No matter what the message,that MW was contacted by her abusers while in hiding is an overt threat. That the BPD played a part in confirming the whereabouts of MW when she was reported missing by her family is damning in and of itself.

mentioned which was presented prior to JB's murder was her claim that she was sexually abused as a child and throughout her life up to the very recent past.

RS: It is not public knowledge as to when she made the claim that the abuse she suffered resembled what was done to JB,i.e. the blow on the head, the strangulation, etc.

[**Well, according to her therapist, reports were made about the exact nature of her abuse, meaning the head blow, the rope around the neck, etc. before JonBenet Ramsey was even born. That's right, she detailed this type of abuse before JonBenet ever lived, and well before she, JBR, died.

RS: When Mame took her in, she was suffering from various physical complaints such as veneral disease(s) and an injury to her lower back. She claimed the back injury was the result of a stun gun attack which occurred during her most recent sexual assault.

RS: She claims that a young child was taken to Boulder during the Christmas holidays in 1996 for the purpose of sexual assault.

[** Just to show you I'm not a rabid rumormonger, I'll disagree...MW said 'she was concerned for the well-being of her niece', leading one to infer that sexual abuse may be the nature of her concern. But she never stated, at least to my recollection, that the child was brought to Boulder for the purpose of sexual assault in Dec.1996.]

RS: She claims this child is now in Europe, possibly Germany. She claims that the child was at the White home sometime during this period. It is not known when she made this claim, prior to or after JB's death.

[**RS, you attribute rumors such as the reports of the niece's whereabouts (being in Germany) to MW. I don't think that came from MW; I believe that came from a BPD or FBI comment that allegations were being pursued 'abroad' with the help of 'international authorities', i.e. Interpol. But I may be wrong.] â€¦.

RS: When she was a teenager, she was responsible for the prosecution of one Macky Boykin for raping her. It is not known if, at that time, she reported the sexual abuse to which she was subjected from childhood. It appears that she has claimed that she knows of other children who were sexually abused during her childhood sexual abuse.
Whether or not she has named these children is unknown.

[** All we know is she testified against Boykin, it reportedly took three trials, but he was convicted and served short time on 64 or so counts of felonious and/or misdemeanor criminal offenses. What they were, we do not know. MW herself may not have reported him; a teacher, a physician, a friend's parent, or a social service agency may have befriended MW and urged her to confront her abuse. That she was able to provide enough
evidence for 64 counts against Boykin, (and these were charges she, MW, substantiated) tells me that she was a very credible and intelligent witness who had excellent recall. That she did not implicate any other abusers at that time is simply, to me, a sign that she felt unsafe, and in fact, was unsafe, as evidenced by the fact her family gave Boykin her whereabouts when he was released at the end of his term in prison.

RS: Her therapist claims to have received two or three telephone messages which were left on her answering machine
which she considers to be threats. They were played on Mame and BJ's internet broadcast. They did not sound threatening to me, but perhaps that's open to interpretation. The voices sounded to me as if they were very old people.

[Old or young, a voice which utters a threat aginst another person is still a threat. If there were 'enforcers' who would make good on these threats, you can bet they are not elderly. The point is, MW was warned not to continue to divulge secret 'family business'. The implication was that serious harm would come to her and those she relied on for support, if she continued to talk.]

RS: It is my opinion that this unfortunate woman has interjected
herself into the investigation of the murder of JBR and has no connection whatsoever with the Ramseys or the White, Jrs.
I do not know what her motive is, but we all know
that there are people who do this sort of thing all the time.

[**You gave your opinion, now I'll give mine: this woman came forward after carrying a burden for years and years, a burden she carries to this day. She will never be free; she will never trust another man and be free to engage in a healthy sexual relationship.

She has struggled for years to become a person who felt good about herself and had to overcome many obstacles of a re-occurring nature. In spite of her past, she persevered and found a life which brought her some measure of happiness and fullfillment. At some point in time, she became aware that the murder of JonBenet Ramsey, of Boulder, CO, had incidentally become a national scandal. She may have seen tabloids in the market where she shopped, but ignored the lurid covers and stories within.

However, when she saw a TV news broadcast which featured John Ramsey answering questions posed by Lee Hill concerning a man named Fleet White, of Boulder, CO, she became agitated and anxious. She knew Fleet White's family! She had been discussing these issues for years with her therapist. She was riveted to the screen for the remainder of the interview and vowed to bring it up in her next therapy session. She discussed with her therapist what the impact of what she had suffered would mean to those interested in solving JBR's murder and wondered if she could trust Lee Hill to act as her spokesperson.

Her therapist checked him out and told her to go ahead and contact him if she felt strong enough to withstand the police interrogation, which would be humiliating and emotionally painful.
She contacted Hill and he met with her in CA and videotaped what she had assembled as 'proof' of her abuse along the way. He urged her to come to CO and made plans to meet with her and officials at the BPD or DA's office.

It's time for MW to think about releasing her info, as much or as little as she wishes, to the media, whether through BJ and Mame on an internet broadcast, through an investigative show like 20/20, or through Lee Hill.

Let us know! There are enough brains and sleuths here at JW to equal if not surpass what the BPD accomplished, not that what they accomplished is so very much.

How a woman who is apparently credible to Lee Hil and Mame has been ultimately brushed off by the BPD is nothing short of yet another instance of justice failed.

I'm not satisfied that 'a full and complete investigation' ever took place. And my cynicism about the ability of the BPD to do such a full and complete investigation has been confirmed.

I trust the people here at JW more than the BPD! When and only when our on-board sleuths can say there's nothing there will I believe it. I would love to have the privilege of hearing MW speak directly of her story and her allegations with Mameâ€¦.

So far we know that Bridget was being warned, intimidated, however you wish to call it, during the time frame 2-00 through 5-00, by this former poster...whose name is not as important as his agenda...through her family in CA.

Before Bridget ever came out and contacted Lee Hill, this poster was active on the internet JBR forums, and tried to push the BDI theory. He sent a not-too-subtle threat in an e-mail which referred the addressee as being an 'obstacle in my path' and went on to say 'lives are in danger'. He defended Bill Ritter and sent veiled threats to posters who criticized him. He liked the forum members BR+JR/PR coverup theory and hinted to them
they could influence the GJ if they consented to meet with his 'contact'.

He wanted to meet especially with CensusGrrl to see her photos of JBR's neck. He claimed to have connections to the BPD in the early posts...and in recent warnings received by Bridget, she was told of 'BPD connections'.

After Bridget appeared, her family passed along messages from him advising her not to come to Boulder...(from mame's interview) there were threats made that she would go to prison for filing a false report. And, it now comes out that he is related to Bridget. â€¦

If this case is ever solved, i know you will have played a huge part in it. To those who doubt MW and her allegations, I can only say, time will tellâ€¦ I just hope the FBI can put it together and get the job done right. If they don't, thank God for you, Mame, I know you won't stop until MW has received some measure of justice.
I believe the Witness's allegations received less than a full and complete investigation by the BPD. So while some will say that she was investigated and they found no connection, I feel quite the opposite. Mame is right: there is something rotten in Boulder, and the police aren't doing their job.

Nobody should have to wonder if they will be treated fairly if they come forward with as much case-related evidence as MW did.

Yes, Mark Beckner said Fleet White was cleared of the murder of JBR - that does not mean cleared no matter what comes up in the FBI investigation. Mark Beckner did NOT clear Fleet White of involvement in a sex ring, however. He did not clear Fleet White of allegations made by MW. He did not say there would never be charges filed against Fleet White, or that Fleet White is an unsung hero. He indicated that based on what they know now, FW is not a suspect in the JBR murder.

Just a short note here, while Iâ€™m ROFL. Mouthy99 also uses a negative to prove a positive. Because Beckner didnâ€™t say FW was cleared of sex ring charges, that proved to her somehow he was guilty. What the genius M99 failed to realize was that FW was never even close to being charged of being in a sex ring by anyone, so exactly what was Beckner supposed to say? Oh, by the way, for mameslug, mouthy99, holly, morganism, and all the rest of you mamebots â€“ Whiteâ€™s never been anywhere near this bimbo MW, there is no sex ring, bimbo was never abused by any sex ring.

And, oh, BTW, the mameslug and her bots raved for months about the (non-existent) FBI investigation. When Candy at CS posted her letter from an FBI representative stating there was and had been no investigation into Krebs, morgasm went into full attack mode, calling Candy everything but nice, trying to discredit Candy by using her sister Holly as a reference to how a â€œrealâ€ FBI letter looks. Talk about being paranoid â€“ M99 was convinced we were all trolls who patrol the Internet for the expressed purpose of disrupting debate on MW. Good Gawd, does it get any more bizarre than this? M99 knows when sheâ€™s being â€œprogrammed,â€ too. I would agree with that â€“ the mameslug had been programming her all along â€“ she had plenty of experience.

Seems like a lot of long-time posters are becoming absolutely, irrationally, exclusively focused on trashing MW and anyone who supports her or believes her.

Even though I never met her, the reaction to her story by certain long-time posters has been so hate-filled, so much of a personality change form the poster we though we knew - it just re-inforces my suspicions that there are people who are scared of her and what she says, because it's the truth.

Their venom has just convinced me more than ever they are manipulators, real 'plants', whose purpose has been to co-exist with us peacefully for three years to monitor the forums - just waiting for the day when their brand of 'damage control' would be needed.

Look at the number of 'W's, 'B's, and 'K's out there who would prefer this story go away forever.
Isn't it logical many of them monitor these forums and participate?

No, they are not newbies, they have been here and earned your respect when they blasted Alex Hunter.

Until MW came forward, they were no different than you or I.
Since MW, they are characterized by their extreme cruelty toward MW and her allegations.

It's a small, extremely vicous group that's has shown a dramatic personality change. RonS and BobC in particular.
They have convinced me more than ever she, MW, is telling the truth - just because they are so afraid of her - and any and all debate concerning Fleet White.

That's an interesting idea, that the niece had been told what happened to JB and thought it might happen to her, too.
But it doesn't cover all the bases...why did she become so hysterical she tried to jump from a moving car, when she was with 'Bridget'? What if the guest from CA was at the RAMSEY perty the 23rd? Could that guest have seen the Barbie nightgown in the Ramsey home? I'm sure PR showed off all the rooms of the home to the guests.

Remember JR could not remember ANY of the people at their party the 23rd in his deposition? Not even the Stines. That, to me, means the guests from CA were there and he won't or can't, admit it.

Do you think one of the guests may have seen the nightgown on the 23rd and then abused/molested JB (the 911 call) because the nightgown evoked strong memory associations of molestation?

I'm with lee2, Holly and yes, lake(!) on Fleet White. He gives me a case of the cold clammies when I think of his behind-the-scenes clout and how he put it to use. He's been labelled 'morally corrupt' by Mark Beckner well before MW stepped forward...so I ASSUME they had good reason to launch such a pointed put-down at the man who positioned himself as a 'seeker of
justice.'

The Fleet White so many JBR case followers THINK they know is a
sham...like the Wizard of Oz. A big man, physically, a powerful and intimidating man who made Hunter uncomfortable, a man with a short fuse when approached, a man who wants to be left alone...and will stop at nothing to remain that way.

Where is Fleet White now that the case is all but shelved? Campaigning for Ben Thompson? Speaking out against the Ramseys and Smit? Taking the quest for justice to the public on LKL? Hardly. Fleet White has gone from speaking out to the People of Colorado in an open letter, to speaking to nobody at all.

The excuse that the charges made against him are too ludicrous to dignify with a response is wearing thin.
For Beckner to launch that personally directed barb is significant. We need to be objective about FW. Apparently he is tarnished or tainted in some way or that comment would have set off a flurry of indignant letters to the 'People of Colorado.'

It's clear to me that White had an agenda from Day 1 -- to have the BPD clear him. Why 18 interviews, at his insistence?? Why did he need 'crib notes' before he was re-interviewed?

Why did he refuse to appear before the GJ -- if Justice for JBR was his goal, isn't the GJ the perfect opportunity to give confidential testimony? That White has two young children means little to me. ..

IMO, when the BPD pulled him in for his expired car insurance, it
wasn't just a matter of a motor vehicle violation. It was an excuse to run a records check on him, to invade his space, to access his life history in a way that wouldn't be justified otherwise.

True, no charges have been filed...but the investigation is ongoing. The deeper the manure, the longer it takes! Bring to mind Hercules cleaning the Aegean stables...deep chit for Fleet White.

Yes, the past will come back to bite him in a bad way. No murder of JBR, maybe, but some very unpleasant business, some sordid deeds will come to light. When his true nature is revealed, will we be surprised?

In several posts, M99 refers to Becknerâ€™s (stupid and unfortunate) remark about Whiteâ€™s being â€œmorally corrupt.â€ The term used by Beckner was â€œmorally empty,â€ and Iâ€™m not sure but I think it referred to Whiteâ€™s refusal to testify unless he was given his previous statements the same way the Ramseys were allowed to get their previous statements. I think it was an issue of principle for the Whites. Beckner was a stupid a$s for saying what he did, but the mameslug and her bots picked it up and not only ran with it, they embellished it into â€œmorally corruptâ€ and twisted it to use in many posts against FW. To this day, morganism still refers to those libelous (yes, I think Beckner libeled FW with those words) words on another forum. Itâ€™s true desperation when someone has to keep referring to two words used years ago, taken out of context and wrongly used by a police chief, to keep up the attack against FW. It is also blatantly obvious they are desperate.

After using the term, â€œmorally corrupt,â€ 99 now changes the term to itâ€™s correct version, â€œmorally empty.â€

Fleet White just can't be the so-called star witness for the prosecution if he's a sexual abuser of little girls.
The comment by Mark Beckner that Fleet White is 'morally empty' is not consistent with praise for a so-called star witness's 'hero' status.

Read between the lines of the BPD press release at the conclusion of the MW investigation: the Ramseys aren't in a sex ring and Fleet White didn't kill JBR.

It's what's left unsaid that tells the story. It's no accident that the
sentence was carefully split into two separate clauses and no accident that if both negatives applied to either the Ramseys or the Whites, it would have been worded differently.

By turning the case over to the FBI and making that carefully worded statement, in addition to the previous statement that White is 'morally empty', it's clear that Fleet White just isn't the hero so many thought he was, nor is he the star witness the BPD positioned him to be. â€¦

Ginja, JW has always set the standard (when we're not kidding around!) for objectivity when it comes to the Ramseys. Now we need to focus on how Thomas, Eller and White have pushed their own agendas and let's try to figure out what each had to gain by doing so.

If White has/had connections in the BPD, my guess is that Eller and Thomas served that purpose until their departure.
Thomas left when it became clear he couldn't influence the direction of the investigation from the inside any longer.
Eller left when his glaring mistakes were intolerable to the majority of officers under his command.

White wrote numerous letters railing against the DA, who didn't move fast enough on Thomas's Patsy-did-it-over-bedwetting theory. Hunter plodded along, stretching out the waiting game and thus trying Fleet White's patience.

Hunter always thought that porn, sexual abuse and more than one perp were behind the murder; everything Thomas stayed clear of in his theory.

Dare I say that like the Ramseys, where Steve Thomas points is the opposite of the truth?

My thoughts exactly. She has been trashed by so-called truthseekers who can't or won't accept her story, because they 'lack sufficient facts' to process it.
It's not a shortage of information, because the dots are there for anyone to connect.

Why can't certain posters suspend judgement on her morals and motives while the investigation is ongoing?

Fleet White has enjoyed 3+ years of hero status and never proved a thing. Why the double standard? I have a feeling even if she took an FBI polygraph and backed up her story
with photos, artifacts, medical records, etc., posters here who don't believe her now would still be questioning her credibility, or saying she has nothing to contribute to this case.

Ultimately, our choice to extend credibility to a man who is a mystery by his own design and refuse to extend that same measure of credibility to a victim who risked everything, including her life, is a reflection of the sad state of our society's attitude to sexualabuse survivors in general.

There will never be enough 'proof' to satisfy those whose minds are already made up to reject shocking allegations. Thats what enables these people to perpetrate their evil for generations without being stopped. Victims do report; but nobody believes them.

This is WHY the case against the Ramseys will fail if White is not the hero the BPD wanted him to be.
1. He refused to talk to the investigators if not given the previous interview transcripts beforehand.
2. He wrote frequent letters protesting the delay in having the Ramseys arrested.
3. He has no visibility in the real world or the Internet world (except in ref. to JBR), yet is a millionaire.
4. He threatened a reporter and intimidated others who were targets of his anger.
5. He made dubious phone calls two days before Christmas for urgent delivery of medical supplies, to his mother, who was under the care of a doctor, then --
6. Went to the airport on pretense of dropping off medical supplies to be flown in and picked up in Aspen by an unknown person.
7. Was accompanied by the CA guests, who came to the Ramsey party without their wife/girlfriend, for this airport 'run', which was so urgent he left the Ramseys party at the drop of a hat.
8. He currently seems to have two names which share the same Social Security number-I could publish the info but why bother, it's true.
9. All personal details of White's life are banished from print publications (most significantly PMPT, ITRI): where he was born, raised, educated, military service, etc.
10. He is the son of the godfather of the mother of MW.
11. His daughter disappeared and was found hiding, after a frantic search, a call to the Ramseys, and a police response, in a cupboard in the White home. She is alleged to have been naked.
12. He touched the broken glass at the crime scene, moved the suitcase, touched the duct tape, and generally contaminated the evidence as much as JR himself.
13. Looked into the windowless room where JonBenet was found, but claims not to have seen her. If he had anything to do with JBR's death, he would not want to be the one to discover the body. And it did smell bad.
14. Had a violent argument in Atlanta with JR, some say it involved a gun, other reports say it involved using his hands around a persons neck, but in any event, police were called, reports disappeared, and it was denied completely by JR and FW later on.
15. Still 'friends' according to JR's deposition, yet they do not speak.
16. Dressed as Santa Claus for JonBenet that fatal Christmas, at the White Christmas party, according to DOI and press release from TNP.
17. In Atlanta, Priscilla White was heard to say, "We know things you don't know", a cryptic statement if not incriminating. Why have they not shared what they know if it would help to further justice? If they did share it, why is the crime still unsolved?
18. FW was considered for arrest on charges of obstruction of justice because he stonewalled the investigators. Alex Hunter also had a feeling of danger about White, why is that?
19. A MW relative, Tal Jones, who has close ties to the Whites also, attempted to interfere with the Grand Jury and alluded to a 'connection' in the BPD. Could have been Haney, might have been Thomas.
20. Has been silent on the MW allegations while the Ramseys, who could be exonerated by those allegations, if they're not also involved, have also remained silent.
21. Changed 6-year-old JonBenets underwear, helped her in the bathroom, which should be cause for deep concern about the propriety of such behavior or the free license given by the Ramseys to do so.
22. Wrote numerous long letters to the People of Colorado, Gov. of Colorado, newspapers, and visited the BPD 18 times to ask that he be cleared.

overlook their own devotion to whatever pet theory they subscribe to, and the intolerance for other POV's such name-calling implies.

Holly is one of the finest posters at JW. She is being accused of libel for posting a question. I've been called a liar and a troll. Darby presented a possible theory and was met with pathetic babbling. Mame, Morgan, Darby and Holly have been thrown under the bus driven by the flamers.

Of course, the impetus for the article may have been Hill's representation of the woman in her conferences with the BPD. Shortly thereafter, a month or so later, another brief mention of Hill was made in an CO news article entitled approximately, "Packing Heat", in which the number of lawfully owned and carried handguns in Boulder County was discussed.
Hill apparently carried a 357. on his person as I recall. I remember this because I was wondering if the purpose of him sharing that info in person with a journalist was to 'put on notice' anyone who may have been threatening him or his clientâ€¦.

First of all, I never thought Slinky was malicious until it dawned on me that all these lies were a way of gaining people's trust and sympathy.

Apparently she emailed many posters, and probably learned a lot about them in RL, like phone numbers, they wouldn't have put on the forum.

Putting trackers in emails, collecting bits of info about people, makes me wonder WHY if not to stalk or harrass. I now wonder if the point was to collect info on Nancy supporters to forward to FW. Certain people were only too happy to announce this was done. Whether that is true or not, it has made it that much harder to trust each other.

[I think what was done went far beyond funny or harmless. It was downright evil. Janphi made life changes, as someone pointed out, all as a result of what was said in private to her by Slithery Slinky. Janphi would not get paranoid for no reason. There are a lot of dark, evil things and people involved in theis case, and we may think we know, but we don't know, exactly who or what the entity called 'Slinky' really is. That's what freaked out Janphi, I suspect.]

So as far as 'outing' the other hats, I'm all for it. However, if we accuse each other based on things like, 'you reported you were vey ill, you must be Slinky' I think that would not be too helpful. I know the comparisions between Fleet White's behavior and John Ramsey's behavior drew heat before, but this whole incident is remniscent of the ongoing manipulation of the public's focus
perpetrated by the Ramseys over the years since the murder.
I often think both the Ramseys and Whites agendas can be compared to burning a candle at both ends...in many ways.
There was no doubt in my mind after seeing this thread that there is a White agenda, and it prefers to work in the background, while remaining out of sight.

Only the most devout White fans could think he has no personal
agenda, IMO, after this latest expose. What would motivate a person to slash and attack an abuse victim as a liar without 'proof'?

Needless to say, if there was 'proof' Nancy was a liar, taking that

Exactly, fly. She had several 'themes' running at once and to me it

Fly, my take on this is that A.K. set out to set off a flame war and
succeeded. She injected so much B.S. of her own making while

Many threads are lost in cyberspace due to the disruption of the

My interpretation of Nk's use of 'might' is not indication of her confusion over who abused her, it is an attempt to limit the public finger-pointing to 'the White family'.

Read between the lines...'men' abused her...only three White family males known ... only two are of an age to have abused her before JBR was born.

The answer is there, there is no need to spell it out. It's called discreetly acknowledging something while making the reader/listener do the math.

Then after 11 weeks of investigation and pi**ing away tens of thousands of taxpayer dollars, the BPD confirmed EVERY DETAIL of Gwen's story that they had been told a week before the public slander started.

I want to add two more individuals to your list of players in Krebscam: Denver/Digerati/+++ and Gsquared/Closer2/+++. Both these women posted outragous allegations about me and my family.

All of these individuals are guilty of manipulating a person (nancy)who was obviously mentally ill for WHAT?

My problem there is, I've got posts from JW while the FW/NK crap was going on. Digerati, who was Denver at JW, didn't post much about it at FW, and Closer2 wasn't allowed to post at JW. They had a secret forum where the bunch of them posted. Other forums they may have posted on, I didn't frequent, so I don't have those posts.

I'll bet someone does, though.
