Lovely Pigeon at CS is claiming that it was the Ramseys' investigators who collected the package of unworn underwear after the BPD crime scene investigators finished their work and released the Ramseys' home. I have never heard this before, has anyone? It's always been my understanding that the underwear was collected by the BPD. Now I'm hearing it was the Ramseys' investigators who turned the underwear over to Hadden et al who turned it over to Lin Wood who turned it over to Brennen. Does anyone know anything about this?
I have never heard this. If this is true then the chain of custody is all screwed up and would never stand up in court IMO.
