Conspiracy Vs Stupidity

After a long and thorough study of the Ramsey case and all that
surrounds it, I have come to the conclusion there is an ongoing
conspiracy accounting for what we see. I reluctantly arrive at
this conclusion, but am obliged to do so by default. It is not
possible that so many can be so stupid. Ergo, there is
necessarily a gigantic conspiracy involving many persons. Not
surprisingly, it’s the old standard motivation, attention and
    money.

The Ramseys have constantly complained that the BPD focused only
on them as suspects. This is a lie although evidence says THEY
are the only viable suspects. Beginning at the beginning, the
Ramsey crime scene of all material evidence localized, including
a bogus ransom note and staged kidnaping\murder scene, dictated
the parameters of the investigation and called for immediate
isolation of suspects to those with ability and opportunity,
i.e., the Ramseys. Although obvious and irrefutable, it didn’t
    happen. Why not?

Had there occurred what was dictated by the evidence, the case in
terms of interest and activity would have been very limited.
However, if the evidence is ignored, allowing speculation without
limitation, the potential media profit from the extravaganza is
practically without limit. So, began the conspiracy including LE,
media moguls, et al. The objective was and is to keep it going
and keep on raking in the money.

They missed the truth boat the first day, but many more
opportunities to quickly close the case followed. All have been
missed, including the one on Jan. 1, 1997 and the CNN interview.

CABELL: Mrs. Ramsey -- you found the note. Was it a handwritten
    note, three pages?

    RAMSEY, P: I didn't -- I couldn't read the whole thing And I --
you know, it just was -- it just wasn't registering, and I -- I
may have gotten through another sentence.â€

Six days before saying she read only the first few lines of the
ransom note, Patsy, without hesitation, gave the 911 operator the
ending of the note. Just how much smarts does it take to
immediately grasp that if on the morning of the call she read
only the first few sentences, yet gave the 911 operator the
ending, Ms. Patsy is not telling it like it is.

This narrows down to Patsy knowing note content BEFORE the call,
or reading it DURING the call. There are no other options. After
Patsy became aware of the on-record, serious blunder, she claims
to have read parts of the note while making the 911 call with
said note spread out under John on all fours, and in a dimly lit
hallway. This is her “explanation of how she knew the ending and
gave it to the 911 operator.

I seriously doubt that anyone could read the note from a standing
position right over top of it and in the bright light. Patsy’s
claim that while making the 911 call, she read parts of the note
as is lay spread out in a dimly lit hallway with John hunched
over it is a flat out lie. Not only that, it is a lie easily
proven to be a lie by having Patsy try to demonstrate exactly how
she pulled off the reading miracle. Yet, no one in LE or the
    media asked, or requested.

Are we talking rocket science complexity, or elementary school,
investigation 101 level? Even giving benefit of doubt and
allowing Patsy lots of latitude for set up of the demonstration,
no way will she be able to read the note even without
distraction, let alone while making the 911 call; and without any
break in the rhythm of the exchange with the 911 operator.

Her “explanation†is just plain ludicrous. It is impossible to
validate. By the elementary process of eliminating the
impossible, when Patsy gave the 911 operator SBTC, Victory, at
the end of the note, SHE ADMITTED she was familiar with the note
other than the first few sentences and BEFORE she made the 911
call. Try fitting this fact into an intruder theory!

If Patsy would like to try to refute this, I look forward to her
providing this visual demonstration that would send jealous
eagles rushing to an optometrist. Indeed, if she will publicly
perform this outstanding feat for me and the rest of the world, I
will apologize for my error and become the Ramseys’ most staunch
supporter. If not, I’ll stay the course.

Is anyone in LE, or the media going to request this
demonstration? Of course not. This would end the conspiracy and
media gravy train. Same option: Stupidity? Conspiracy?

So on and on it goes with more nonsense and more crockumentaries.
As you all know, there are many more examples similar to the
above, but one speaks for all. Do you see why I have to go with
the conspiracy notion? If they were really as stupid as they
appear, they wouldn’t be smart enough to keep the BS out of range
of questions that would end the conspiracy post haste.

Still, given the mentality of which I speak, perhaps a disclaimer
is in order lest they make “ intruder evidence†out of my theory.
No, I do not actually believe there was or is a conspiracy. I use
this as a vehicle by which to make an important point: Stupidity
rules the day, nay, not the day; in the Ramsey case, it has ruled
for over seven years and shows no signs of letting up.

Isn't it absurd, Easy? I mean absolutely absurd that anybody but the Ramseys were involved in killing of their daughter. Now we have the "real killer" Bootman, only the DNA isn't his nor does the bootprint match, but there is another accomplice "on the run?" This is some of the dumbest :(:(:(:( I have ever heard.

The closest thing to a parallel that I can think of took place a
few years ago in a town in Texas as I recall. I won’t go to the
trouble of digging through my files for all the details, but do
recall the jist of the situation.

A young girl was missing. A rumor started that she was abducted
and murdered by a Satanic Cult. Cult “experts†were called in to
“investigate.†Innocent parents were accused of being part of the
alleged cult and accused of abusing their children. The officer
who had been involved in the investigation was accused of
participating in the alleged ritual murder and relieved of his
job. Many lives were upset and\or ruined by the insanity.

The situation finally got so crazy and chaotic, some real
investigators were called in. They were unable to find a single
item of physical evidence to support any of the bizarre claims.
When the leader of the “cult experts†was confronted with this
fact, he took this as “proof†of his beliefs and justification
for all the accusations he had made. I may not recall his exact
words, but this is close: “They are master Satanist. The fact
they left no evidence is proof of their existence.â€

Does this kind of “thinking†make you shudder, or what? It’s the
same kind of “thinking†that keeps the intruder myth going.
Aside from “intruder evidence†being manufactured just like in
the alleged satanic cult situation, there is another ominous
    parallel:

JR: I think it is. I mean if this person is that bizarrely clever
to have not left any good evidence, but left all these little
funny clues around, they...are clever enough to pull the chair
    back when they left.

Evidence is evidence. The terms, good\bad, are meaningless in the
context. So, John is saying that the fact there is no evidence is
    proof of an intruder.

While John is saying there is no evidence of an intruder, via his
attorney and suit against Fox News, he is claiming the exact
opposite. Yet, no one seems to notice any more than they notice
that when Patsy gave the 911 operator the ending of the note, for
all practical purposes, she tendered a confession.

It's been a real effort for me NOT to believe that everyone in Boulder must be totally stupid, because of what we've seen in real evidence to prove they are. I know Fleet and Priscilla White are not stupid, and I know Spade is not stupid. Otherwise, all we have to go on are the DA's office and Mary dumberthanarock Suma, aka mame/maddie. The DA's office should be representative of the more intelligent of Boulder, and, if that is the case, it doesn't look good for the general population there.

I guess in inclusive societies such as Boulder, there's a lot of intermarrying and such - stupidity breeds stupidity. Sad, but true.

In the latest song and dance is the Helgoth\accomplice angle. The
accomplice is really the kind of intruder evidence the RST likes:
Missing. I can’t help but wonder why they didn’t create 10
missing accomplices. Wouldn’t that give them ten times as much
    evidence of an intruder?

Being on the interenet is scary. What I've learned so far about people is that most believe what they want to believe--facts don't matter. Americans can no longer seperate reality from cheap TV scripts. These satanic cult rumors seem to fly in every high profile murder case--but how many murders actually turn out to be done by satanists? Almost none. But it sounds all interesting and all Hollywood--unfortunately it's bullsmit.

Bob, you and I are in the same camp on what has happened to the justice system in this country. It could be that it's always been this way, and we are only now finding out just how bad it's been. It is a travesty and it isn't working the way it was meant to work. It's not about justice, anymore. It's not about whether someone committed a terrible crime and the evidence that is there to prove it. It's about how much defense lawyers can keep out of the record, technicalities, who can afford the most savvy defense lawyers and who can't, who knows whom and the ever present good old boy system, and who has the most influence and power. It's about judges like Judge Lance Ito who don't control their courtroom or who control it too much.

Civil rights is a great concept, but that concept has been used all too often to get some skank rapist or murderer off, often at the cost of another victim when the skank rapist or murderer who has been gotten off rapes or murders again.

And, oh, that stupidity thing in Boulder? It's not just Boulder. Stupidity is rampant throughout this country. We need a few more stupid reality shows on TV. That ought to help.

I am as cynical as they come when it comes to "justice for all." That is just so much BS.

My personal files of personal involvement confirm this many times over. The legal system is a sick joke. In my book, the likes of Mary Keenan, some lawyers and judges I know, are worse than an armed bandit robbing a convenience store. As much as I hate thieves, at least he is honest about it. That puts him one up on most in the LE system.

Yes, WY, it has always been like this. It just that many are seeing it for the first time via the Ramsey case.

Kelly Dae Wilson has been missing since 1/5/92. She was living in Gilmer, Texas. I imagine this is who you are thinking of. It was on Dateline recently.

In Cass County, Texas, there have been two Butts triple homicides - one in 1973 and one in 1992. The two families were not related. No one was prosecuted for either triple homicide, altho arrests were made in both cases. The same district attorney, Neil Birmingham, was in office during those years. EasyWriter, have you ever, in all your reading, run across these cases?

What frightens me, Delmar is the brazeness of the Ramseys. They are too confident for my liking, and certainly act as if they are truly "UNTOUCHABLE" and this makes me think "THEY ARE DEFINITELY PROTECTED BY SOMEONE" (?). The audacity of Patsy Ramsey asking for $500 in contributions for their political campaign makes me freeze.

They ring a distance bell, but can't recall particulars. Something comes to mind about povery level families living in the boondocks with incest and that sort of thing. However, as I say, it's all too vague to even know if I'm thinking of the right cases.

    Thanks, EW

Wishful thinking on my part, like I didn't already know there's been nothing written about it; I did. Sometimes I think I'm the only person who thinks it's just flat-out weird .

    conspiracy vs stupidity

It was 31 years ago this month that the first Butts family was found shot to death in their home. Charles E. White, charged & indicted by a grand jury, walked - he would be 69 years old today, last heard of living somewhere in West Texas around Odessa, thanks to DA Birmingham I guess.

Remembering the death of Steven Jones II, four years ago today, in Cass County, Texas. Four young people lost their lives the summer of 2000 in Cass County from killer hits of meth.

His father's true story, :survivor: was at webbsleuths.org, has been deleted. Only two threads remain today, supposedly were to be removed weeks ago. His father's membership dues were more than paid in full.

    Evil aberration?

History will not judge the Ram Spin Team favorably, or anyone associated with it. Jams seems to be the Queen of this group, which seems hell bent on imposing its’ irrational views upon the populace.

History will probably judge the Ramsey case itself as a freaking enigma and an evil aberration.
Most people are not stupid; however, there are enough of them around to muddy the waters and play havoc upon the rest of us. It is incredible that so few idiots can cause so much destruction and misery.
We can study the facts in the Ram case ‘til the cows come home, but it all remains so very simple. If John and Patsy had been Mary and John Doe, they would be viewing the world through iron bars right now.
There are many lessons here to learn. The greatest novelist in the world could not “think up†the likes of Lou Smit , Alex Hunter or Mary Keenan. Editors would throw out their characterizations as being “unbelievable.†As for Jams, well, no one could possibly dream up such a character; unless it was J.W. Rawlings, for one of her witches in Harry Potter.
History will, IMHO, crucify the media, in regards to this case.
And, what will history say about those of us on the internet who are striving mightily to bring these child killers to justice? Hopefully, history will view us in a kind light. Because, warts and all, we are, for the most part, sincere in our efforts to expose the deeds of those who abuse and murder our littlest citizens.
Our voices, however weak, are screaming to be heard.
