The Cooke family observed Rachel's 22nd birthday in a small private family gathering that included the unveiling of a permanent plaque in front of Rachel's tree The plaque is engraved with her full name, Rachel Louise Cooke and the date she went missing, January 10, 2002...snip

Note: I am still working on retrieving the pictures from my camera but Grandma sent me these that I took with her camera, which was at the end of the roll but at least the day 's events got recorded if we can't retrieve my digital pictures. I may send the Smart Card to the software company if the next attempt doesn't bring success.

The family placed fresh cut flowers along with white, pink and yellow roses around the base of the tree...

The days do not get easier for this family. We must bring Rachel home.

    Thinking of Rachel.....

She would be 26 now. My heart goes out to all who loved her.

    sad

We can go to the moon and mars and find all sorts of 'things'.

Why oh why can't we find missing people?

I'm still praying for Rachel and all of her family. Peace to her family.
