Timeline for Michael Tracey's documentary, entitled “Who Killed the Pageant Queen?, Prime Suspect.â€

On June 16th 2004 a “documentary†produced by Michael Tracey aired in the U.K. This documentary names Michael Helgoth, deceased and an unnamed associate as the investigators' prime suspects of the JonBenet Ramsey murder. Please note that the documentary suggests that the private investigators are a part of the “official†investigation.. For more information on the documentary please read the latest Forums for Justice press release located here.

On June 24, Michael Tracey ,the producer, appeared on the Catherine Crier show on Court TV in the U.S. to speak about his documentary and the “latest suspects. “ He claimed the case is close to being solved. He also admitted that he attempted to sell the show in the U.S. but no one would buy it. A transcript can be ordered through CTV, it is not available on line.

In the documentary the camera showed a close up of a criminal record with the name of the person blacked out while the narrator explains it is that of the “unnamed suspect†who has “disappeared.†The date of birth and criminal record number were clearly visible. A representative of Forums for Justice (Tricia Griffith) went to the Colorado criminal records site and requested that record number and birthdate. Within about 2 minutes we had Michael Tracey's "Prime Suspect." Tracey claimed the investigators "top priority" was finding the "Prime Suspect." Leaving one to understand that they just couldn't find this person who surely killed JonBenet Ramsey.

Apparently the Professor of Journalism (Tracey) and his slew of top notch investigators who worked with the Boulder D.A. on the case (Ollie Gray and company) didn't think to try this. For if they had they would have found John Steven Gigax within minutes. Just like Forums for Justice did.

We then entered John Gigax into www.google.com and his website came up ranked 1 or 2 at the time. We then had his email address and P.O. Box. When Mr. Gigax was contacted concerning his "Prime Suspect" status he immediately called Tom Bennett of the Boulder D.A.'s office. Mr. Bennett assured him he was not a suspect, never was a suspect, and the Boulder D.A was never looking for him. This information was confirmed with Mr. Bennett by Forums for Justice.

For the transcript of the "Documentary" please go here.

For now, we will wait and see what happens. We will be sending personal letters to many people alerting them to what Mr. Tracey has done to an innocent man.

    More to come...

Not sure if I reported this information or not but just in case...

I also spoke to Tom Bennet of the Boulder D.A.'s office and he assured me that John Gigax was not a suspect. Never was. This was clear back in 2004. My how time flies :)

Since Tracey is coming out with a "new" book I think it's time we open up this forum to questions about the Nutty Professor.
