Questions!

"canvas bag in crawlspace 1 26-Dec"

What crawlspace? What canvas bag? What did I miss?!

    yeh

That one was new to me also. What about the dumbwaiter? Thought they took stuff from there too...there has to be more, no?

List is vague though. Tights black, tights, black and white...guessing these were JonBenet's, but?

Now I'd like to see the list of items taken by Pam.

Most houses have a "crawl space" where pipes and such are located. The crawl spaces in my two homes have been just that. A space, with a dirt floor, that you could crawl in to get to the pipes.

Steve Thomas talks about going into the crawl space and finding old newspapers dated back to the twenties. Left by workers no doubt.

The canvas bag is new to me. I doubt it means anything to the crime itself.

    Isn't it something,

what we perceive to be different. Now I remember that way back when years ago there was a discussion of that same canvas bag. I thought it was dismissed by authorities as left behind by one of the many workman who had worked in the house. It was a non issue I thought.

But what I found different was all the glass pieces they collected. There are mentions of glass listed under glass and then under the "p's" there are more glass pieces and then at the end of the list is the mention of the window itself. Now with all the great lab work that goes on I'm sure they attempted to piece that window back together again. By so doing they would find that that one tiny shard of glass on top of the suitcase was part of the same window. Am I wrong? And why didn't they collect that tiny shard at the same time. Who was it that just recently mentioned it? In the Tracey crock? Or some blabber from Woody? I can't remember that! What I'm getting at is is that on some of the crime shows (real ones) that I watch they vacuum the scene with a powerful vacuum and always use a clean filter for each area. Why didn't that tiny shard of glass get vacuumed Is what I guess I'm asking? Could it have been planted?

I thought the dumbwaiter was actually an elevator the original owner installed because she was disabled. And if my memory serves me correctly, the elevator was replaced by the spiral staircase at some point by another owner.

And check out all the computer items removed from that house. Look at all the fiber evidence taken for testing, and this was just the first of several search warrants. We have never heard about any test results on most of these fibers.

Deja, that's a really good point about all the computer equipment, they state in DOI that Susan Bennett taught them about the internet:

IMO,even if they really were strictly ameture users, anyone would have learned awfully fast to read everything that's being said about them online. To their benefit, nothing on a forum is erased or deleted unless it was done intentionally, unlike everyday conversations that are gone as soon as we stop speaking- the forums stored everything and I have a really hard time believing they weren't curious to read it all.:cowboy:

"A chat room is a real-time discussion, only the people signed on at the moment can participate. When it’s over, the conversation disappears, unless a participant has saved it."

This was a red flag for me because I didn't realize chat logs could be saved for quite sometime, then again, the discussion was never about me directly so I never had that much more reason to learn to keep it for later review.

What is curious about the Ramseys' comments in DOI about this issue is that they purposely include explanations of all they learned from Jameson about internet sites. Why include that if not to demonstrate how ignorant they claim to have been on the subject?????

  13. JustinCase

    JustinCase Member

I know! They purposely included the explanation because they feel like they need to make it believable, otherwise, WHO CARES that jameson taught them about internet discussions? BORING... Who writes crap like that in a book?

    Ever answered????

Has Patsy ever answered why her famous Christmas sweater was found on JonBenet's bed?

    Okayyyyyyyyy

I will take that as a no.

I've flipped through the books and interviews and have not found any mention of why Patsy's Christmas sweater is on JonBenet's bed or that fact that it IS Patsy's sweater on the bed other than in one of John's interrogations where he is shown a picture, and of course, he didn't know or remember anything definite.

Just so you are not lonely here by yourself, I'll answer:
Until seeing this picture, I was not aware that Patsy's sweater was on JB bed.

    Great sleuthing RR-
I never knew that! I thought that was JonBenet's sweater. I wonder how that got in there.

I think Putsy got hot after she freaked out so she took it off, IMO, this is full indication that Patsy was storming around the house mad that night; otherwise, she probably wouldn't have needed to take it off.

Of course, (going by what is on the underwear thread on Jameson's site), Fleet White might have stolen it earlier so that he could bring it in when he snuck into the house during the middle of the night and plant it as evidence that could incriminate the Ramseys. :wood:
