The check stub detail and layout of the house are old news. If that is all it takes to confess, then hell, I did it!

 

PMPT has a detailed illustration of all the floors of the house, basement included.

 

From Steve's book, page 116:

This guy's ex wife said he was on the internet alot researching the case. I am sure he participated in the forums and chat rooms. Early on, Jameson would bait people with her knowledge of "inside" information. Smit gave alot of information and photos away. It is not inconceivable that Karr had access to this IF there are things about the house layout which were not made public. Both Jameson and Tracey were in the house AS WERE MANY others.

 

uhhhhh I built that whole house in 3D from a blueprint that was out on the internet in 1999 or something like that. Man if this is the top secret info, then this is even stranger than I thought.

Fox News is reporting that Karr IS being arrested for the JBR murder, not the other charges like skipping out on bail. hmmmmmmm

Hell, we ALL knew about the check stub and the house layout a week after the murder when Karr was still collecting kiddie porn in CA.

According to deMuth and Grant, there IS no inside case evidence that hasn't been in the public domain for years!

And if knowing the amount of JR's bonus and the layout of the house makes someone guilty of murder, then, hell again, everyone who worked for or hung out with the Ramseys did it.

So, Ex-Mrs.Karr says her husband was constantly on the internet researching the case.

Wasn't there a poster from California named Nedthan Johns who posted 24/7 on the forums? He even stuffed one of his kids into a suitcase to see if it could be done. He surmised this was how the "intruder" planned to take JBR out of the house.

He also knew a lot about the Polly Klaas case, and he participated in the search for Danielle Van Damm.

Did anyone here ever meet Nedthan Johns? Did he look like John Karr, or should I cross Nedthan off my list?

The doofuses at FOX news are buying the Santa Bear crap from Michael Tracey. Supposedly someone sent Tracey a photo of a young boy holding a white teddy bear "similar" to the JonBenet case teddy bear. So what?

Didn't Tracey, Smit, Ollie and Co. pull this same bull with the Nancy Krebs hoax, showing a picture of Nancy with a teddy bear? :lier:

Like every kid in America has not had a teddy bear and had pics taken with it?

Lurker, I met Nedthan. I know his real name as well and met his family at the VanDam's picnic.

It was "one word..."

Now, I only heard this on TV once, and inasmuchh as I have heard so much on so many networks, I can't tell you who said it. But, this is what I heard:
The reason the D.A. thought Karr might be guilty is because of "one word that he said."
Did anyone else hear this?
It was said once yesterday. I've been glued to the TV and haven't heard anyone mention it again.

Greenleaf, I heard that "one word" blurb that went by so fast, I never heard anything about it again, either.

It's been impossible to keep up, with the irresponsible programming and teasers the news networks have been running.

Yesterday afternoon, CNN had one dark-haired, female anchor say this: Two detectives who have read the emails, after the break.

I watched for over an hour. They had international news for about half an hour with a male anchor. Then a blond female anchor came on. I finally thought I was hallucinating. It must have been an hour and a half later when...TA DA! Ollie and Disgusting! AND THEY'RE NOT EVEN DETECTIVES!!

So, whatever that ONE WORD is, it must be FUBAR.

Because I have yet to see anyone who knows what the heck is going on. I don't think Lacy knows herself.

Me, I think Karr and Tracey played a game, and when Karr realized Tracey had trapped him, he decided to keep playing, since he'd lost everything anyway.

 

I also did a 3D model of the floorplan with the help of Chris Wheeler and others. It was crude, but provided some perspective that helped people visualize what things sort of looked like. There were over 20,000 visits to my page.

Karr's other confession

By the way, did you listen to that woman from California who claimed that John Karr confessed killing JonBenet to her five years ago? And apparently she said nobody believed her.

She claims Karr said he and his family were on vacation in Boulder and that he was with his brother (who he claimed worked for John Ramsey) at an open house Christmas party at the Ramseys the night he killed JonBenet and we know there was no open house Christmas party that night. The only party that night was at the Whites house.

Interesting that five years ago was in 2001 and that was the year that John Karr was arrested (April 13, 2001) by the Sonoma County, California police for porn in his computer. He was obviously knee deep in that porn charge plus his wife divorced him, he got fired from his job and she put a restraining order for him not to see his kids, all within a four month period. By that fall he was in and out of the court until he skipped town in the fall of that year.

But if this woman claims this confession happened 5 years ago (2001) and the local Petaluma LE and FBI were involved to check out the story then I would bet odds that's when the LE got his landlord (Dennis Riley) to give them access to the house Karr was renting from him to get to his computer and found the porn and thus arrested him for the porn charge.

But the opportunity was there at that time back in 2001 for the FBI to check out this so called confession story five years ago from this woman and apparently it didn't hold water back then.

Video clip of a news interview with a woman name Wendy Hutchins that reportedly told LE that Karr confessed to murdering JBR 5 yrs ago. She says she went to the local LE and FBI were called in. She was authorized to tape record phone conversations with Karr. All this was 5 yrs ago. She said LE didn't believe her at the time.

Wendy Hutchins, Petaluma, California woman said she knew John Karr five years ago when he taught school in Sonoma County, California. She said John Karr told her that his brother worked for John Ramsey for a long time and that the Ramseys were having an open house Christmas party and he and his family were on vacation there and that he went to the party with his brother. She said that he said he met JonBenet there, got to know her, he said he was there and sat on the stairs with JonBenet eating pineapple, did some magic tricks, gained her confidence.

Later he went to a secluded part of the house and unlocked a storm window. After the party, he sat outside in his car until the family left and then went back and climbed in through the storm window. He said he hid under the bed in the guest room across the hall from JonBenet's bedroom. After the parents came home, he said listened to JonBenet’s mother read her bedtime story, sing her a song, tuck her in. When the parents were asleep he went into JonBenet's room and he told her that her parents wanted her to come downstairs and she remembered him from the party so she went willingly with him and they passed her brother's room to go downstair. (obviously this wasn't the spiral staircase)

There are also comments in some media reports that John Karr's father said he was told by his son that he was arrested in California on the JonBenet case so that is probably what the family back in Atlanta thought.

Well, when this Wendy Hutchins turned Karr into the LE (which was probably in April 2001) then their original suspicions were on the JonBenet case so he wasn't lying to his father, it's just that is not what they ended up charging him with.

Now as big a profile case as the JonBenet murder is you would think when the FBI and LE had him in Sonoma County in 2001 with this valuable tip from this Wendy Hutchins that *IF* they had anything on him to verify that he was the killer (like sending his DNA to be tested) that they would have alerted Boulder so he could have been charged with the murder.

Doesn't that make sense?

I mean there is no doubt from tracking this dude that he needs to be removed from this planet because I sure wouldn't want him around my kids but if they didn't have anything in 2001 then what do they think they will have in 2006 ? His DNA and fingerprints are not going to change and he's still telling the same confession story.
