Wednesday, Oct 11th 2006. The day an article is coming out about Michael Tracey.

I know we have been disappointed so many times. So many times we were sure someone in the media was going to tell the truth only to be punched in the stomach by the many reporters who were too lazy or stupid to dig and seek the absolute truth.

Tomorrow, there is a very good chance that we will finally read an article that tells the whole truth about Michael Tracey and the frauds he has perpetrated on the public around the world.

If the article is as good as I think it might be I would hope that Court TV, A&E and any other media outlet that purchased other documentaries from Tracey will demand their money back, sue him for fraud, do something to make Tracey stand up and face what he has done.

I don't know what the article will say. I do know the person who wrote it is a great reporter who spent a long time seeking the truth.

    That's all we want...the truth.

So standby. I may not sleep until this article is posted. As soon as it is I'll post it.

Well, Tricia, no one can say you haven't done absolutely everything you could to bring the light of truth to the Tracey frauds. So whatever does or does not happen, please don't forget WE KNOW THE TRUTH.

The article will be on-line this afternoon.

It is written by Alan Prendergast for Westword.

Here are some articles written by Mr. Prendergast for Westword.
    http://www.westword.com/search/results.php?author=23

From the questions Prendergast asked me I can tell you, without hesitation, he really wanted the bare bones truth about Tracey. As Jack Webb use to say he wanted, "just the facts." He wasn't interested in anything that could not be backed up in a solid fashion.

So...if someone out there wants to keep checking the Westword site I would appreciate it. I will be busy with my dad this afternoon and won't be home until tonight.

Thanks, Tricia ... I'll be waiting with bated breath.

I hope that Peter Boyles, and Caplis-Silverman have been alerted. Looks like we'll need to start monitoring those broadcasts as well.

I would also STRONGLY urge you to contact Lori A. Carter at The Press Democrat in Santa Rosa. Her reporting on the Karr child porn case was EXCELLENT, and I have to believe that she'd be very interested in following-up on the Tracey connection. Here is her contact information:

    Lori A. Carter at 568-5312 or lcarter@pressdemocrat.com

Nailing down the Tracey connection could be an award-winning effort for the right reporter. And at the very least, it might provide someone like Carter a free trip to Colorado at a beautiful time of the year :D She could have a sitdown at the Slimy Toad with Tracey (and his friend who met Karr in Paris). H.ell ... she might even meet crabgrass reporter Malicious Mame while there.

    ...YumYum

In the meantime, read his article about P.I.'s. It mentions something I never knew about before concerning Armstead and the JBR case. It also discusses how Colorado is one of 7 states which have NO licensing requirements for P.I.'s.

How difficult is it to set up a license whereby the applicant needs to present evidence of past employment in a related field or education. My state even requires an exam. But not Colorado.

It won't matter. Lacy and her legion of airheads want an intruder to pin the crime on. Anything that interferes with their little dreamworld of a town, where parents just do not kill kids, cannot even come into the picture

Maybe the dominoes will start to fall if enough people read the article and "get it." I hope Westword is taken seriously these days. It used to be a joke in Denver. We called it "Weirdword."

I will be very interested to read the article, and watch the fallout.

No way in hell. It's been more than obvious what Tracey was/is for years now--it's not some big secret. Lacy's ignorance is intentional. Just the fact that she is working directly with him tells you all you need to know. It's been ten years, guys--these people do not WANT to see what is so obviously the truth. I could live with the idea that there wasn't enough evidence to convict the Ramseys, but I can't live with the stupidity of what I saw in this Karr hoax. And don't forget Hunter was gonna call out the National Guard to investigate Krebs, and even allowed himself to be quoted in a newspaper as saying such. This is absolute stupidity--the whole world sees it. Anybody who thinks anything is going to make these dullards suddenly wake up is in serious denial

Here are 3 possible explantions for the Boulder DA's behavior:

    1. They are all stupid and cheated to get through law school.
    2. They are all corrupt and are taking bribes from John Ramsey/RST.
    3. The fix has been in place since 12/26/96 and they are locked into an indefenseable position. The fix was arranged because the DA's office thought they were doing the right thing...acting in the best interests of the child.

    Combination of #1 and #3?

RE: Law school. Just because they have a JD doesn't mean they know anything about criminal procedure. Ask Ms Lacy.

Best interests of the child, Spade? She was dead. Unless you are referring to another child...?

You can protect people without making a complete flaming fool of yourself in the world media. This case was deader than a doornail in the eyes of the world and then suddenly Karr becomes the biggest story ever, with the blessings of Lacy. They even had ARREST WARRANTS FOR MURDER drawn up.

Sorry Spade but that is a self-inflicted public humiliation that could have easily been avoided. There is no other logical explanation here than to believe that Lacy and company BELIEVED this crap and thought they were gonna solve this case and be heroes. It all blew up in their faces.

Anybody can get through law school--it doesn't mean you have common sense.

I think Spade means they were acting in the best interest of the child, Burke.

    I know what he's saying

Wouldn't having the case quietly fade away be in the best interests of all the Ramseys? Was dragging the whole thing into the world's eye once again, only to have it blow up as an obvious fraud, protecting Burke?

Nope. I will never swallow that. Lacy and her people believed this garbage and weren't even bright enough to quietly investigate it before throwing themselves into the middle of it. Think about it--it would have taken maybe one or two e-mails to verify that everything Karr talked about was already old news to anybody with an internet connection. But they didn't bother. That's pure stupidity

Sorry BobC but I know this is wrong. Keenan/Lacy and company knew before they spent one dollar that Karr was not involved in JonBenet's death. That is the key to understanding their behavior.

I don't want to sound too 'MI woman' like here, but 1/2 hour before the press broke the Karr arrest story I received a call from a LE friend giving me a heads up about Karr. He had just received a call from a confused FBI agent who asked: "What is Tom Bennett doing?" Both the FBI agent and my LE friend knew that Karr was blameless and were appalled that Bennett would demean himself by participating in the persecution of an innocent man.

I heard the same thing, Spade, but how does that translate into protecting Burke? You don't have to persuade me that the DA of Boudler never listens to LE or the FBI.

To me, the smartest way to protect the Ramseys would be to let the whole thing quietly fade away. No?

No necessarily. There is a possibility that another child was involved.

Probably the Stine child? Oy, I'm not going there.

IMO Mary Lacy was ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN she had found the guy who killed JonBenet. She is a dupe, she was hustled by John and the Cancer Victim into sympathizing toward them, and further hustled by Tracey/Ollie/Smit into believing those emails were valid. She saw how icky they were and believed that Karr was her guy. She got to that because of her emotions and empathy, not logical thought. She's feminism's worst nightmare.

"LE" in Boulder certainly knew this was crazy, as certainly the FBI did, but they are not Mary Lacy, Empathy Crusader. I liked watching the perfectly blank faces of the cops behind her during her first press conference/Oscar speech. Inscrutable!
