Thank you, Why Nut!!! I had never seen this and gosh, how revealing it was. Boy was Tricia fantastic, really put them on the hot seat! Old John was just blinking away like the reptile he is, trying to figure out how not to answer the question, and you can almost hear the wheels turning in Patsy's brain "What can I say to fool the audience?"

Thank you so much, Why Nut. Capturing this moment as the lies just rolled off of Patsy's tongue is priceless!

Oh my God. They are so smug, happy, self-satisfied. "What if we were the murderers?" indeed. They are being sanctimonious and pretending that they are Super Christians who would even allow the murderer of "that child" to come into a church. Makes me want to barf.

JonBenet's outfit in the lineup is so obviously over the top, out of place and obviously the one that doesn't belong that one just has to wonder if Patsy was just outright out of touch with reality.

Surely, there must have been guidelines and indications in these events about what these little girls should be wearing and given Patsy's knowledge of pageants, one would think she would have known better

That looks like a "party dress" lineup - the little girls in the chiffon dresses are in the right clothes (although the makeup is awful). JonBenet had to feel "odd" in her outfit. She seems to be thrusting one hip out - awful.

Sometimes I wonder what Patsy was going to put her in for the Hawaiian Tropic contest around New Year's 1997 (the real reason they were going to Florida after Charlevoix). It was a "yellow swimsuit with matching coverup" according to John in DOI. You think Patsy was going to stuff the bra? That would have been when they really crossed into child porn.

Oh - and Why Nut - thanks so much for these videos.

There is one other little girl with a mask in her hand, and her dress is purple and possibly pink - the camera pans away from her right away. That dress looks pretty elaborate too. But JonBenet is standing with one arm in the air and her pose is too fake and inappropriate. The little girl standing next to her is looking at her with great puzzlement on her face.

p.s. Why Nut, any more of that interview hanging around? 1 minute just isn't enough...

I have the whole of the second half of it. Perhaps, since it worked out so well to divide the Lacy/Karr press conference up into chunks, I can do the same with the CBN half. There are sure some gems in it.

I LOVE the little girl who is staring at Jonbenet. That is so funny. We have a group photo of a crowd of our friends and their children. which was taken by another friend who is a professional photographer. The children were all under 7 at the time the photo was taken. Anyway, we all got into our positions and the photographer said "OK, say SEX" at which point all the little children chorused "SEX" and all the respective parents turned to look at the children with mouths open.

The photographer friend explained that "sex" makes a more natural smile than "cheese", but he didn't half take us adults by surprise. It's a great photo though.

OMG! I have never heard of a photographer asking his subjects to say "sex!!!" I'll bet he was doing it specifically for the parents' reactions...Did he take another, more conventional photo too? A photog friend of mine used to have her subjects jump into the air as a sort of relaxation/joke device (long before it showed up in the media). Some people found it amusing and cute, others were not happy with the idea. She broke the ice that way and got some of her clients more relaxed and silly.

I call attention to the obvious difference between her elaborate attention-getting harlequin outfit, and the more modest party dresses of the girls flanking her. Perhaps Patsy's need to force the clothing to attract attention, rather than the mere fact of JonBenet's natural personality, led to the reason why the judges at the pageant decided, according to Patsy's statement in Death of Innocence that "JonBenet made the top ten, but did not make the cut to the top five."

Why_Nut. Is there a longer version of this group of ten? It was only on for a second and then off for me (?).

Thanks again, Why Nut, for your ever diligent work on this forum for justice in the murder of JonBenet.

I hadn't seen the video of the pageant line-up. How truly sad. Poor JonBenet, she looked so strange holding her arm out like that, posing so hard, fidgeting, fingers splayed. She must have accidently bothered the little child next to her, as that child can be seen looking at JonBenet, with JonBenet's arm and hand extended over the little girl's head, still holding the mask in front of her face.

Seeing so many of those children trying to look "coy" and trying so hard to please, I wonder what on earth can their parents be thinking? How does rejection feel to a little child like that, on that scale? "This little girl is more appealing. This little girl is, too. They win."

All those dance lessons, singing lessons, costume fittings, hair bleached, makeup, spray tan, photog sessions with costume changes, practice practice practice.

    A few Sunday afternoons? Liar.

With the combination of being able to host lengthier files on Mediamax than YouTube supports, while still being able to use YouTube for shorter material, it looks like I can open the case floodgates and put up a metric ton of old video material for everyone's reference. Let the world know that whatever theories we may have, we at least can show what sources our informed opinions come from.

This is the link from Cherokee's post which is exactly the same, and it opened for me. Let's see if it still works here, or is it just being temperamental? :)

I opened this in the wee small hours of this morning. Excellent broadcast. Tricia was her usual professional self. If it wasn't for Peter Boyles, Alan Prendergast and Tricia, we would still be listening to a one sided story from the RST crowd. It just feels so good to have these three fighting back for us.
    Peter Boyles is our hero.

It's too bad we cannot see or hear Delmar England talking about the garrote.
That would be really something. Here we have a man who took one look at this ligature and knew it was a fake, and yet he is completely ignored by the media, and yet this garrote is a very important piece of evidence. I cannot figure this out (?). Anyone else?

Elle your version of the KHOW link doesn't work ... and here's why:

    1. Long URLs are abbreviated when posted here. That is, the text that you SEE is just a label of sorts ... a shortened version of the actual longer underlying URL.

    2. When you copy and paste the "label" you are NOT including the actual underlying URL ... and hence, ya never git ta where ya wanna go.

Here is a working virgin of the URL:

    http://www.khow.com/cc-common/podcast/single_podcast.html?podcast=fullshow_boyles.xml

The Prendergast segment is the Dec 1, 7am segment.

BTW ... great job by Prendergast and Triceddie. Shame that Boyles hadn't seen the show ... he kinda muddied the waters.

BTW ... If anyone NEEDS a shortened virgin of the audio, just let me know here, and I'll make one.
