Cecilia Zhang Cecilia was apparently abducted through her bedroom window in Toronto Ontario Canada early Monday morning October 20. She is a Chinese female, 9 Yrs., 4'11", 70 lbs. with shoulder length black hair with blond highlights and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing her night clothes.
