I'm tied in knots. Moab, trying to understand this MPA drug which is also used on females. I plead ignorance here. I was thinking of the old fashioned way with a surgical knife, plus send them away for life too. It's good that Oprah has taken a serious interest in these sex offenders.

I am with WY on this one…you do it once, you are going away for life – period! No Questions – No Free Passes – No Rehabilitation because it doesn’t work anyhow – NO MERCY! Nercy is reserved for the children of these heinous crimes.
I am thinking we should use a potato peeler and a shaker of salt to do the job. Show it live on TV. That would stop a lot creeps I bet.

Or the old exacto knife - that would work too, wouldn't it? That might be too quick 'n' easy though...how about a dull steak knife?

I vote penectomies, free to stand and pee no more.

Take away their weapons, and NOT with the "borderline" cases where the 17 year old high school student was caught after dating the 15 year old skank from his high school. Some restrictions apply.

This would be for the dirty old men and the ones who like serious age discrepancies, and for those who commit aggravated offences or kidnappings in addition to the act.

Also, there should be a minimum age (just in general) for the free penectomy, and some way of doing remote community service hours which would be required of any age of perp (such as washing dirty socks from the orphanage, using the prison laundry area, a rub board, and lye soap. Let's not make it easy...) + =
