Please
read the following Forums for Justice Acceptable Use Policy
("Policy") carefully. After you have read this Policy, if
you wish to become a member of Forums for Justice you must
acknowledge your compliance to this Policy by clicking on
the "I Agree" button at the end of this document.
Acknowledgement of the Acceptable Use Policy must be received
by the Forums for Justice webmaster to activate your Forums
for Justice account in good standing.

By
agreeing to this Forums for Justice Discussion Forum Acceptable
Use Policy, you agree to abide by the following:
1.
Your use of this discussion forum will be legally consistent
with any and all applicable laws and regulations of the
United States of America, and all other applicable international
conventions and contraventions.
2.
You may not transmit, receive, distribute, or post to this
forum in any way unlawful material of any sort. This includes,
but is not limitated to the following: copyright protected
materials, material infringing trademarks, intellectual
property rights of others, or any other material that is
a violation of any applicable law without obtaining the
prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.
3.
You agree that you will not post any defamatory, abusive,
obscene, profane, offensive sexually oriented, threatening,
harassing, racially offensive, or illegal materials, or
any material that infringes or violates another party's
rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property
rights, and rights of privacy and publicity).
You agree to not engage in any activity that infringes on
the rights or liberties of another. You furthermore agree
to not engage in any illegal or criminal activity of any
kind on this forum.
4.
You agree that you will not engage in advertising, solicitation,
overt merchandising, or pursuit of any products or services
through this discussion forum, with the exception of pre-approved
non-profit charities.
This
forum will NEVER solicit funds or fees for membership.
All membership privileges are free of charge to registered
members.
5.
You will not transmit any chain letters, spam, or junk
e-mail to other members of this discussion forum.

You agree that you will not forge the headers of your
posts in any way, or impersonate an account other than your
own, or forge or misrepresent any part of your TCP/IP packet
headers in any way.

You may not disrupt or interfere with the services and information
or any other functionality provided on this site, nor may
you alter or tamper with any information or materials on
or associated thereto, without express written permission
from the Webmaster.
8.
You agree to not transmit, disseminate, or sell any
information protected by law, and/or subject to privilege,
or an expectation of privacy.
9.
To qualify for regular Forums for Justice membership you
must be over 13 years of age. Forums for Justice conforms
to strict COPPA regulations regarding online privacy and
conduct towards minors. Minors must be registered as such
and via separate COPPA guidelines and restrictions. Please
note that if it comes to the attention of Forums for Justice,
through reliable means, that a regular registered user is
a child under 13 years of age, Forums for Justice reserves
the right to cancel that user account.
User
violation of this Policy may result, among other things, in
the suspension or cancellation of User's account and access
to the Forums for Justice forums, systems, software, servers,
various directories and listings, various forums, message
and discussion boards, tools, information and databases.
