I just joined today. I have enjoyed reading the awesome work here on your forums. I have information, which if it resolves to be truthful, would mean there is no way Tracey has been receiving emails from december251996@yahoo.com. We (I and a fellow researcher) are currently vetting the source who claims they registered that email on the 21st of this month after hearing the news reports that the emails were coming from that account. In addition, after Tracey was reported to have gone on Larry King and said december261996@yahoo.com, the person went back and got that user id as well. I and the other person looking into this have urged the person who claims to have signed up both accounts in just the past few days to go into the yahoo profile and place a statement that the reports in the mainstream media (and from Mr. Tracey) are fraudulent because the email did not exist prior to the 21st. We are waiting to see if this happens.

and see that it was updated (or if this person is telling the truth created) on August 21st. It was when I saw the update date that I became suspicious of why the authorities would allow JMK to have any access to the account, let alone allow him to change the profile after he had been taken into custody. After being pointed to the claim that the emails had just been registered, I actually emailed both accounts and requested that the person who owns them put the disclaimer. The december251996 email went through, but the december261996 email was rejected with an automated message that there is no such yahoo email account. I did not know that you could sign up for a yahoo userid and not automatically get an email account with it. Can you?

While investigating this I also found that there is a daxis@yahoo.com account which was last updated (or maybe created???) on 10/04/1996 with a listed age of 30 - which is curious since it would resolve correctly to Karr's current age.

I will be watching the december251996 profile to see if the disclaimer is submitted.

The news media is stating that it's 12251996@yahoo.com. They are commenting that it's unusual because it's all numbers and no letters... not to mention it's the death date! Duh!

 

12251996 does not exist. That doesn't mean it didn't...it just doesn't now.

The official date of death is 12/26/1996...but JBR's tombstone reads 12/25/1996. I've always thought that was interesting.

I do think it's conceivable that Karr was posting and/or participating in forums and chat rooms.

A poster here who is now deceased named Misty discovered that pedophiles frequented the AOL JonBenet Ramsey chat room. She sucessfully got AOL to shut it down. I've been wondering if Karr was part of this because in 1996 he did have that AOL account connected with the wonderwurks name.

In addition, she discovered a ton of porn sites which used JonBenet in their name or meta tags and notified Lin Wood who sent her back a reply that basically said so what.

 

VP I know I saw a post where you called WY Mom. I meant to ask you about this before. You must be one of the wonderful daughters she often talks about (?) WY is a very dedicated person when it comes to the JonBenét case. When it comes to DNA, I wish I had her knowledge.

Larry King asked Tracy about the email address and what he makes of it. Larry King said the email addy was december251996@yahoo.com and Tracy confirmed it. Larry DID NOT say 12251996 as other media coverage has. What do you guys make of this in light of the info provided by Sweetpea???

 

Larry actually said (I was just watching it too lol) "december twenty-fifth 1996"@yahoo.com.

I checked "december25th1996@yahoo.com. It also has an update of 08/22/06. I'm wondering if this guy (who claims he got the emails) grabbed it as well. If his intention is to reveal a lie (which it seems it is), he may have.

Yes, I believe I said earlier that this doesn't mean he didn't have it before, but that if this is true, he didn't have it now. The question becomes when was the last email received by Tracey from this email address? If it was more than four months ago, then it could have expired. Let's hope the authorities didn't allow that to happen.

I have a couple of updates on this.

First, I did receive a response from the individual who says he has the accounts. He states he has informed certain people of the situation, but he and his colleagues have decided to "sit on" the account and wait to see when Tracey says he received the last email from Karr. I did a bit more research on this individual and I'm starting to have a great deal of confidence he obtained the account(s) when he said he did.

The account would not be expired for inactivity, if we can believe Tracey's story:

So the 4 months of inactivity have not passed yet. But Karr could have requested the account be deactivated. What we'll have to see is if Tracey states he was receiving emails from Karr right up until the arrest. Or whether every single MSM article stating "december251996@yahoo.com" is in error - maybe the account was different than that. More than anything, this could be a living lesson in how the MSM refuses to research the facts before putting them in print.
