Well, after all the excitement of the Wiki, and all the effort in getting the page set up and passwords distributed, jameson has vetoed it - she even archived the thread in the middle of the archives so that it won't be easy to find!

I read the thread about it last night. And just then the new thread. They were on a roll! The idea was nixed today; jameson didn't support it at all. She mentioned posting another JBR website address on her forum is not allowed. I know that's true. It was a no go from the start. Maybe they will get something going anyway.

 

This just proves that it's all about jameson and not about Jonbenet. The point of a WIki is to make online information as accurate as possible. The object is the the knowledge base gets refined and added to by different people. If they are done properly, they can be as good a data source as you can get because no one person is running the show - slanting the information to their personal beliefs.

jameson always says that she doesn't post links to "BORG" websites becaause they will "substitute the link for porn". We all know that is rubbish. The reason she doesn't permit links to other forums and websites is so that readers cannot see that her posts are pure spin. The fact that she is disallowing this Wiki of jameson forum members - which was going to be strictly controlled to keep out the "BORG" - just goes to prove what she's really about.

All her members were enthusiastic about the Wiki - so I don;t get what the "...website WE don't support" was all about.

Remember when jameson's account got blocked for a month and Sweebie took over the running of the forum. She was spitting teeth over the fact that the members seemed to like Sweebie better than her. Sweebie didn't last long after that.

Maybe her members will vote with their feet. Their Wiki would give them a useful purpose rather than hashing out their same old arguments over and over. Miss Marple said it would cost her $50 to upgrade the Wiki - sounds like a better use of $50 than to send it to jameson.

jameson tells them what to think and they all think it. "Unithink" LOL

 

You're sure doing a good job of reporting, Jay. You would have been of great help to Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein during the Watergate scandal.

I remember the Watergate scandal - I was a child, but old enough to be aware of the news.

The RSt are hilarious. I think RST is too bland a name for them,. It's funny that over all these years, no-one has ever come up with a more appropriate acronym for them. BORG would have been good because it would suit them and their unithinking "home -- nice -- home" LOL

PRATS is excellent, Jay. I remember using this one back home, with two t's PRATT. Yes PRATS would suit them just fine, and we can think of them as perfidious rats. Good for you! RST is too good for them.

I don't believe it - jameson claims that "Miss Marple?" has been "exposed as a well known BORG" and that she created the Wiki and shared the password with the RST but that now she has changed the password and is posting misinformation about the 911 tape - i.e. that the original tape was destroyed.

Sorry - but I don't believe it. In her overwhelming personal need to control the Ramsey case, jameson banned discussion of the wiki at her forum and spoke on behalf of her members saying that "WE" are not interested. This was after their enthusiastic discussion spanned two threads! She was evidently jealous of Miss Marple just as she had been jealous of Sweebie some years ago.

I think Miss Marple gave jameson the original password and changed it so that SHE no longer can access the Wiki. I think Miss Marple maybe chose to give the password to those she considered to be the most intelligent posters on either side of the fence - to maintain a balance. After all, that is the whole principle of the wiki.

jameson's new forum is no substitute for a Wiki. Note that there are no moderators - i.e. jameson has full control. It's just more jamson controlled propaganda - and will come nowhere near a balanced truth about the case.

I rather suspect that Miss marple has given the new password to a select few of the RST and I doubt very much if they will tell jameson. People don't generally appreciate being told what to think and do. MArgoo, Rainsong, DonB, Dave and OEJ all thought the wiki was a good idea. If they are at all independent in their thinking, they'll carry on participating in that wiki - and just let jameson *think* they are locked out

Even PRATS revolt occasionally.

Well, that's how stupid jameson is, Elle. In the first place, what she has described as BORG describes herself and her jambots much more perfectly than it could ever describe those who believe the Ramseys were involved in their daughter's death.

Secondly, no one ever said the parents "got foreign DNA" to plant anywhere. That partial DNA profile could have come from the manufacturing process, just like Mike Kane said, or it could have been something JB picked up herself, all quite innocently, from something she came in contact with, after which she transferred it to her panties, herself.

And, please don't anyone at the swamp insult my intelligence by asking why the fingernail DNA matched the panty DNA. It didn't. Period. Two or three alleles do not a match make. It only further shows the ignorance of those who continue to propagate that particular fallacy.
