-Fibers from Patsy's sweater were left in places she claimed to have never been in contact with: tied into the knots of the garrote, on the sticky side of the duct tape over Jonbenet's mouth, and in the blanket used to wrap the body.

-Fibers from John's black shirt found in the crotch of JonBenet's panties

-Testimony from Drs. John McCann, Virginia Rau, David Jones, James Monteleone, Ronald Wright and Richard Krugman that Jonbenet had been abused sexually for a matter of several weeks, directly contradicting Trip DeMuth's contention that no pathology existed in the Ramsey background

-Not even Patsy's own hired experts could say she didn't write the ransom note.

-That the autopsy directly contradicts the claim that JonBenet fought her killer, such as a total lack of defensive wounds, no fresh genetic material under her fingernails and no marks on the neck to show she either scratched at the cord or that it moved when on her

-That a living child would not have been restrained by the cords tied around her wrists

-Someone fed her pineapple after the time the Ramseys swore she was asleep

-The much vaunted DNA was too degraded to have been left that night by an intruder and has actually cleared no one, despite the Ramsey propaganda that it has.

-The total lack of disturbance on the window in the basement, including an intact spiderweb.

Yes, but since Tricia was on Geraldo he should be cc'd. There is one good thing, after this show, John does NOT come across as so innocent. He smiled when he said and some people think I murdered my daughter and he smiled when he said he felt sorry for Karr.

 

LETS NOT FORGET THERE IS NO PROOF WHATSOEVER THAT THERE IS A DNA MATCH THAT EXCLUDES JOHN AND PATSY RAMSEY. THERE IS NO MATCH OF DNA OF THE FINGERNAILS AND THE UNDERWEAR AS ERIN MORIARITY HAD THE AUDACITY TO ANNOUNCE A WHILE BACK.

JOHN KNOWS THIS AND THIS IS THE VERY REASON, THAT HE GOES ALONG WITH THIS BULLS$#%$^ THAT I BELIEVE HE IS INVOLVED IN THE DEATH OF HIS DAUGHTER.

If John Ramsey really wanted an intruder to be found, if he really wanted a true investigation, if he cared one whit about having the killer of his child arrested, he'd be screaming at the blatant misinformation being spread around by his good buddies.

But John loves it, promotes it, and has no problem with anything said, as long as it ends with "The Ramseys are innocent, it was an intruder."

And another thing (hehehe...we'll be chewing on this for months): Did anyone notice that John is now worried about JOHN KARR showing up at his house? NOT WORRIED ABOUT THE INTRUDER, who hates John enough to kill his child, the Ramseys believe at one time or another, whichever theory they're floating today. But wimpy John Karr, who could barely hold himself up on camera, with his man boobs...now THERE'S a guy to worry about! He's so bright, he let Tracey lead him into a false confession AND capture all the way to Thailand, let TV producers lead him to a school within days of his release from charges of alleged possession of child porn, and let a TV interviewer trap him with hidden cameras, and now has national security agents hiding in his bushes watching him. Yeah, now THERE'S a real master criminal! Unlike the non-threatening, naked, hairless, one-legged wonder whom Ramsey claims ACTUALLY went into his home and murdered his child right under John's sleeping nose and got away with it. Who's worried about a child killer when JOHN KARR IS ON THE LOOSE with his CONFESSIONS?!

Some other things (just to stick to the items they used as 'proof' in the show):

- One of the pieces of 'proof' they used against John Mark Karr was that he used the words "Listen carefully", which was used in the 'ransom note' in one of his emails. They made it sound like using that phrase is terribly incriminating. It might be (not would be, just might be) IF he had written it numerous times before the 'ransom' note was made public. Since the 'ransom note' was made public in 1997 and John Mark Karr was obsessed with JB's death, he had ample opportunity to memorize the 'ransom note'.

- Another 'proof' was that John Mark Karr used a nickname for Patsy's mother. John Ramsy said he had checked their book to see whether they had used the nickname in the book and they had not. The conclusion that the show came to was that this was 'incriminating' evidence. It means nothing and John Mark Karr could have come up with it in a number of ways (they didn't say whether or not it was mentioned in any of the emails received by John Mark Karr).

- John Mark Karr's emails that were quoted on the show did not say anything that is not available over the internet or in news stories about JB's death. We also only saw his side of the emails and a few comments made to him. We don't have any information about leading questions or statements that might have been in the emails he received.

- THe show made it sound like John Mark Karr started emailing out of the blue and that the name he chose to sign his emails was somehow incriminating. Implying he 'starting emailing out of the blue' is a lie by ommission and there is nothing incriminating about someone choosing the date of death of a person he is obsessed with as a signature.

- Marks on the wall near the window, an open basesment window, a suitcase near the window, the grate in the window well were all listed as more or less proof of an intruder. What they actually are is undated evidence of questionable significance. We don't know when the marks were made on the wall, when the suitcase was put there, etc, etc.

- The show mentioned that 2 'mysterious' footprints were found near JB's body. Those were presented during the show as 'proof' that an intruder had murdered her. Again, they are undated evidence of questionable significance and there is evidence (from Grand Jury testimony) that even though the Ramsey family said no one in their household had any shoes like that, Burke did.

- They implied that creepy emails = guilt. Creepy emails just = creepy, not guilt.

- They also implied that John Mark Karr being caught by being offered the last pictures of JB im plied guilt. Again creepy does not = guilty, just creepy pedophile who is obsessed with the case. (And many of the tabloids would have 'bit' on the same 'bait').

- The rope found in the house was mentioned as more 'proof' of an intruder. It was considered not to belong to the family because the family said it didn't.

- It was also stated as a fact that JB had fought. What is the proof of that?

 

A white Christmas teddy bear that was never seen by the Ramsey family perhaps? :laffbig:

Anyone who could figure out that in a family like the Paughs (Pat-sy, Pam-my, Pol-ly) , a mother named Nedra would be called Ned-dy, is a diabolical criminal genius like the original Moriarty in Sherlock Holmes!

With as much 'incriminating proof' as they had, why even bother with a trial. John Mark Karr was living at the time of JB's death. With all this other 'proof' that should be enough.

Oh,yeah, Jayelles, you asked on one of these threads about John Karr saying he had spoken with Nedra and Don Paugh. I remember that, as well, but it was in an article or an interview, or maybe in the emails...?

But he did say that. So it's very possible that he heard Don call Nedra "Neddie" or refer to her in that way.
