John Mark Karr is on the move according to FOX News.

 

No surprise, really. Why would they want to keep him if they don't plan to charge him? They have to pay to keep him fed and safe, plus he's a high profile nut. Get him outta there quick!

 

Zippety doo dah! Does this mean we'll hear something tomorrow? Do weekend days count in the 72 hours ? Stupid question probably - why should they? Crime doesn't only happen during office hours! LOL So that would mean he'd have to be charged by Sunday/Mon?

Perhaps they are driving him up to Petaluma, where he actually has a case, as opposed to keeping him in LA, where he doesn't.

California authorities are under no obligation to babysit Colorados's crazies, so maybe he is on his way to Boulder.

LOS ANGELES — BJohn Mark Karr may be on his way to Colorado to face charges relating to the killing of 6-year-old JonBenet Ramsey, FOX News has learned.

The murder suspect was moved out of the Twin Towers prison in Los Angeles Thursday, local law enforcement sources said, but his destination is not yet known.

Well, she does have this on her website, sort of Criminal Prcedures 101, probably copy/pasted it from an email from some DA. If you read it it looks like she thinks she's going to charge him.

 

Wow, this flight tracking site continues to pay off. Yes, it appears to be true. A Beechcraft Super King Air registered to the state of Colorado flew from Jeffco to San Luis Valley Regional Berman Field, and from there to Long Beach, where it may have just landed or is about to.

Ah, but just because the plane has flown to California, it does not mean it is turning right around and coming back. According to the Long Beach airport's scheduled departures. it is not currently scheduled to leave any time this afternoon or early evening.

I think Lacy is going to try to railroad this guy into being her intruder. I think she will stretch any sad "evidence" she can get to hang him.

 

Maybe Ca. told Lacy to come pick up her trash. I'll still be surprised if he actually ends up in Boulder...

 

Surely she can arrange to pay for a stay at the Boulderado for Karr as her guest without charging him quite yet. After all, there are worlds full of more bizarre things Lacy can do for Karr before the full complement of weird things has been done.

 

Let's say your cousin dumped her loony ex-boyfriend on you because of a peceived emergency. The neighbors are complaining about the loud music and the nude sunbathing, and the cops have been to the house twice.
