Misinformation on Other Forums

In that case, JustinCase, I can hardly wait for your old thread to reappear! My first real life crime forum experience is from a sub-forum at jamesons.

Elle 1, should this happen, I won't be surprised: "There's another Susan who should be arrested for 'obstruction of Justice.' I sincerely hope these two Susan's will be charged in the near future!"

 

Speaking of Sue Swamp, take a lesson, anyone who is thinking of registering on her swamp forum or who is already registered there. Misty is very sick right now; in fact, she is fighting for her life with a diagnosis of pancreatic cancer - a perfect time for Susan jameson Bennett to go into full vindictive attack mode against her. Bennett claims not to reveal the information she gets from her posters when they register for her forum; yet, time and time again she has revealed Misty's name and personal information, the last time just yesterday.

Bennett does NOT keep her word, and she will use your personal information against you, contrary to her promises not to.

It's not the first time Susan jameson Bennett has attacked a cancer victim. Remember Panico?

 

What else should/would one expect from someone who sells out "friends" to the tabloids?

I suspect Susan Bennett has sold a lot more to the tabloids than just the NE interviews, JR. I've always thought the soul-less wingnut was profiting off JBR's death one way or another.

 

I have no doubt you are 100% correct WY. The mere fact that hir was/is charging hir forum members tells me hir was making a profit all along. Then look what hir did to the Van Dam family members - among other things. :tsktsk:

 

Patricia Letters

jameson has started a thread to deny (once again) that she wrote the Patricia Letters. She refers to the analysis done by Misty and Delmar England. This is the thread where she posts Misty's real name - something which she knows upsets Misty and which was undoubtedly therefore done with malice - an appalling act given that she must surely be aware of Misty's recent diagnosis with pancreatic cancer. jameson tries to justify her posting of Misty's personal information by saying that Misty's name and place of work were already on the Internet. That is true, but nobody knew that this perso was Misty until jameson made the connection. jameson KNEW it was Misty because Misty had joined her forum and trusted her with her personal information. Most of us have personal information on the Internet, whether it be on work pages or telephone directory pages. Does that mean it is OK for others to join the dots and tell the world that the hat "Fred" is really XXXXX from XXXXX (and here's the phone number in case any crazies want to stalk/harass/intimidate this person).

In response to jameson's post denying that she wrote the Patricia letters, Margoo (typically) responded with this:-

I find this quite spectacular coming from the forum that supported David Westerfield - stated that there was no evidence to convict him. What stance did Margoo take in the Westerfield trial BTW? We'll never know for sure because the hat Margoo only appeared shortly after the Westerfield trial - around the time that several other hats (Westerfield supporting) disappeared - like KitKat and Joyce for example. Are we to believe that these posters simply gave up on the Ramsey case after the Westerfield trial? Or could it be that they were proven so spectacularly inept in their ability to interpret evidence, that they changed their hats to distance themselves from their proven-to-be inept hats?

In fact, jameson's forum is a joke just now. Only FOUR of her top ten threads are case related. No fewer than FIVE are devoted to BORG.

Quite predictably, a certain poster has jumped in to contribute to the BORG thread where jameson posted her dissection/attack on my post about Tracey's documentary. This poster had practically disappeared from the forums in recent months, but obviously couldn't resist adding her tuppence worth to a BORG thread where my hat was mentioned. Her post amounted to little more than some name calling and a personal attack.

I wonder if the Ramseys are proud of the high-calibre supporters they attract?

 

Susan jameson Bennett is a control freak. She has a need to control everything and everyone around her. With that in mind, take note of the posters at her forum - those, at least, who are not one of her hats. Bennett cannot control most posters, which is the reason the swamp is the joke of the Internet with about five posters and 15 different hats belonging to hir. One has to be really stupid to be controlled by a petty, vindictive creep like Susan Bennett.

I have quit reading there, because she has nothing to offer except criticism of posters on other forums, and that bores me to death. The only reason I knew about her post attacking Misty is because someone sent it to me in an e-mail.

I did read about another accomplice supposedly being with Michael Helgoth, but not having seen the video you have just seen, I’m at a disadvantage, plus I was away for quite a spell, BUT I cannot backtrack and hop up on the fence one more time. I prefer to concentrate on the evidence at the scene of the crime instead of being led down several paths chasing invisible ghosts. I’m sticking with the evidence which is visible and was found in the Ramsey home.

The murder was committed in the Ramsey home. All the evidence leads back to the Ramseys. It has all been listed over and over again. No need to bore anyone here with another list.

Evidence removed from the Ramsey’s by sister Pam Paugh wearing the famous Boulder police jacket. ( Items UNLISTED) with the policewoman driver being told not to worry about it when she asked if everything was being noted (?)

Patsy Ramsey told the police on 26 December she had put on a red top on JonBenét. A red top/jumpsuit was found balled up on JB’s bathroom counter/laundry counter, and JonBenét is found dead wearing the white top with a sequined star she wore to the White’s party. I don’t see Michael Helgoth involved in this part at all. I don’t see two criminals being finicky and attending details like this, including washing her body down. This is a mother connection, in the same vein as “not taking JonBenét’s body away from the house and leaving her outside in the cold.â€

So … you see, Jayelles why I cannot hop back up on the fence again (?). I’m too attached to the familiarity of the evidence present on the morning of the 26 December. The Ramseys are happy when Crockumentaries are made, sidetracking everyone from the evidence which was at the scene of the actual crime. jmo, of course!

Strange this documentary of Michael Tracey’s came out in the U.K. just when John Ramsey decided to run for a Seat in the State Legislature in Michigan (?).

 

I found this to be true, not only posters on other forums, but paid-in-full posters on her own. Personally, I found hir to be both a liar and a thief. :did:

 

Was handwriting even mentioned? Surely, there are samples of Helgoth's writing floating around. Was the note attributed to the unnamed accomplice?




I'd like to know how Michael Helgoth (or his friend) learned to write and sound like Patsy--

Elle, a strange person named Douglas Pierce appeared in the VanDam case. He offered a reward through his phony charity, went to the Van Dam home a few days after she disappeared, and then when he didn't get the attention from them that he expected, he started publicly criticizing them. He even admitted he didn't have the reward money but was going to raise it! Later on, he "discovered" a tarp in the area where her body was found (after the trial ended I believe) and made a big production of putting it all up on his website. He went to a tv station to notify the police of his "discovery." They had to test it, and it was found to contain remnants of someone's barbeque. The SDPD then had to accompany Pierce to determine if he planted it or actually found it. I am a taxpayer of San Diego and this infuriates me that the man wasted police time and money because of his theatrics.

During this time he was asking for donations for his "travel" expenses at Jameson's nightly chats. Some of hir members were so entranced by what they considered an actual case "insider" that they believed him, I have no idea if they actually sent $ or not but one member was in contact with him by phone and was enthralled over being chosen as his "messenger." Since hir was anti VanDam, and hir dictated to hir members to follow suit, he latched onto this.

Then he tried to insert himself into another missing child case from San Diego- he even traveled to Maryland to see the paternal relatives of the child-- his actions upset the family greatly. They also mentioend he tried to raise money while he was there.

His website is now gone. Millenium children's fund is history.

 

I remember

He was a total fruitcake and his website was downright creepy. It was flipping unbelievable that some people took him seriously, but then again, he was obviously a con-merchant and if people couldn't be conned, they wouldn't exist.

I think that there were people who were just so desperate for the vanDams to be guilty, that they were willing to clutch at anything. Pierce had conned his way into the vanDam home on the promise of the reward money and he emerged accusing the distraught Brenda of (taking time off from her nightmare and) squeezing her breasts at him (in his dreams maybe!) and he was convinced that Damon had murdered Danielle. He also stated that he had found a letter (or was it a poem?) from Danielle to Damon which "proved" he was sexually abusing her. I think it was a little childish apology letter or something. At first, jameson was dismissive of the significance of an apology letter from a child to a parent, but as the days went past and she was NOT embraced by the vanDams, she grew more scathing of them. She had been trying to make contact with the vanDam camp to no avail. Then she contacted Douglas Pierce and got a response. The rest was history. Creepy fruitcake Pierce was embraced by jameson & co.

When Westerfield was convicted, Pierce decided to go out into the desert to find evidence and lo and behold, he found the tarpaulin. The whole thing was downright sinister, yet some posters seized upon it.

 

I'm amazed!

I'm always amazed at you younger ones when I drop in here now and then, as to how you can all juggle more than one case at a time.
I will admit to reading the initial happening; making up my mind on the spot as to whodunnit and back to the JonBenét case. I don't know how you all do it. I think they got the right killer for the Van Dam murder, and I hope they get Scott Peterson for Lacey's.

Thanks for the update on Douglas Pierce, Sabrina. It's always good to know a bit more. I keep returning to the JonBenét case, hoping I'll read one day that the Ramseys have been charged. I cannot get over the stupidity of the Grand Jury not calling on them to appear before them. I would like to meet each one individually, just to give them a good hard slap on the face. Next in line, Lou Smit and then one real good hard one for Lin Wood. Even just seeing this in my head makes me feel better. :did:

(The actual reason is that she cannot because I did not).

For the record and whilst Rainsong raises the subject of people being liars.

Rainsong claimed that "not one" poster at CN2000 welcomed her there when she joined. I posted that she HAD been welcomed and she called me a "bald-faced liar". So I produced two posts where posters welcomed her. Her response was that the "welcome Rainsong" posted by Buzzie and Imamaze another "hardly constituted a warm welcome"!

She is not to be trusted. She also took bits from two of my posts at Purgatory, merged them together and presented them to the John Douglas board as though they had been made as one post. The falsified post took on a different meaning than the two separate posts read individually. The evidence that she did this was there for the entire world to see, yet she had the audacity to deny that she'd done it!

There is a reason "management" doesn't post the website addresses of quotes from different forums. It is intentional. Before being deactivated, instructions were given to me that putting website addresses of different forums in any of my posts was not allowed. Hardly, if ever, and I'm saying never does one see credit given to the site from which the quotes come.

I am always leery of quotes without sources. Working for many years in academia, it has been instilled into me that references must be provided for credibility.

I have noticed over the years that jameson never links to other forums - she says they will replace the link with porn but, really, that doesn't wear. How can a forum owner replace a thread link with a porn graphical image? I could see the point in posting links to graphics where the graphic could easily be substituted.

Sometimes, she mentions the poster's name when she is posting her BORG stuff and sometimes, she doesn't even do that - just "found on a BORG forum". I have suspected that she makes some of these up. It's usually the more trashy posts that have no hats or forum names so she probably does make them up.

I rather suspect that the reason she doesn't post links, is because readers would see the extent to which she is quoting out of context.
