First my apologies for this taking so long. My fault. I have been in and out of town and swamped with work. Here is the deal. Professional Audio Laboratories in N.Y. did some work on the 911 tape. This is a very reputable lab. www.proaudiolabs.com Mr. Paul Ginsberd did the actual work. He used a Lab CD player and load distortion headphones plus state of the art forensic digital enhance equipment. He can minimize the noise in real time. What Mr. Ginsberg did not have were two things. The original 911 tape. We had a copy of a copy of a copy. Mr. Ginsberg was very hesitant when I told him what generation copy he would be listening to. He said it would be almost impossible to pull anything new. But he did Second Mr. Gingsberg did not have the "robot" that spade posted about. Remember the robot? It that takes days and days to slowly lift out sound and contain sound to determine if anything could have been added or deleted at a certain point. I'll post my info from him now then comment at the end of the letter.
