    7 Days Until Election Day!

Good News: We have a lead!

Bad News: The race is getting ugly!

If you have been thinking of helping John Ramsey, now is the time to do it! There are only 7 days left until Election Day and we need to raise another $10,000 to purchase last minute television ads. If you have not yet donated, or would like to donate more, please click here.

Mr. Jeff Garfield, one of our opponents whose website can be found at http://garfield2004.com/ has just released two attack mailers, one that mentions the word "Bolder" many times, an obvious reference to the family tragedy. There are also nasty 'push polls' being conducted against us. Mr. Garfield promised early on that he would run a negative campaign, and he clearly has kept his word on that.

Although we currently have a lead, we aren't sure what effect these attacks are going to have on the voters. We need to be able to respond. If you are able, please help!

Yeah, send them more money to fill their coffers with. Make sure John and Patsy have a cushy retirement there in Michigan.

    I wouldn't send them a penny.

I think the Ramsey campaign just realized it needed that extra $10,000 because it had failed to budget enough for the tinfoil hats.

    Edited to add:

    Bolder!

    Bolder!

That must be why Patsy dresses in pastels so often lately, she is afraid of dressing in BOLDER! colors.

:dammit: Tinfoil Hats? They said all they had to offer was buttons on their poorly maintained but expensively designed website??? (which appears to have been built by someone who knows very little about HTML)

Now I"m really upset that I didn't donate the $25.00 they ask at their poorly built but expensively designed website for a stupid button! I'd need a smaller size than them though, John's head is excessively large as is Patsys and I think it may have something to do with the fact that they have literally gotten away with murder for nearly eight years; that would cause anyones head to swell.

Good God. Is John Ramsey getting paranoid or what?

Because Garfield says, "Bolder" in his flyers somehow this is a slam against Ramsey?

Check me but isn't John Ramsey the one always bringing up the "Tragedy" in "BOULDER?"

The Ramseys get Garfield slammed for his cocaine use when he was what...24(?) and now they want to cry fowl because he brings up Boulder? He ought to tell them they can :kmg:

Who's getting nasty??? Jeff Garfields campaign signs are being defaced.
Quote: The 4-by-8 signs cost $50 each and this kind of thing is costing me hundreds, maybe even thousands of dollars. I guess it's part of the game, but I don't play that game," remarked a frustrated Garfield.

Culprits who target campaign signs face charges
    By Mike Jones, Staff Writer

OTSEGO COUNTY - If the idea of helping your favorite candidate ride to victory in next month's primary election includes defacing, damaging, or removing their rival's campaign signs along the roadside, just keep in mind all three activities are against the law.

Otsego County Prosecutor Kevin Hesselink said defacing or damaging campaign signs falls under the category of malicious destruction of property and, depending on the value of the sign, an individual could be charged with a felony or misdemeanor.

Otsego County resident Jeff Garfield, a Republican candidate for the 105th District seat in the state House of Representatives, reported he has had several of his campaign signs damaged or taken over the past few weeks. A large sign on McCoy Road was defaced when someone drew a mustache on his picture and later spray painted "vote no" on a replacement sign.

Mike Anthony, who is running for Otsego County sheriff, said a number of campaign signs along with realtors' for sale signs were uprooted along Wilkinson Road and dumped in a pile by the side of the road.

Bringing it up? He's been shouting from the rooftops that it's his campaign platform!!!!! Apparently it's not the subject matter that irks Ramsey, it's who's using it and in what context. Poor :baby:

Hhhmmmm, looks like Susan Stine found her way to MI afterall.....

    Funny JC!!

Perhaps Ramsey, who's running on his dead daughter's platform, should give out a list of words to his opponents to avoid, like bolder, cover-up, lies...etc.

Bolder-Boulder ...hmmm I thought the first word meant something beyond ordinary and the second word is a name of a city in Colorado.

Sheesh....who'd thunk the two words were actually the same! I guess John owns the words, like he owns everything else.

Ramsey opponents please avoid the following words and phrases.

Don't say...'I have to go to the john.' Use the word 'toilet', even though toilet and John mean the same thing.

'Borg' is right out...it has nothing to do with Star Trek, the producer's inserted the word Borg into their series to :(:(:(:( off John. Everytime you hear the word 'borg' on Star Trek, it's the producer crying Bent On Ramsey Guilt.

Hey Johnny boy...it's not paranoia if they are really out to get you.

    Poor little Johnny
    crying on Patsy's shoulder.
    How dare Jeff,
    use the word 'bolder'.

LOLOLO, Moab, ain't that the truth.

This is why the Ramseys have been successful in obstructing justice for so long - they go on the offensive every time anyone dares suggest they should cooperate with authorities or whenever they construe something to be anti-Ramsey.

But, whoever suggested a Ramsey cohort might have been responsible for tearing down or defacing Garfield's signs must be wrong. Afterall, anyone who could call a man's wife and pretend to be his mistress would never pull such a trick. Would she?

The lies told by the Ramseys are so voluminous that one must be
selective to avoid creating a book. In case some Michigan voters
read this forum, I present a few items they might want to think
    about.

“John Ramsey: Candidate; Some Thoughts on Jobs, the National
Spotlight, & the Hunt for the killer of JonBenét
    By Robert Downes (Northern Express)

Being in the national spotlight is nothing new for John Ramsey.
After his six-year-old daughter JonBenét was found murdered on
Christmas night, 1996 in the basement of the family’s home in
Boulder, Colorado, John and his wife Patsy found themselves
caught in a firestorm of national interest in the case.
By any measure, theirs was a very tough ride: An inept
investigation by the Boulder police and lurid stories in the
tabloid press made the Ramseys targets of suspicion in their
daughter’s death, and it wasn’t until last year that a federal
judge and the Boulder district attorney absolved them of any
guilt. Today, even the tabloid press agrees that the killer was
most likely a male intruder who used a stun gun to subdue
JonBenét. The Ramseys believe that recent advances in DNA tracing
technology will eventually produce the killer.†(End quote)

When the Ramseys cry foul, what they are talking about is fear of
the truth; truth you won’t find in the Northern Express article ,
therefore, is approved by the RST. The easily refuted fallacies
above have been making the rounds for years with much of the
media serving as pawns of the Ramseys. The don’t investigate.
They simply swallow, then regurgitate the garbage spewed out by
    the Ramseys.

The idea of a judge in a civil matter clearing the Ramseys of a
potential criminal charge is a legal absurdity, not to mention
the decision was beyond her legal scope and made solely on the
aberrations of Lou Smit. It is a straight out fallacy that DA,
Keenan, has cleared the Ramseys as well. As for the “stun gunâ€
that leaves blue marks on the skin, we all know about Lou’s
    lunacy on this one.

In contrast to the Ramsey bent lies and propaganda, let’s go to
the source and look at the situation up close and personal. A
couple of examples with suffice to make the point. The two
examples I have in mind, I have brought up several times before.
They tell the truth with clarity. I will keep bringing them up
again and again and again until someone in position to do so
confronts John and Patsy and ends the farce.

CABELL: Mrs. Ramsey -- you found the note. Was it a
    handwritten note, three pages?

    RAMSEY, P: I didn't -- I couldn't read the whole thing I -- (CNN
    interview Jan. 1, 1997}

Here and elsewhere, Patsy claims to have read only the first few
sentences of the “ransom note†on the morning of Dec. 26, 1996.
Over and over again, she stresses she was too upset to read
further. However, the claim and circumstance tell the true
    story.

Boulder Police Dispatcher: It's a ransom note?

Patsy Ramsey: It says SBTC... Victory ....Please. (From 911 call)

When asked by the operator who the note was from, Patsy didn’t
say from a “small foreign faction†as stated at the beginning of
the note. The unanticipated question prompted mental reflex. Her
mind went to the end where signature is usually found and she
immediately responded, “It says SBTC... Victory.â€

It does not take rocket science level of thinking to figure out
that if she read only the first few lines on the morning of Dec.
26, 1996, yet gave the 911 operator the end of the note, she had
to know the end BEFORE that morning. Anyway you slice it, Patsy
flat out lied about her knowledge of the note. Why did not the
police, nor the media every ask about what amounts to an
    unintended confession.

When she later noticed this serious blunder, she tried to cover
    it by:

PR: "Well, I read - I came back down and John had it, you know,
on the floor, and what not, and I was glancing at it, and
somewhere I thought in there, because I didn't read it line by
line, I looked over to see who it was from, and I didn't know who
that was. And somewhere I caught in there where it said, ‘If you
call some' - ‘Don't call the police,' of - wherever it said that.
Oh, here, ‘police, FBI, et cetera, ‘your daughter being held.'
And I read that and I mean, my blood just went cold. You know, I
    couldn't-

Is there literally no limit to the absurdities that LE and the
media will let the Ramseys get away with. Reading the note from a
standing position in ideal conditions would be most difficult, if
not impossible. Yet, in a stammering, stuttering lie, Patsy
claims to have read parts of the note while it was spread out on
the floor under John on all fours in a dimly lit hallway. Even
more “miraculousâ€, it was not only from a standing position at an
angle in dim light with note under John, but while simultaneously
making the frantic 911 call and never missing a beat in the swift
    exchange with the 911 operator.

Is there any doubt this is a total fabrication? Did anyone ever
ask Patsy to demonstrate this miraculous feat of reading? I
submit that giving her the greatest latitude possible, she can’t
possibly do it. I’m talking about an obvious lie, a very telling
lie, which could have been exposed years ago and ended the farce,
but just ignored by both LE and the media, and is still being
ignored while John has parlayed the many favoritism free passes
into a bid for political office.

    J. RAMSEY: She was strangled.

KING: That's the cause of death, strangulation?

    J. RAMSEY: That's the cause of death. (LKL MARCH 27, 2000)

This is not the first nor last time that John Ramsey made this
    claim:

    J. RAMSEY: We have had some of the world's best forensics experts
look at evidence. They have told us that JonBenet was strangled
to death. The last act that this creature did to our daughter was
a vicious blow to the head. That is irrefutable. (LKL, May 21,
    2000}

Another flat out lie. Duly note there are no names of these “best
forensic experts†alleged to have contradicted Dr. Meyer who did
not single out the cause of death.

RAMSEY: And this garrote will be a clue. This was not an amateur
device. This was a professional strangling tool.(ibid)

Another lie. The bungler who created this scene could not even
make a simple wrist tie that would stay put.

On its own, the alleged ransom note comes across as phony as a
three dollar bill. Add to this Patsy’s knowledge of the note
prior to the morning of Dec. 26, 1996 and what is the logical
conclusion except no intruder. Stack on this John’s lies about
“experts†telling him death by strangulation in conjunction with
the lie claiming with a “professional strangling toolâ€, and what
do the lies once again tell except no intruder.

Put it all together in a logical sequence and the only realistic
conclusion that can come out of it is a staged crime scene with
the intent to sell the idea of death by “expert†strangulation in
disregard of the severe skull fracture. The intent to gain by the
lies tells of fear of loss if the truth were known. Try fitting
    an intruder into this.

It is in the described factual circumstance, generally hidden
from the public, that John Ramseys has the disgusting and
contemptible audacity to say he was “given†a platform to do
“good.†To exploit the death of his daughter in this manner and
by assorted deceptions, including outright lies, is as low as low
    gets.

If the Michigan voters wish to ignore these and other truths and
swallow the RST lies and propaganda without questioning, they
deserves the likes of the Ramseys. I direct this particularly to
the editors and other personnel of several Michigan newspapers
who have been made aware of the truth, but choose to ignore.

Only if she was ballsy enough to impersonate the Chief of Police.

I applaud the Bolder, Honest approach that Garfield is using. I worry about the citizens of Michigan and the possibility that a man that blames the WORLD (per John's explanation for choosing 12/25/96 as JonBenet's date of death on her headstone - as a reminder of whatr the WORLD did to JonBenet on Christmas Day - the day when the World went mad) for what happened to his daughter will be their representive in this nation.

Like minds, for sure, EW. I can guarantee that if Michigan voters elect John Ramsey, somewhere down the line they are going to be embarrassed by him and his little queenie. The truth won't stay hidden forever, no matter how hard the RST tries to bury it. Michigan will have only itself to blame, though. They won't get any sympathy from these quarters.
