It would take hours, but maybe they could be added her a few pages at a time? I've read to page 80, and many of those were duplicates. Sure wish we could find out why they were removed. Can copyrighted materials be listed as public record?

 

Yeah, did anybody get to save all of them. I suddenly noticed they finally changed them from those huge .WAV files to .MP3 files and then poof they were gone.

Obviously, someone in the Boulder Idiot Brigade decided the public didn't need to know the truth about Tracey & Karr even THOUGH Lacy told the world on Monday they would be available for everyone to see. So, they throw the e-mails out there for a minute, make them hard to download, then snatch them back off again. So much for truth.

Besides, how is Tracey going to sell copies of his book of 3/4 of the material is already in the public domain?!

 

WY The last time I opened this, there was a long list, and normally adobe opens for me without any trouble. There was nothing but a blank page came up.

I tried again this morning, and this came up. Karr Case Documents The links to documents on this page have been removed. Court documents are still available here. However, that list was gone (?). I don't have time to check it all out today. Was this the only link?

Exactly, Cherokee. I only got the first 30 pages printed out, but the information in them, or should I say the LACK of information, in them was revealing. Some of Tracey's e-mails were there, but others were not. Furthermore, there was mention of phone conversations between Karr and Tracey. Were those phone conversations recorded? If so, by whose authority? If not, then how is anyone to know what was said in the conversations. How do we know that Tracey did not, indeed, feed Karr infomation on the phone? Are we to just take his word for what was said? If so, where are the transcripts for those conversations?

It was real nice of Lacy to provide them, just like Cherokee says. Makes it next to impossible to download such a big file (why not a bunch of smaller files?), and nearly impossible to print out.

Elle, Lacy's taken the e-mails off the website. Why she would tell another lie by saying the documents were still there by following the link is beyond me. I think the woman is a nutcase, frankly.

 

WY, I contacted my server and they told me to try something. I'm going to try to send them to you again now. If that doesn't work, Moab (ty Moab) suggested something else which I'll try. I imagine they've taken them off the website as they may be evidence for another case. His lawyer was screaming bloody murder I imagine.

 

I'm very glad someone got all these saved. I got through all of the arrest warrent and about 20 pages into the emails. Went to bed, came back and it was gone. So now will have to wait until they get loaded on here. Ah, well, at least they aren't lost to history as I am sure Lacy wished they had been. ray:

I need *AUDIO* Files

It's not the e-mails I need, I already have those, it's the audio files of the telephone calls that I want. Did anybody download them?

There were 18 files originally listed as .wav files on the BDA's site and the .wav files were huge, too big to download then a day or so later they replaced those with .mp3 files but by the time I got to the site they were gone. I have no clue why there were taken down.

So my question is, does ANYBODY have any of those 18 audio files saved, hopefully in the .mp3 format ???

Maybe you could call the DA's Office and see if they will send you cds? We could chip in and pay for them.

 

I think the audio files are posted at Court TV.

I have a question for those of you who downloaded the e-mails. I read a post at CTV which said that Karr said the marks on JonBenet were caused by rings he was wearing - not a stungun.

I have been wondering if John Karr has an obsession with Patsy - and that he thinks he IS Patsy in some weird way. I wonder if this was what was coming on?

I haven't seen a single one yet. They were gone when I opened the file Wombat. From what I'm hearing, they sound very disgusting; however, to understand the depth of the sleazy minds of Tracey and Karr, I do think one would need to read some of them, and then be fully aware of the pornographic thoughts of both of these two creepy characters. I am dealing with Tracey on the same level as I'm dealing with John Mark Karr, because one is no better than the other as far as I'm concerned, although one of them, Karr, is the one we are thinking of as being mentally ill.

I personally think Michael Tracey is a creep. I sincerely hope he does not leave this scene unscathed, because he deserves to be charged for fomenting his delusions.

 

I tried reading some Elle and I can't do it.

Makes me sick to my stomach.

 

I have downloaded them because I ws intrigued by a post I read on CTV where the poster made a reference to Karr saying he didn't use a stungun. I have started skimming them.

Points that have come out in what I've skimmed so far:-

1) Karr says Jonbenet was wearing expensive perfume (is that a fact - I've never read that?)

2) Karr says he did not use a stungun

3) Karr says he removed his shoes

I'm having difficulty reading them, but I've decided that I shall print them off and organise them in a way that will make it easier for me to read.

I will do an analysis of them.

I'm beginning to wonder if Tracey just wasn't using Karr as an excuse to talk about his own "children" fantasies. He seemed not to have a big problem in those "discussions". Notice how often he's referenced as being drunk or drinking :glug: , which could have made it easier for him to speak freely. :sick:
