I understand that as long as the case stays open/cold the files won't be made public.Maybe that's what this is all about.The case won't be closed,they are looking for an intruder that doesn't exist and as long they're doing this nothing else will be made public anymore,so says the new DA as well if I remember correctly?

I would say,make everything public and let the people decide....nobody will be charged in this case anyway..........I know,wishful thinking........sigh.....

Personally, I don't think Lacy is bright enough to come up with that, and I don't know how she would pull it off, do you?

Maybe she's not but Lin Wood&the RST are and IMO Lacy not necessarily used her own brain in this whole thing.I don't think JMK was her idea either,she just took the bait.She was just another Hofstrom following the RTS's instructions,just like the other DA people did(well,most of them).IMO
