    Heh. Heh. Heh.

Actually, Jeffie looks more like a turd coming out of the horse's butt than the horse's butt, itself, but it's close.

"You do not know them and the tragedy suffered by their family is really none of your business."

How rude. Sort of like the killing of a wife by the husband is really none of anyone's business, I guess, because someone doesn't know them or the tragedy suffered. Accordng to law, someone is getting away or off with murder, I'm thinking.

I think the first Butts triple homicide in Cass County, Texas in 1973, the one where a man shot his wife & her mother and father - I think the man got off because it was just no one's business. Maybe that's what happened in the second one, too.

Well there is always this one to remind us how convoluted BinWoody is and how we are judged by the company we keep...

    What an interesting tidbit!
LovelyPigeon is pro-Ramsey and insinuated herself into the case!!

I only know L.P from WebSleuths where she is touting Scott Peterson's innocence( :wtf: sums up my feelings on that!).

Wonder if L.P is gonna start emailing Geragross and having phone chats w/ Jackie

I tried to wave a red flag at you new guys at WS........LP has quite the history in the Ramsey subculture - let's just say that no one was surprised to hear that she believes that Scott is innocent. Like the Ramseys and Westerfield. :lier:

I wonder if LP still thinks Westerfield is innocent, like Jammie does?

After Paul Pfingst, the former D.A. spoke up on national t.v. about the plea bargain,(which had been leaked prior- but of course hir claimed it was a lie) there is no doubt. Hir back peddling became "the prosecution did not prove the case." Hir claimed the evidence was not dated, so therefore the case could not be proved. It's obvious that hir has a lack of knowledge of how criminal cases are tried and decided and rules of evidence, because if juries would use hir reasoning, noone would ever get convicted.

You know, those killers that really want to be caught need to learn to carry a date stamper from the library to use when they leave their evidence so there would be no doubt.

The jury thought they proved the case, and that's all that matters, and the rest of the world agrees with the exception of a few of Westerfield's friends and family are in denial which is typical. Charles Manson's mother probably believes he is innocent too. Westerfield will not win an appeal , the lawyering and Judge Mudd (who is retiring this year, by the way) were so good--there were no errors. Westerfield had an outstanding legal team who knew he was guilty -- and tried every trick in the book to create reasonable doubt- that's their job- they are allowed to lie and trick. It's ignorant people who cannot see past their noses (or egos) that fall for these tricks.

I really do not believe that the people you mentioned are totally ignorant. It's all ego and an unwillingness to admit they were wrong. There is clearly a pattern.

What really strikes me as funny is how these whackos with shaky (at best ) 3rd hand ties to the Ramsey's (like Susan Bennet,LP,"B" the housekeeper etc) are the type of people John & Patsy wouldnt have socialised with before JBR's death,I mean "B" supposedly cleans their toilets! Why would they consider someone like that an peer?

Their cover up in order to perserve their good name was all in vain.

It didnt land John employment,a political career or Patsy any entree to high society and it seems the type of people Lin Wood disdains are the Ramseys biggest supporters! (although I still dont get how Susan Bennet could sell info about her "friends" to the NE and still claim to support them but what do I know! )

    Irony,aint it a :(:(:(:(:(!

They did not consider her a "friend". Look at the comments in the interviews and depostions.

I was away from home last year, during the time your excellent letter was sent to Lin Wood, Tricia. You're so courageous when it comes to situations like this.

I hope Lin Wood read ACR's excellent post. You're both a very strong force to be reckoned with. May you both always have the strength to keep on fighting for justice for JonBenét Ramsey.

Don Foster: As I later learned, the police had already investigated
and dismissed jameson as a "code six wingnut," a phrase I had not heard before but one
that I would soon come to appreciate.

    I know that's true.

Lin Wood was on Gretta tonight about the Condit case. After he spouted off, Dominick Dunn's lawyer spoke. He said that Condit hardly lost the election because of Dunn's comments. Condit lost it because of Condit.

Gretta's panel later agreed and they think the lawsuit is ridiculous and frivolous. They more or less made Wood look like an ambulance chaser. I always believed this was only filed as a vendetta against Dunn because of his Ramsey comments.

I agree Sabrina, LimpWood only filed the suit because of the Ramsey's.

I hope he looked like a complete idiot on that panel, he sure isn't that intelligent if he he choose to be a lawyer as a career but chooses remain as far away from an actual court room as possible.

The Ramsey's like filing frivolous lasuits so much, they should join Scientology.:martini:

Wow. This thread brings back memories.

Ahh, the love I felt from Lin Wood..LOL.

One day I would like to thank Wood. He gave me the fire to continue on and to keep the pressure on the Ramseys. If he hadn't been such a jackass I don't know if I would have had the will to keep going!

Thisis from Gretta Wire-- two sample emails that she received about the show.

E-mail No. 3 — Former Congressman Gary Condit is suing writer Dominick Dunne for comments Dunne made that Condit claims were libelous. A jury will decide this at some point.

Gary Condit is delusional if he thought he ever had a chance of reelection. I never heard anything Dominick Dunne said. I would have never voted for him after the Connie Chung show. Gary Condit needs to accept responsibility for his own actions. He only has himself to blame.

    E-mail No. 4

    Greta,
I thought Gary Condit's lawyer was kind of rude to you in a way to avoid answering certain questions. Gary Condit jeopardized the Chandra Levy case by not answering and coming forward with information about his involvement with Chandra Levy — whether he is guilty of something or not he is definitely guilty of hindering and not being forward about his relationship with Levy. I really feel for Mr. and Mrs. Levy — I hope they get some closure to this case. I think it is great you bring up unsolved and cold cases. You should put more of these cold cases in your show. It would be an interesting subject. I love the show!

Personally, I think Gary Condim knows a whole heck of a lot about Chandra's murder than he is telling. Heck, he has lied so many times about the nature of their relationship, how can anyone think he is the least bit credible? If we all remember, the heat was really on him when 9-11 happened. He got a reprieve then, if you ask me. I don't think D. Dunne libeled him in any way. No worse than anyone else, anyway. Condim didn't have a snowball's chance in He!! of getting reelected after the Chandra Levy disappearance and discovery of her body. Who is he trying to kid? Hopefully, not anyone with an IQ above 10.

Tricia, I remember the very day you posted this e-mail. I was in shock that Woodchuck actually sent you that! He is just so charming, NOT! I think he inspired all of us to keep going with that little missive. I think we should all send him a huge thank you e-mail. Just sign it with our hats. Of course, he would probably take it the wrong way, and think we all were on his client's side of "justice."

Has anyone heard anything about Kobe's accuser? I wonder when a court date for that will be set. I think that Woodchuck is out-gunned there as well. Maybe another judge will hand him his head. Then, maybe he will take a hint and go back to chasing ambulances. (I can hope!)

    Ugh

The only thing scarier than Condit is his kids. "Gary" this and "Gary" that as they defend the creep on any show that will have them. The only thing real about Gary is his position as a client of Lin Wood's. The Attorney for the Damned (evil people that kill and want to get away with it).
