IMO the bat is just an "oh, ok, let's go with that" sort of thing, the same with the window. Once someone else came up with a scenario it was easy to just jump on board. As long as it served as a distraction from the real issues there was no real concern for any other details.

Not much I can add to this post, Little. I agree with all you have to say here. There hasn't been any mention of this golf club and the hair attached at all. As you said ... "As long as it served as a distraction from the real issues."

The whole JonBenÃ©t case reeks of "distraction."
