I don't think that's true. If you look at the banned list, there's a mix of RST and RDI. If you think the RST are taking over WS, you should take a look at Crimelibrary (which used to be Court TV). I have never seen such vicious name-calling and unpleasantness in a forum as there is there. There is a little hard-core RST tag team who seem to be trying to run everyone else off the forum. I have observed discussions there and it's just blatant flaming. Tipper is in the midst of it all sweetly and "innocently" stirring things up. She should hang her head in shame.

Hey - jameson........a former owner needs some learning....

    http://www.webbsleuths.org/dcforum/DCForumID77/58.html

BTW - local news is reporting that in addition to the child rape porn found on the father's computer, there is also gay and teenager pornography as well, so cleaning up the filth in the family home was the last thing this dirty freak had time for in between his shifts at the bar. Oh, there were also something like ten computers in the home too for what that's worth.

How the mother was not aware of her husband's perversions is hard to understand but I suppose it happens. You would think that since she is the one in the most intimate relationship with her husband, something would have slipped out of his mouth after all these years.

The one thing I do understand.........I can see why jameson might seek out this new case, it's just calling hir name.

FORT MYERS -- Wearing black patent leather Mary Janes and a pink skirt, September Fullwood, 9, sang a song in memory of her little sister Coralrose Fullwood.

Her voice barely audible over the strum of a guitar, September sang to a crowd that included her mother and father. But Dale and Ellen-Beth Fullwood did not stand together.

In the aftermath of their daughter's rape and murder and Dale's arrest on pornography charges, their marriage has become fractured. They are rarely seen together.

Nearly five months after the first-grader's death, no on has been charged.

Sunday was a day for family and friends to gather and remember Coralrose as a tree was planted in her honor at the temple where she once attended religious school.

"This is a positive thing. There has been so much negativity," said their maternal grandfather, Saul VanderWoude. "It's good to have something positive."

As the family began to shovel earth over the roots of the pink orchid tree, the surviving Fullwood children seemed happy.

On his knees, Dale Fullwood pushed the dirt forward with his hands, and his children followed. Then they threw the dirt with their father.

"Just like Coralrose would do," Dale Fullwood said.

Ellen-Beth Fullwood turned to the sound of their giggles and squeals.

    "I don't think it's appropriate," she said.

A family friend asked Dale Fullwood to stop. He rose to his feet and brushed off his hands.

"I just wish she was here throwing the dirt with us," he said.

After the ceremony, a smaller group gathered at the home Ellen-Beth Fullwood is renting in Fort Myers. Her husband was not invited.

Ellen-Beth Fullwood would not talk about her husband, the murder investigation or the upcoming trial where a judge will decide whether she or her husband should regain custody of their four youngest children.

Instead, she said she is "functioning, barely" and said that life "will never be easy" without Coralrose.

But, the tree dedication was comforting, she said, especially because Coralrose's classmates came up with the idea.

"I think she would have loved it," Ellen-Beth Fullwood said.

Coralrose's siblings are left to deal with what has happened to their family.

The children's grandmother, Doreen VanderWoude, said it has been hardest on Coralrose's sisters September and Aleena, who were supposed to have a "sleepover" the night the little girl was likely killed. But, Coralrose misbehaved and was not allowed to sleep with her sisters.

    "They blame themselves," VanderWoude said.

And her 4-year-old grandson doesn't understand his sister is gone. "Emerson asked me two weeks ago if I could bring Coralrose home," VanderWoude said.

Photos of Ellen-Beth Fullwood's seven children are on display in her living room. Running her fingers through Emerson's hair, she told the little boy about each photo and when it was taken. When she came to a photo of Coralrose, the 4-year-old seemed to read everyone's mind.

    "I miss Coralrose," he said.

Wasn't it Darlie Routier who sprayed Silly String all over the headstones of her murdered little boys, on one of their birthdays? Throwing dirt when you are memorializing your dead child is totally inappropriate and shows a complete disregard of the import of the moment. Sick.

Yes it was Darlie who sprayed silly string on one of her murdered son's grave on his birthday. :loser: She's where she needs to be, imo.

The parents of a slain North Port girl agreed today to leave their four children in the custody of the children’s grandparents, avoiding a dependency trial that was scheduled for next week.

Coralrose Fullwood’s siblings, ages 4 to 12, have been in the temporary custody of their maternal grandparents in Lee County since the state Department of Children and Families took them from their parents the day after their 6-year-old sister’s body was found in a wooded lot near the family’s North Port home.

Coralrose’s parents, Dale and Ellen-Beth Fullwood, will now work on a case plan in an effort to be reunified with their children. Typically, that process takes about a year.

“They’ll get their kids back, eventually,†said Debra Salisbury, attorney for Dale Fullwood.

The Fullwoods have separated since Coralrose’s death, and are being represented by different attorneys in the custody matter.

The Fullwood children were taken from their parents after a North Port Police Department detective reported alarming conditions in the home, including fecal matter in a bathtub.

No one has been arrested in connection with the Sept. 17 killing. Police have also confirmed Coralrose was raped, but say DNA evidence shows a non-family member was the perpetrator of that crime.

Dale Fullwood is awaiting trial on two counts of possession of child pornography.

I am curious about the terms of Dale's punishment if/when found guilty of the child pornography charges. Surely one of the conditions would be to that he would not be allowed to have contact with children - but would that include his own?

This is the woman who came to the WS forum and whined about being such a great parent?

I swear, how bad off are you when you don't KNOW that crap lying around the house isn't a good thing for your kids?

    Fullwoods admit to neglect

SARASOTA -- Dale and Ellen-Beth Fullwood pleaded guilty Wednesday to civil charges of neglect brought against them by the Department of Children and Families.

The Fullwoods, in separate emergency motions that were filed late Tuesday evening, signed a consent agreement with the state that gives permanent custody of their four children, ages 4-13, to their maternal grandparents, Saul and Doreen VanderWoude.

The Fullwoods also agreed that leaving their house unlocked might have contributed to the death of their 6-year-old daughter, Coralrose.

As part of the consent agreement, the Fullwoods will work with DCF on a case plan to get their children back eventually. This process can take more than a year.

Two days after the death of Coralrose, DCF filed neglect charges after North Port Police detectives reported deplorable living conditions, including German cockroaches, and finding feces in the tub, sink and other areas of the house.

At a Jan. 24 hearing, Ellen-Beth was granted unsupervised visitation with her children, who are staying with her parents in Fort Myers. Dale was denied unsupervised visitation at the same hearing. He must visit with the children in a public place.

Coralrose was found murdered and sexually assaulted in the woods near her home in North Port on Sept. 17. A circuit judge granted temporary custody to the VanderWoudes. At the Jan. 24 hearing, North Port Police detective Tom Stella testified that the Fullwoods were cleared of the sexual assault. However, he said they and everyone who is part of the investigation are still suspects in her death. North Port police are investigating the crime and have not made any arrests.

Attorney Linda Griffin, who represents Ellen-Beth in the custody case, asked DCF to do a home study of Ellen-Beth's current home in Fort Myers to determine if the children could live there. Dale Fullwood did not make the same request.

Dale is scheduled for a jury trial on his child pornography charges on July 16.

I swore i would not post and will not after this. Cintg YOU KNOW NOTHING. The "older Daughter" story as you call it is NO WHERE NEAR how YOU portray it. Dahlia moved in with my parents because she needed a quiet environment. PERIOD. The only paperwork was done on a legal program my father had on his computer and was then notarized at a bank. She and I have a close relationship still. If you know us, you could ask her. Since you do not, instead you choose to attack and lie.

Everone else: I appologize for the post, but my daughter Dahlia deserves better than lies told about her by someone who does not know the truth. Please believe I chose to consent to the case plan based on the information I had and in order to protect my children. It in no way was a guilty plea to the allegations as originally stated.

Fullwoods agree to leave children with grandparents

    SARASOTA --

Had the Fullwoods -- whose 6-year-old daughter Coralrose was sexually assaulted and killed in September -- proceeded with the trial that was scheduled for next week, a judge would have made an immediate decision on whether they would get their children back.

"I know I just want to put the rest of my family, that deserves to be back together, back together in the quickest and least painful way," Ellen-Beth Fullwood said.

"Based on the advice of counsel, this is the least painful way."

It could be months before a judge again reviews the case to determine if either parent should regain custody of the children,

"They'll get their kids back, eventually," said Debra Salisbury, attorney for Dale Fullwood. "The kids clearly love both of their parents."

The Department of Children and Families took the children the day after Coralrose was found dead two blocks from the family's home on Sept. 17.

A North Port Police Department detective reported alarming conditions in the home, including fecal matter in a bathtub, cockroaches and piles of laundry strewn about.

Attorneys for DCF have argued that it's not just a dirty house case, saying Coralrose's killing is still unsolved and police have not cleared either parent as a suspect in the death.

Dale Fullwood said the decision to avoid the trial was a relief because of the media attention and the animosity between him and his wife.

"She ditched me and did everything possible to make me look bad and her look like an angel," he said.

The Fullwoods separated after he was arrested in October on two felony counts of possession of child pornography.

The couple of 13 years don't speak, and Ellen-Beth Fullwood has said the only thing stopping her from filing for divorce is the cost of hiring an attorney.

In a recent court appearance where Ellen-Beth Fullwood was granted unsupervised visits with her children, she brought up concerns she had about her husband possibly sexually abusing two of her daughters when they were younger. No such allegations were ever reported to authorities.

In turn, Ellen-Beth Fullwood's parenting came under fire by her husband's attorney, who questioned how many hours she spends reading and writing on the Herald-Tribune's Web site, heraldtribune.com, and whether she yells at her children.

Police: We are not giving up

Coralrose Fullwood's case is still North Port's priority

    * Police are still working leads in the death of Coralrose, and say the case is not cold. Custody of the Fullwood's remaining four children ages 4-13 was granted to their grandparents, Saul and Doreen VanderWoude of Fort Myers. In the last few weeks, FDLE agents have interviewed the children at their school on two separate occasions.

NORTH PORT -- Eight detectives, four from North Port and four from Florida Department of Law Enforcement, are working around the clock on Coralrose Fullwood's murder.

North Port Police Chief Terry Lewis said canvasses are being done, and police are working everything from taking DNA samples and surveillance to reinterviewing family members.

"Everyday, we are still making progress," Lewis said. "We have varsity level investigators working the case."

Six-year-old Coralrose Fullwood was found dead Sept. 17 two blocks from her home on Calabash Lane.

Custody of the Fullwood's remaining four children ages 4-13 was granted to their grandparents, Saul and Doreen VanderWoude of Fort Myers.

In the last few weeks, FDLE agents have interviewed the children at their school on two separate occasions. :sleuth:

According to Doreen, agents spent more than an hour with 9-year-old September Fullwood.

"The first time FDLE called to let us know, as a courtesy. The second time, which was last week sometime, was unannounced," Doreen said.

The interviews took place in a private place in the school, and according to Doreen, someone was in the room with her.

She said the children are still fragile, and will be meeting the court-appointed guardian Friday to discuss future interviews. Doreen wants to make sure the school's grief counselor is present at future interviews.

Lewis said police conducted hundreds of interviews. Thousands of dollars have been spent tracking down the 330 leads called into the police department.

"We've cleared about 80 percent of these leads," Lewis said, adding the case is "no where near cold."

Resources from the Sarasota County Sheriff's Office has also been involved, and Lewis said they are "right there on a moment's notice."

Police have made no arrests in the case, nor have they ruled out any one, including family members.

Thank you for posting this RR. It sounds like this home was quite a disaster for the children to live in, doesn't it? As for the father having been arrested for having child pornography. there's no way he should be around any children; especially his own.

It's obvious the mother couldn't have cared less about her children being in a clean home. I don't think the children will be returned to her either, until she proves herself capable of looking after them.

What a real sad state of affairs, with the little six year old girl being found murdered. I wonder what the end result will be?

Burke Ramsey should have been removed from the Ramsey's care too, but it didn't happen. I think the case would have been solved long ago, if LE had forced the issue and separated the parents.(?).
