    I think if Burke had Tourettes, there would be more about it. In my experience, people with Tourettes sort of "stick out" compared to other people. Other kids notice them making noises and their behavior is considered unusual by other people in the classroom.
    Kids with things like Aspergers, Attention Deficit or other similar conditions are usually not that noticeable. Sometimes those kids are just thought to be shy or geeks (if anyone even notices any differences).

    Yes, Sue. I thought the same. Tourettes is something which can't be hidden, but Burke's behaviour at that particular time made me wonder (?).
