Well, now I see that Chero already addressed this. Sorry, Chero. I'm way behind, as I spent most of yesterday afternoon curled up in the fetal position in the corner, reliving the Lacy press conference over and over and over and over....

Are you talking about the man in Colorado who murdered his wife and daughter and dumped their bodies? They found the wife finally, but not the child? Then he tried suicide? Finally was convicted?

    Hm...thinking thinking....

    BLAGG?

You're not referring to Lori Hacking, are you? She was pregnant when her husband killed her.

OK, was it the Michael Blagg case? He's serving a life sentence now.

    Blagg it is

KK got it. WY - I am sure that if she weighed in an opinion on the Lori Hacking murder, well, we all know.......

Yes, Michael Blagg. She thinks that he didn't kill his wife and daughter and dumped their bodies in the landfill? But the wife's body was found with trash from his company!

    So Michael Blagg is innocent.
    And Scott Peterson is innocent.
    And David Westerfield is innocent.
    And the Ramseys are innocent.

They are certainly in good company. Too bad they didn't share the fate of Blagg, Peterson and Westerfield all of whose juries beg to differ with jameson.

How does jameson stand on the Menendez Brothers and Michael Peterson?
    What about Orenthal Simpson?

Yeah, well...I don't know if you saw the Lacy press conference yesterday in France...but that would be so embarrassing for us, if you did...like we're not already wearing two bags over our heads, in case one blows off....

So, in answer to your question...yeah, we seem to be surrounded by people who have no skill at science. That must drive you mad, sciencelady.

Love your avatar, by the way.

Well, let's be fair.... jams didn't think Karr is the intruder. She even wanted to see what went on behind his bedroom doors with his child brides.... :spit:

I SWEAR I am not making this up!

Well, her old sidekick, LovelyPigeon, from those days is posting elsewhere in support of Guess Who in Aruba so I bet that it is not a stretch to guess what jameson Bennett's position would be.

There have been others over the years - maybe it is a good idea to compile a list for documentation purposes.

Prolly calling around to her child porn buddies to see if they have pictures...for research...of course.

    Hi KK,

I watched the press conference on the 9news website this morning and yes, it was pretty embarrassing. But no worries, I did my PHD in Boulder and am familiar with "the People's Republic of Boulder." In fact I was living there when this fiasco started.

It does drive me mad--the lack of logic and scientific thinking skills. Some people will jump on the band wagon for ANYTHING!! This particular thread on the MSNBC site is really ridiculous. I have been patiently trying to explain that no race can be determined by DNA and most of all not with a degraded sample but all I hear is that it has been written in the press. Sigh. I might as well give up.

Thanks, for the comment about the avatar. Gotta love Monty Python!!

    Welcome to FFJ, ScienceLady! :)

Your post actually made me laugh ... an "Asian-Muslim connection?" :floor:

Just what WILL those Ramsey apologists think of next? Roger Rabbit in a fit of pique?! It's certainly just as plausible! :crosseyed

It really is hysterically funny. He is citing all kinds of "religious" belief evidence from the ransom note.

    Tom Mc
"Muslim Terrorist in Iraq often deny the body for burial of those the kill as an insult and great dishoner. Also beheading is very common."

    From the Ransom Note:
“You will also be denied her remains for proper burial.â€â€œwill result in yourdaughter being beheaded.â€

"I think he is Asian, Pilipino. It had been reported that there was DNA from saliva matching to an Asian male, but written off as incidental exposure during the manufacturing and packaging of the underwear.
I thought there is a large number of Muslims in the Philippines. If he is Philippine, he may not have respect for the USA, being occupiers and of Christian values. And I believe he helped build Johns Company, and that is why he respects it."

If you want to follow it, its good for a stress relieving laugh!! Complete with 2 different racial DNA profiles found with JBR's bloodspots!!

Glad I can help you stop banging your head against the wall! It can leave some nasty bruises!

And we DO!!! There are some serious MP addicts here! (There might even be a few lumberjacks. ;) )

So you got your PHD in Boulder, eh? If you were there when this whole thing started, then do you know the Stines? Anyone else in the magic circle?

I think the Boulder city water supply must be liberally sprinkled with mushroom dust every week. Nothing else explains why that town is so far out there. It's like reality is suspended at the city limits, and you're in Boulderland ... the kingdom of idiots, incompetents and media whores.

I swear, if the DA in my city had spoken the same words as Mary Lacy did yesterday, they would have felt LUCKY if all that happened to them was to be run out of town on a rail last night! And they darn sure wouldn't have their job today!

Cherokee, my image of Boulder is that it is encased in a big plastic bubble, impenetrable by common sense and intelligence, and no leaks to let the stupid out. They have been breathing that same air for at least 30 years now, including the marijuana smoke and the stink from the Birkenstokked feet.
