Yes, I know,Thor, but I love your little nodding dog. Thor was still here when we first got in touch with each other on this case.

"Tricia and others need get a documentary started. Yes, you can DO IT!!!"

But how, sboyd? It's a fine idea, but we need a few things.

    Tricia, a request

    Hi Tricia,

I wanted to ask if I could post Mr. Schiller's reply to your e-mail on Court TV. If you say no, I completely understand. It seems the pro-Ramseys over there believe it was a great show and I wanted to show them his reply to you saying it was Court TV who made the last decisions on the show. Let me know. Thanks Tricia.

You read over there too sboyd? I read but hardly ever post. I cannot believe the misinformed people over there. I don't have the energy to post after all my brain has absorbed these last 10 years on this case. It's almost worse than reading at Toejam's. At least Candy is there for entertainment purposes.

    Over There

It is incredible. I have been posting there for maybe two weeks and it really isn't worth it, because you learn nothing and just get aggravated at how misinformed they are and unwilling to read anything contrary to their views. It really is a waste of time.

    Documentary

Yup, you need money. You need backing. So how is that done? I don't know. Could you start with working with a university, say working with students who want to make films? Really, you need a forum that is filmed with all of you speaking about what you know and the evidence you have. It would be so interesting. Of course someone has to organize it so that it is done in such a coherent manner that it draws viewers. But this subject would draw viewers. I don't know how many there are in this Forum, I have just arrived, but in reading what you say, you obviously, obviously know more than Lawrence Schiller does about this subject.

And if I were to turn on a cable channel with a "roundtable" of 5 to ten of you speaking of the evidence, I would be mezmerized.

    No fooling you, Elle.

"Could you start with working with a university, say working with students who want to make films?"

I know someone! One of my old professors is a member of the state film commission. And, there's a film and TV studio in the city.

"Really, you need a forum that is filmed with all of you speaking about what you know and the evidence you have. It would be so interesting. Of course someone has to organize it so that it is done in such a coherent manner that it draws viewers."

That's the thing. It has to be interesting to hold attention of casual viewers.

"And if I were to turn on a cable channel with a "roundtable" of 5 to ten of you speaking of the evidence, I would be mezmerized."

yes, students of this case would be, but that might bore some casual viewers. Ideally, it would be nice to interview some case players. I have a list, but it's probably not doable. But I suppose we could do it the way you suggest. But that might be more suited for an audio program. Hmm...a commercial CD? Might be cheaper than a TV show or a DVD!

You may be right about the casual viewers, but I think that those who watch court tv would be interested in this sort of thing - HOWEVER, it just has to be put together well and not look like one of those advertisements from fox tv where they have everything but the child pornographer in the advertisement.

Also another thing if I saw advertising for this as "Another side to the Ramsey case" something of that nature which is going to show through you very knowledgeable people just how long Mr. and Mrs. Ramsey and their very special "Team" has been snowing people.

It is a thought and I want to go home right now and turn it on.

I think people who tune in for forensic shows and true crime shows would be interested.

I think it dies with John. He is the last and he is not telling. I dont' think Berke knows what happened.

Lou SMit is setting up an account to accept donations for his continued investigation into the ramsey case.

Cheques have to be sent to jameson.

Sorry, I for ONE would refuse on principle to make any donation c/o Susan Bennett and I'm sure I'm not alone. The fund will be the poorer for this.

    Good grief!

Financing Smitty through Jams is like aiding abetting one of the three stooges through MaBaker.

However could anyone think up anything so ridiculous?

Both you and Punisher are so enthusiastic SB. You may well be a great deal of help if the time ever comes.

With Tricia still working in radio broadcasting business, she may have contacts we could never get close to. Who knows what Tricia may have in mind (?). but it's Tricia's choice. She is always coming up with something knew. How many would go to all the trouble of presenting a signed petition before Governor Owens in Boulder, like Tricia did a few years ago, with the backing of some posters? My hat is off to Tricia, who persistently seeks Justice for Jonbenét Ramsey, and meets Lin Wood, and anyone else headon! Three cheers for Tricia! :rose:

Unfreakingbelievable. What is he thinking? I thought he was the most unethical, unprofessional former detective I've ever heard of, but he's really outdone himself, this time.

I have an idea. Why doesn't everyone send a check to Tricia, who will forward the funds to an account that I will set up to accept donations for MY investigation into Lou Smit and Susan Bennett? I guess I have about as much right to investigate them as Lou Smit has to investigate anyone, considering he's no longer employed by the DA's office.
