This is about the time that Athena's husband walks in the room and says "what the hell is going on" as he sees the computer wedged in between the window and the ledge.

Oh no Solace. I'm sure she has a lot of good in her and let's face it, this has been a mini-investigation for a "crime" where no-one really got hurt. Let's just say it has been a search for the truth.

This can go down in the Internet Suculture records as further proof of RST lies and games. These people constantly defend the Ramseys' lies and attack those of us who condemn or even question them. This just goes to show that people who defend lies are probably liars themselves.

I could post more examples but I'll save them in case I need them As I have said before - I don't go looking for trouble, but if it comes looking for me, I will deal with it.

 

This is what I find so intriguing. Almost NO ONE who supports the Ramsey scams seems to have any sense of honesty, integrity, or plain decency.
They just keep on displaying their two-faced, duplicitous nature and seem to believe they're entitled to do so with impunity, in the name of supporting the Ramseys.

But I disagree with your assessment that no one got hurt. The nature of such duplicity inherently only adds to the general state of confusion about this case. The truth is ALWAYS obfuscated when those who practice subterfuge work so hard to confuse everyone.

And someone did die: JonBenet. They seem to lose sight of THAT so easily.

Well put KK. I also notice , and I mean this in all seriousness, that they have the most outlandish and sexually explicit reasons for their backup theories. I truly think they get off on the whole deal, especially the MacReynolds theory.

These are not well people by any stretch of the imagination.

Athena also said she reads on Websleuths. I tried to find a nice way to ask her why she did not post there if she was a member in hopes that she would mention her hat. As far as I am concerned she sshould be off forums for good How can anyone trust after alll this deception

 

OK. let me rephrase - no-one got physically hurt - that was what I was meant.

But you are right - we have jameson and her years of fake hats and selling to tabloids. Tracey and his dishonest documentary. Susan Stine and her fake emails. Then the groups of people who will go to enormous lengths to rationalise or dismiss Ramsey lies... There is definitely a common theme here.

 

Her friends will stand by her and in fact, most of the posters at Sycamore don't read or post on the Ramsey forums so the chances of them finding out - even if they WOULD give a damn, is pretty remote.

Remember - these are people who criticise the police for even considering the Ramseys as potential suspects. These are people who attack forum posters for questioning Ramsey lies. People who attack Moderators when one of their own gets into trouble for posting pornographic images. They most likely will think that I had no right exposing Athena's games - that I am the "baddie" for doing so. It's a mindset. If they do something bad and get caught they will blame the person who caught them or the person who reported them for "getting them into trouble".

For the record, I have never suggested that Athena registered the hat "JustMe" at Websleuths in the year 2004 and to use that as some kind of proof that Athena didn't write the JustMe posts in the JBR forum at Topix in 2008 is simply ridiculous. It is smoke and mirrors.

The hat "JustMe" isn't unique. It's like "OnlyMe" and "MeAgain" and (as Athena/Alter pointed out herself "Observer"). If you search the whole of Topix you will find variations on "JustMe" - i.e. "Just Me" and "justme" who post from elsewhere in the US. I'm not suggesting they are Athena either.

Athena acknowledges that the evidence against her is strong when she says:-

Despite her continued denials, I think I have proved my case "beyond reasonable doubt" and I think others who have read the comparisons will believe that she is simply still lying.

Why would anyone go to so much trouble to set Athena up? For a start, there was going to be absolutely no guarantee that anyone would take the trouble to search for posts to do a comparison. Topix doesn't even have a search facility of which I am aware.

It is my opinion that if someone was going to impersonate another poster, they would find something OBVIOUS about that poster to replicate. For example, it used to be that Evening2 used a bizarre,,, triple comma thing,,, in her posts. It would be the obvious thing to use if someone wanted to impersonate her. Or, they might caricature her far-fetched McReynold theory. What they wouldn't do is copy a fairly mundane post she'd made at another forum and make some changes to it which would only ever be noticed if someone went to the trouble to doing a proper investigation into it.

The fact also remains that Athena is denying having done something that we know she is not only capable of but guilty of doing. She also lies about her usage of Anonymous Proxies.

I haven't reported my privacy concerns to Sycamore's server yet but that is still a real possibility. Put it this way - I certainly will if she or her pals (real or anonymous proxy fakes) continue with their games.
