Not having seen the post, I don't know what the context was but I am assuming no one corrected the poster because she wasn't wrong!! Obviously, the poster at Jamesons has not clue that there is a legal difference between murder and homicide. This idiot thinks the terms are interchangeable.
They are NOT one and the same,murder includes malice aforethought whereas homicide is killing, sometimes even justified or excusable, whereas murder is not. I think most of the posters here are astute enough to know there IS a difference, that's why the poster here was not corrected.

 

I saw that post SAbrina and curious, I set about searching for the post she/he was referring to, but I gave up - finding no such post.

They're "policy" of not including links pretty much means they can say what they like - make it up as they go along. There is no forum requirement to substantiate their claims. I think the "no links policy" is there for precisely that reason. It means they can get away with lies. The excuse for not posting links (i.e. that if they post links, the pages will be substituted with porn) is laughable. Fortunately, most people who read the forums KNOW that yonder if the forum of misinformation, spin and lies so they take what they read with a large pinch of salt. They only people who will be taken in are the transient readers who happen upn the forum from time to time.

Mame is currently claiming a source who says Helgoth's boots matched the basement print right down to some mark/dent in the sole. How many unnamed sources does that woman have? I was interested to come across an archived thread about something called the "Krebscam records" which appear to debunk a claim made by Mame that she had participated in a lengthy conference call with some guy and a DA. I don't know anything about the Krebs affair, all I do know is that Mame consistently and blatantly denied that she was the poster "Maddie(numbers)" at Purgatory and did so right up until she gave herself away! That was enough for me. When someone tries to get away with a lie by stating that they "don't lie" then that is two lies.

Not only did she ask for $, she emailed her posts and asked that we back her up in posting in agreement to her. Two posters who I don't even know then verified they got the same emails, one even contributed clothing and shoes for homeless Nancy!!
