Oh, and about the erotic asphyxiation, toltec: even if the killer wasn't playing that game on JB, do you see the possibilities that he/she KNEW the practice and had done it before? The source of THE IDEA FOR THE GARROTE had to come from somewhere. I'm not convinced whoever did it just started experimenting with cord and a stick and lucked out in making a very efficient and identifiable device without even knowing it. This ligature did kill her, I believe, until someone explains to me how a dead body gets petechial hemorrhages from being strangled post mortem.
