    dated dna

The only thing permanent about science is change.

The day will come, and hopefully soon, that enough advancement will be made that science will be able to identify at what time the dna was left. I also believe that we will be at a point someday that from studying the hair bulb that is ripped from someone's head, we will be able to identify what time that occurred too.

Advancements in technology is what is going to hang the Ramseys someday. I just hope I live long enough to see it, and I hope they live long enough to see the thing caving in on them.

    not top 10

Fedorax - Didn't catch the reference. Too tame to be in my "top 10" of mameisms - especially when not sandwiched by a lecture on journalism.

    Hmmmm

I am wondering just how many people who have piles of porno stuff in their possession, actually 'act' out with other people and become repulsive to other souls, such as their mates etc., or other real 'victims'. Or how does the possession and intense interest in porno materials, act out in the owner of such, in other ways?

Mr. W. was divorced, wonder if his ex wife would have anything to offer in this particular vein, er, am I out of order in my thinking that she would even testify or be allowed to testify? I am not a mental legal giant, you knew that, huh?

Yes Kelly, I would also feel that forensic science in time, or Burke growing a conscience in the same time frame, would solve the crime. I too hope I live long enough and still have a memory to remember what happened to little JonBenet.

I am not sure of the percentage of persons who possess Porn actually 'act out' with others.

I suppose, those persons who share hidden and secret memberships to forums dealing in porn are indeed 'acting out' with others, but not necessarily ON others. I understand they ICQ and IM each other and talk and share.

My understanding is that in almost ALL sexually related crimes, there is Pornography in the life of the offender.

I know that not all those who indulge their senses with Porn are sexual criminals...I wonder if the statstics of crime among Porn possessors is the same as in the general population. Hard to say, because, a great percentage of men 'in the general population' are involved on some level with viewing porn. maybe women too, who knows?

Pornography is seen by many women as adultery when constantly or consistently viewed by their spounces or boy friends.

Like any other Addiction, Pornography affects, family relationships. I heard a man the other day say, he planned his sessions with his porn while his wife was out of town, or shopping with friends. Obviously he wouldn't plan it while she was home, but the secrecy and planning is intictive of a 'problem' or even level of addiction.

A couple is divorcing in our church due in part to his pornography addiction...his excuse: 'she didn't give me what I needed'. Now, he is supposedly free of the addiction and wants her back, I don't think she has any further interest in reuniting with him.

    I'M BACK

    Hey Guys,

It's so nice to be back. I've missed all of you, but I had to keep away from the forum because I'm preparing for a major exhibit in Boulder on the 22nd of June. It is a sneak preview of my new work entitled, Organic Chemistry. I will try to attach a low res poster and Artist Statement. I'm really excited about this new path that I am taking in my artwork. I still am busy doing black and white. I have a wedding tomorrow and hope that the snow that fell last night will melt. Snow in May!

imon128, you do not have to beg for answers to your questions. When I can find the time to respond, I will try to answer all of your questions. So ask away...

Mom's Gone Bad, the name of our softball team, was conceived by Priscilla and Roxy. Access Graphics became the sponser for the first few years. Patsy designed the tee shirts. I still have my original shirt and a photograph of the team in it's first year. I will try to scan the neg at Kinkos and post a copy of it later. This photo was given to JR as a gift, following the first summer season. We were all dressed in fur coats and tiaras. Our coach was dressed in a black leather jacket. It's quite something to behold.

Some of the teams members in that first season included, Priscilla (2nd base), Roxy (1st base or pitcher), Susan Stine (catcher), Patty Novak (left field), Judith Phillips, me, (shortstop) and other great women. The coach and his wife are names tha I don't seem to recall. I will find out their names later. They became good friends of the R's and later moved , I think, to Seattle. They often took care of Jacques, the dog, when the R's went out of town.

We would practice at the elementary school that most of our children attended. I don't recall if Burke or JBR attended practices. I remember that JR and Fleet sometimes watched. But for the most part, we really did not want our children to attend the practices. This was our time not to be mothers.

PR would show up for many practices that first year, but never played a game. The family was gone to Michigan by the time the season started. It worked out better that PR was gone. She was not that sports-minded. I remember throwing a bullet from shortstop to PR at first base and the ball hit her ankle rather hard. I felt so badly for hurting her.

At the games, most of the spouses and children attended. The kids would play with each other and begged for treats. The guys would watch us trying to survive baseball games against much more formiable teams. It was great fun. I miss those innocent times. Now everything is different.

    Enjoyed reading this posting

I enjoyed reading your posting, Cookie. It does give me some insight to the life you had with Patsy and the other neighbours. Would you be talking about the Barnhills who looked after JB's little dog Jacques?

Good luck with your photography exhibit. Sounds interesting. You must be pretty excited about it.

    Cookie!!!

At last you're back!!! Sounds as if you've been very busy. If you could post us a sample of your work...(hint, hint) we'd love it.

Thanks for all the good info on the softball team. I wonder who Patsy had babysit the kiddies when she practiced. Probably the Griffen girl. Your description of Patsy's playing abiliities was excellent. I could just see that play in my mind's eye and it was comical.

I have a rack of other questions for you, but it's kind of late right now so I'll wait until tomorrow. I'm just so glad you're here to ask these things!! and I look forward to seeing a picture of that softball team. Too bad the R's have upset the applecart for so many. I think they're just selfish enough to feel entitled to do so. Aaah, the riché, eh? LOL Thanks, again, Cookie, and I'll be asking more soon.

    What about?

Scott Beck's wife. Was she on the team too?

I see that G2 has brought this couple into the conversation over at Websleuths - not to be confused with CoverThe Ramsesy'sAssSleuths - I know that we have some posters here from that forum, can someone bring us up to speed?

    Not sure

But here is a snippet I snagged from their page..........his wife is labeled as another woman that is/was Patsy's "Best Friend". But that was also supposed to be Barbara Fernie or Priscilla White, maybe Best Friends are a dime a dozen for the Rams.........

"Though the stock has soared since its public offering in late 1993, the Golden (Colo.)-based company and its chairman and CEO, Scott Beck, have been a lightning rod for controversy for almost as long. And in recent months, Beck has come in for a renewed round of criticism.

The reason: While Boston Chicken reports lip-smackingly good earnings, the biggest share of its revenues comes from interest on huge loans it makes to its national network of franchisees. And though the company long sidestepped the issue, Boston Chicken finally said in an August Securities & Exchange Commission filing that many of those franchisees are suffering big operating losses. Moreover, the newly released numbers have raised questions about Boston Chicken's accounting."

I do have some more questions and thanks again for your other response. Here goes:

Were you ever around JAR and/or Melinda?

How was Patsy and John handling JAR's drinking?

Do you think JAR was working at Pasta Jay's due to community service?

How did the younger children get along with the older children?

Did John Andrew ever live in the Ramsey house or did he only live at a frat house or apartment?

Did John Andrew OR Melinda have a pilot's license to fly an airplane?

Still waiting for a sneak peek of your photos, if you can share those and hope your shows go well. Also, am most anxious for your hubby's book!!!

Did you ever see a "mean spirited behavior" from Patsy, toward anyone in particular?

Do you remember anything especially odd about Patsy, mannerisms, behaviors or?

I too would like to know of any 'babysitter' person who looked after Burke and JonBenet, that you might know of.

Did you ever meet Santa Bill or Santa Sam? If you did what was your impression of him and or his wife IF you met her also?

    Thanks

The best of luck to you in all of your efforts.

    Not only that, purr....

But the very moment Smit came on national TV discussing the "myserious rope" left in JAR's room, it suddenly became "the guest room" to the RST. They ALWAYS call it the "guest room" now.

In every book or diagram before that Smit/Today Show moment, it was JAR's room. After that...guest room. When they start spinning, I take notice....

    Indeed!

When the R's start downplaying anything, or mentioning out of the blue...best look REAL closely at it. JAR's room? Guest room? Yes, it's bizarre that they don't mention JAR's living arrangements. In fact, look at Christmas letters, their book, TV shows, etc. JAR is not chatted about much. Even to this day.

I know he had a room there, but I don't know if it was one he had when he visited as a boy or if he actually lived there from time to time. I think it's important to know how much time he spent there. Was he ever the younger children's babysitter, I wonder?

    More for cookie

Patsy went to Texas one summer, and from what I read, took JonBenet with her. I'm pretty sure she said this in their book, too. Do you know why she went there? Thanks in advance.

    Yes, Cookie

I'm also curious about this trip to Texas. I don't believe I have read or seen 'anything' on this particular trip!! ??
