    my questions

When on the morning of the 26th did Patsy see the heart on JonBenet's hand - where was she when she saw it?
Why didn't she mention to Linda Arndt that she knew her daughter was dead, she knew where JonBenet was?

Which is exactly what they don't want. And hence, Mame, Mystery Woman, Santa, FW, need to take a back seat on the bus and let the Drivers take a bow.

Patsy - why was you husband unaware that you were suffering from anxiety attacks that required the need for medication after your daughter's brutal murder?

Well it's out of even Hunter's hands now. M. Keenan is trembling in her sensible shoes at the prospect of a Lin Wood lawsuit, throwing any semblance of seeking Justice away to the four winds just to save the City some litigation time. That is definitely a travesty, and that the people of Boulder aren't camping out in front of the BCDA's office with the proverbial pitchforks and torches, right now, that doesn't speak well of the people of Boulder, quite frankly.

Lou Smit should be expected to fall for Patsy's Southern Belle crap. He was out of his league there, even though he thought he was an old pro. The combination of John's money and Patsys' batted eyelashes and Charismatic prayers, just did him in. He lost his objectivity.

Steve Thomas had the right idea, but went about it the wrong way, talking to the media too much, tactical mistakes that compromised his case. He needed adult supervision, and he didn't get that, either from Eller OR from Koby OR from the BCDA OR from Mike Kane, etc. If a cannon goes loose, is it the cannon's fault, or the ship's deck that didn't bother to bolt it down to begin with? And just because Alex Hunter's office was corrupt, didn't mean the BPD had to throw away its own sense of professionalism--if anything, it was needed then more than ever, to counter that corruption.

Anyway, this is a Cold Case by now. Henry Lee will probably not be brought back in because his level of hero-worship in the forensics world declined somewhat when his analysis failed to produce the live body of Elizabeth Smart. (That's more perception than reality, but so goes life in the Big Leagues.) However, a good-sized platoon of forensics grunts at some elevated level will have to be brought back in, sooner or later. There HAS to be a resolution to this. America owes it to its own sanity to find out what exactly happened. And America needs to NOT be afraid of Lin Wood or any other pit bulls hired by the Evil Ones. (Yes, I said Evil Ones, because whether they murdered JonBenet or not, their blatant obstruction of the investigation makes that odd couple just as culpable as if they HAD done it, by now!)
