Yes, I'm sure these threads must rattle the cages of Morgan LaFey and her Anton LaVey fan clubbers. Oh well!

I haven't had a chance to read the interviews --which is why I so appreciate BobC cutting to the chase-- but it's hard for me to let NK off the hook entirely. However manipulated she is, she's functional. She can cite right from wrong in her own world, so how can she see where her actions are going and not put a stop to things? She must bear some responsibility. But I agree with you that it's not something about which the Whites should sue. There are deeper pockets and better opponents. In the end, NK doesn't matter to the Ramsey case at all. She's just a diversion.

I hope the Whites are making good progress in tracking all of this back to its source. We all suspect who are the likely puppetmasters here. And we also know who are some very reasonable candidates in abetting the cause, especially one long-time poster whose name has changed over the years but his song has stayed the same. His purpose is to create chaos and inveigle his way into the action. He's not that smart so it shouldn't be hard to track his interests.

But the good thing is -- as long as they keep up the idiotic attacks on the Whites, we can be assured that the main "under the umbrella dwellers" are still very, very nervous.

I don't know why anyone would think FW will sue Krebs--she has no money and her grasp on reality is an open question at this point. I tend to lean towards Fedora's view that she is functional so she's not so out there that she doesn't know what she's doing. To me, she seems incredibly emotionally immature and needy. It seems like she's about 8 or 9 YO mentally and absolutely desperate for attention. One thing that strikes me is that it seems she's never been punished for her lying and it appears she'll keep injecting herself into cases like this until she is punished. It's my gut feeling that spending some time in jail won't stop her lying, but she'd certainly tone it down a little in the future.

FW will go after the sane people with money who helped perpetuate this scam. I'm still not clear what Bienkowski's role in all this is but I have a feeling she'll be a prime target.

 

You're welcome! But don't forget it's been two years since these interviews and still that elusive "proof" hasn't surfaced. It hasn't surfaced because there isn't any. There are still people out there waiting on proof of Bigfoot and the Loch Ness Monster, despite the fact that all the films and photos of them are admitted frauds.

This whole thing was a scam, end of story. If other people want to still believe in this nonsense then who cares? I don't anymore! They can believe in the Tooth Fairy for all I care.

So now we sit and wait. I am curious if anyone was swayed from one side to the other with the release of this interview? Are all our former co-posters still approving of how JW was used as a vehicle to promote this theory? What about here? Anyone find anything that made you question your call on this issue?

yes, RR--I heard that tape too. Granny was on it, telling MB to mind her business. This was the horrifying threat. I said at the time that I'd gotten bigger threats on JW!!

I welcome mame's devil spawn to call and tell me their sordid stories. I'll get them booked on 60 Minutes. Or is it Dateline I work for?

I'll bet Trujillo was briefed by a more experience LE agent before he went into those interviews, told what he will likely hear and tipped to what questions to ask. Because the stories are practically carbon copies. That's how little imagination these people have. There are professionals who have been through this mill a hundred times -- I've no doubt they were available to counsel the BPD on this matter. Funny how NK refused to meet with Dr. Pitt! Was that mentioned in the questioning?

The only people who could possibly keep supporting this fraud are:

--those who stand to gain from it monetarily or to promote a project

--those who like to stay anonymous and keep the forums fighting because they're troublemakers, alcoholics or have nothing better to do

--those who are embarrassed that they got caught up in this and lack the guts to admit it

--those who are actively working on the RST

Or any combination thereof.

Anyone who's an advocate for brutalized children or sexual victims would be horrified to see how this hoax has played out. I hope these transcripts and tapes are made available in training sessions for therapists who have to work with the truly sad cases.

It was a shame that Chris let JW get hijacked by nogoodniks. But in its ashes FFJ rose phoenix-like, which is lucky for us and for cyber followers of true crime. When I think of the heights we've reached in just a year, I have to thank the Google Girlz.

As far as the Ramsey murder case goes, when it comes to trial, this angle will be a half-hour's worth of exposition while Fleet testifies. It has no real bearing on the case, no credibility and won't convince a jury of reasonable doubt. Look how effective the Swamp Mistress was in keeping Westerfield out of jail, haha!

The book

The Enquirer story was just a teaser for the book. Something to goose advance orders. But the book will be more than the transcripts. Let's just say Jams has done a great service to the people who want justice in this case. And that would be us.

Isn't it funny how everything in Atlanta is Peachtree? Did you see Wood's building? It's the nicest in town. When I saw the Rs' old home I was shocked at its puky orange color. It was something Elvis would have liked, and on such a nice home. Tacky! It's more subdued now, probably repainted by the Rs when they needed to sell. But yes, it pales in comparison to the other plantation-style homes in Vinings. Their new home is quite lovely, I'm told, but not very private. Don't they ever learn?

I'm LOLing like crazy now because someone cut and pasted something that's on one of those JW-lite forums. Dear God, please don't put these sleuths in charge of Homeland Security or we'll all be learning Farsi soon. Neither I nor my relatives will allow such misrepresentation. Those Oracles at Delphi can expect a cease and desist letter from the Kournikova family attorney immediately!

Speaking of laff riots, don't ya love the new Keith Andrews' sighting? It's taken him all this time to poke a stick up there and get this chit out? I'm guessing UFO-hunter Andrews flew his spaceship over the Chesapeake and was invited in for a BBQ at Judge Mental's home. Perhaps her high-level FBI pal was there. Almost certainly her sister was. Oh, if only they used their enormous talent to benefit society...

Stop me if I've told you this one but there's a P.I. I know of in the U.K., a giant grade up from Mr Andrews, but a crackpot nonetheless. He's an RHGC-type without the legal degree. He keeps trying to convince my friend that he's exposing well-known people for murdering other well-known people. He's traveled around the world for his "research," and seems to have an inexhaustible budget and energy for his slander spree. He's trying to get his brilliant theories published but hasn't met up with anyone crazy enough to take that gamble. So, they're out there! For our amusement, at least.

Speaking of Trujillo--yeah he obviously got some advice on how to handle Krebs by the time the May interviews occurred. He starts out with like five paragraphs talking to Krebs like she was five years old, assuring her that not everything he found out about her was negative--saying she'd been a nurse, helped her bed-ridden granny, worked in a nursing home, blah blah blah. Krebs corrects him (this is on page 20 or 21 of the May interviews) and says controlling granny never was bed-ridden, that she could walk to a chair and sit in "all day." This is the granny that Lee Hill told T was so terrifying! Anyway--Trujillo very soothingly tells Krebs (about 1,000 times) that he's not suggesting Krebs has been lying, but that basically nobody was corraborating her crackpot stories.

This woman is older than I am and everyone around her talks down to her like she's a child. Maybe that's why she gets away with accusing innocent men of rape--nobody holds her accountable.

I re-read some of the 2000 interviews (which I rushed through earlier) and I'm starting to get a clearer picture of Bienkowski. At one point Krebs mentions that one day she and Mommie Dearest were going to a farmers market and Krebs invited MB along--and Mommie got annoyed, saying why did you invite her along? Put statements like that together with the phone messages from Granny telling MB to butt out, and it seems like we might have a therapist who is a bit too involved in her patient's personal life. How many professional psychologists go to the famers market with thier clients? That's a little odd.

 

More interesting tidbits I missed earlier

On page 12 of the 2000 interviews Nancy claims granny had a habit of just handing the phone to her in mid conversation and T tells Nancy he's "confused" about why granny would just hand her the phone when the call was to Granny. Nancy claims she's just "felt" that FW Sr (who was the guy on the other end of the line in this particular case) wanted to talk to her! Isn't that bizzare?

 

Ooops--that was page 14, not 12. At one point Nancy even admits that Nyla White (apparently she got on the phone too) didn't even know she was no longer talking to granny! Nancy starts complaining about how controlling Granny was and how she was always wanting to know who Nancy was talking to on the phone! Probably because Nancy was intercepting calls for her!

 

T rather craftilly asks Nancy if some of these people callling Granny would be "shocked" to discover that unbeknownst to them Nancy had taken the phone! Guys--it is so obvious what's going on here. T asks several times if FW ever knew he was actually talking to Nancy and not granny and Nancy goes all over the place, at one point saying they had two phone lines so sometimes she'd answer the phone, other times she said he called Kreb's phone line directly "up to three times." At this point Lee Hill jumps in (page 18) and tells Krebs "He always knew he was talking to you when he was talking to you" and Krebs says "Oh yeah."

Man this is almost funny. T, totally confused, asks her if granny did or didn't just hand her the phone in mid-sentence, you know like she just said a few minutes before, and Krebs explains that FW always knew he was talking to her. So just forget all that stuff about people being shocked that they were no longer speaking to granny!

 

On page 19 Nancy complains about how Granny always wanted to know where Krebs was even if she left for five minutes (Granny and Krebs were living together) and always wanted to know who was on the phone. Granny also wanted to limit NK's time with MB.

T steers Kreb's back to FW, thank you Jesus, and wants to know SPECIFICALLY what Granny said about FW in regards to the JBR case. Kreb's says Granny thought FW was always "wierd," and that she "knew it was him." So then T demands to know if Granny ever told anyone else this stuff and Krebs doesn't know.

I was told to look for the name of Christoff. If I am remembering correctly. I want to think it was a Jeff Christoff. Christoff supposedly had a Blue Print company and sold it to someone for a couple of million dollars.

I am trying to think of the name of the town in CA that the blue print company was located in. San Lous Ospis? Does that sound familiar to anyone?

I am now wondering if this supposed blue print company was the supposed link to the supposed porno film company?

I ran Mary Bienkowski's name through a search engine the other day and I came up with a lot of geneology sites. Seems the Bienkowski's had a very close family link to a Linda McLean. I don't know if it was the same Linda McLean that wrote, "JonBenet's Mother", and promised all the proceeds from the sale of the book to the JonBenet Ramsey Children's Foundation.

It is strange that none of the proceeds from the sell of her book shows up in the funds of the JonBenet Ramsey Children's Foundation. Where is the IRS? They should be auditing the foundation and the www.friendsforjonbenet.org . Last time I checked the site was down and a sign read that it was currently being updated.. It has been down a very long time. Maybe SuzGoeb realized she was being taken for a ride?

You may be on to something with that possible familial link between Bienkowski and Linda McLean. You should contact National Enquirer with this info. They can run it down.

Does anyone know Bienkowski's maiden name? I always suspected she was the one who set up that poor loser, Nancy Krebs. Bienkowski stinks to high heaven.

Don't forget...

...the two "victim's advocates" who accompanied NK. Shortly after they were at a Family Violence and Sexual Abuse Seminar in San Diego, trying to promote their ritual abuse angle. There were dozens of speakers for a week. Only those two wouldn't agree to have their lectures taped. Were they afraid of leaving a tape trail?

I've been wondering why mame keeps backing this hoax when even she must have to admit nothing adds up. I just spoke to an expert witness in one of the upcoming offshoot trials from the Stephanie Crowe case (I won't say which trial or which expert). But it's clear that the SDPD/DA refuses to see that it's holding a losing hand. Taxpayers should demand that prosecutions not go forward when they are flawed and shameful. But here are mature people too embarrassed to admit their mistakes and lining up for more egg on their faces. If they start quoting the Wizard of Oz, I'll scream. And tell Kevin Costner to stay out of town!
