More Beckner e-mails? Well, whoever did doesn't have a thing to worry about. They don't file charges for such trivial charges such as impersonating a law enforcement officer. Now, of course, if one of us sent those e-mail, we would never see daylight again.

 

I think a certain forum owner was a receiver of one of the new new "Mark Beckner" emails. (It's private so I dare say who and where. )

The BPD should'nt be chicken, if you are reading here, dear Mark, please prosecute this time.

Yep, Jameson has picked them all right. She also begged Scott Peterson to write her. One of the emails from Scotty's lawyers ended up mis addressed and got to the private forum by mistake.

Foster VS Jameson

I know for sure that if Jameson AKA Susan Ilene Shulfelt Bennett goes after Foster again that there will be a retaliation in the form of a law suit filed against Jameson.

I say that I know that for sure, and that is exactly what I mean. I know there was a lawsuit ready to be filed against her in 2001 before Foster accepted the antrax case from the FBI. The only reason it wasn't filed at that time was because the Antrax case was too time consuming.

Let her go after him. Many of us have kept her rantings and slanderous statements she has posted against him on CD's, many are ready to testify on the Professor's behalf. Many in law enforcement are ready to testify that she is a code-six wingnut case. If she is wise, which I doubt, she should keep far away from the good Professor.

Many in authority that are involved in the JonBenet Ramsey case are all on the Professor's side, and will go to bat for him to testify how Jameson has tried to destroy many innocent peoples lives during her years on the forums.

It is my opinion that Jameson is a real nut case, and I am not alone. I for one will do research for the Professor if Jameson goes after him in the Hatfield, or any other case.

Jameson should know when to quit when she is ahead. I know of a CBS producer's wife who will be called to testify about her cutting and slashing sessions during the 48-hours scam that Tracey and Jameson pulled.

Tracey made the remark that the reason they used Jameson on the 48-Hour show is that"They had to take Foster out". That is a conspiracy to thwart justice in a murder case and it is federal.

If Jameson goes after the Professor, she will not only find herself involved in a civil suit, but she will find herself with federal charges filed against her. She is not fooling with the BPD now, she is looking at federal charges of obstruction of justice.

Go for it Jameson. I feel you need to be locked away for the safety of all innocent people that get in your spoiled brat way.

Tell me again how someone anonymously sent you the tapes to sell to the Enquirer for $40,000. I also have been told that you originally asked way more than the $40,000 for the tapes, but you finally accepted $40,000. Talk about trampling on a little childs grave. You have been in this for the money all along. You have sold many things to the Enquirer, and probably other tabs.

I have a feeling that the Ramseys themselves sent you the tapes to sell. Is that so? Never mind, you wouldn't know the truth if it bit you in the butt. It will all come out in a court of law. The Enquirer is not going to lie for you.

After Susan Stine was caught impersonating an officer of the law it really makes me rethink if you had help in the writing of the "Afriend-Patricia" emails. Remember Carol has a snail mail and phone number from one of the persons signing those emails as Patricia and Afriend. Gotcha there. That was only one of your fatal mistakes. I hope you are looking at a life sentence in a federal or state, (I had rather you go to a state facility) facility. I do resent feeding you for all those years, and pray to our good Lord that they do not let you anywhere near a computer during your stay at the Big House.

I hope you're right, Zapata. She's gotten away with too much for too long. It's one thing to defend the Ramseys in her forum, but when you start attacking people percieved as their enemies, well that crosses the line.

I've read Foster's work on other cases and he frikkin rocks. His work is fascinating. Sadly his inexperince with the mentally ill left him unprepared to deal with the likes of Jameson.

Rumor has it that Keenan's office, most likely Smit-- called hir and told hir that if she cannot control herself and stop MEDDLING, there would be obstruction of justice charges filed.

She has cost them way too much time and money with false allegations and false tips that they have had to check out..... Besides trying to destroy innocent people's lives such as the Pughs.

Publicizing CONFIDENTIAL interrogation tapes compromises an investigation, whether the Ramseys are guilty or not. They should have cuffed her right then and there.

Notice that Smit is not mentioned in hir resignation. Most likely Smit was appointed to be the henchman.

Zapata, I will help to do research too. What is being done to Professor Foster is despicable.

If I get more birdy droppings and crumbs, I promise to leave them here....

I have laughed for the first time today.

A canoe ride down the Nolichucky River sure sounds like it should suit Jammy Sue just fine. I note you said down, not back up. What goes down the river never comes back up. Let's hope that is true in this case anyway. Who knows, maybe Jammy Sue can swim upstream to spawn. What and ugly thought! Yuk!

 

They probably don't file charges

against those that impersonate a law enforcement officer because chances are Keenen wouldn't prosecute them. I wonder at times if there is any hope for justice in this case.

If there were justice, Jameson would be in jail for obstruction of justice. Patsy would be serving a life sentence, in my opinion, for the murder of JonBenet Ramsey, or she would be waiting on a stick in the arm, a stick to end all sticks. John would be in prison for covering for Patsy, in my opinion. Note, John and Patsy, I said this is my opinion, and I do have a constitutional right to my opinion.

If there were justice in this case, Steve Thomas, Fleet and Pricilla White, and the good Professor Don Foster would be hailed as heroes and heroines.

Alex Hunter would have been prosecuted for dereliction of duty. Mary Keenen would have been prosecuted for breaking into the war room, and would not have been given the oportunity to run, much less be elected as District Attorney.

If there were justice in this case the Pughs would not have been investigated and accused of pornographic material and acts. Jameson would have been in jail for reporting false statements to law enforcement officers. Lou Smit would have been happily retired instead of being allowed to steal case evidence, and be let show this case evidence to the world with his delirious slant on the case.

If there had been justice in this case Santa Bill would not have been investigated and hounded out of Boulder. He might still be alive.

I still wait on justice for JonBenet.
