Something scary - John Mark Karr in Atlanta

As creepy as Karr is (and I would not want him living next door to me) I think that there is a public lynching of the man going on. I really think that he should be concerned about his safety.

Karr has never been convicted of a crime, and he has never been accused of touching or molesting a child. It is not a crime to talk about a love affair with a 6 year old. No child has come forth from anywhere on the globe to my knowledge and claimed he molested her. Some of the things which are being said on another website about Karr are downright false.

He obviously is mentally ill and I hope his family gets him the help he needs.

Read the transcript from his last 2 tv appearances and you'll see what kind of perp this *** could be or maybe already is. He has NO business being in a neighborhood where children reside and no business residing near a school.

I agree with you. Nobody thinks Karr is a good person, but Karr is being villified largely based on the word of the slimey limey. The American system of justice is based on the principle of "innocent until proven guilty" and "protection of the innocent". Both of these principles are being ignored in Karr's situation.

IMO the slimey limey found a suitable pervert in Karr and spent 4 years coaching him on how to act like the murderer of JonBenet Ramsey. IMO Keenan/Lacy and Tom Bennett KNEW that Karr was not involved with the death of JonBenet Ramsey when they arrested him. IMO Tracey, Keenan/Lacy, Bennett, and others should be held accountable if a well intentioned fruitcake wacks John Mark Karr.

I still think that Michael Tracey should be investigated, and that his computers, including the one he logs in on at the University, should be seized and searched for images of child pornography.

Tracey seemed to enjoy his 4-year online relationship with John Mark Karr just a little toooo much.

I also found it interesting that Michael Tracey characterized his relationship with John Mark Karr as "grooming". That is a terminology which usually refers to an older male homosexual enticing a younger male homosexual.

I'm not arguing that anyone should hurt Karr. I'm not arguing that he should be convicted for crimes he didn't commit.

But Karr has done everything in his power to make himself appear to be the murderer of a child in an infamous unsolved case. He had the opportunity to deny it many times, yet clearly he chose to implicate himself with cameras from all over the world filming. He STILL refuses to say he was not involved, and he's been given the opportunity now on national tv three times since he was released from police custody. He wants the attention, he wants the notoriety, he craves it and he's willing to lie and obstruct a child murder investigation to have it.

I have no sympathy for anything that happens to Karr. He has frightened parents all over the world, and he did so intentionally. Whatever he gets, he begged for it.

Tracey does need to be invesigated though. But, I have to remember we are dealing with Boulder, so he won't be.

 

You got it! I had a major computer failure last night and didn't get back here until just now... Karr can maybe ride in the trunk, I don't want him anywhere near me. It could be like Thelma and Louise. But the plane ticket would be cleaner.

I have no idea what is wrong with my computer. It keeps hanging up and running really slow.

 

He gets no sympathy from me, either. It would be one thing if Tracey had truly trapped him into it. But all he did was dangle the bait, and Karr was only too happy to bite.

 

Not only did he bite but he bit with a vengence. That's my opinion anyway after listening and reading some of his emails and conversations with Tracey.

 

Heck, he's still chasing the hook even though the boat is headed for the dock!

I agree with you, Lurker, I think MIchael Tracey should be thoroughly investigated, and his computers seized.


I understand "grooming" to mean someone just preparing another person for something, whatever that something may be (?). In Tracey's case, I think he was preparing John Mark Karr for the part of being the Ramsey intruder.

Edited to add that I've heard the word associated more with a horse.
