Susan Bennett/Jameson is illegally posting parts of Fleet White's sealed deposition

For someone who, at times, became very incensed at someone copying posts from her forum, it's just too too difficult to believe that she doesn't get that what she did was wrong. If someone gave her an envelope with someone else's money, money that she knew belonged to someone else, does she not believe that it would be wrong to spend it?

Looks like she's trying to be contrite about her actions - she didn't mean to hurt anyone, only did it the best of intentions.... She's sure Fleet won't want to waste his time and money on this... doesm't know who sent her the depo...

    LOL

Carnes might melt and forgive her, not sure that Fleet is such a sucker.

Thanks to jameson's actions, there are probably now hundreds of copies of thoses excerpts floating around - just waiting to be posted on other websites. If Fleet doesn't take action against her, he's going to spend forevermore getting them removed from the Web It also means that lawbreakers get off Scot free - again.

    More jameson

Today she is saying she doesn't know who sent it to her, but she has changed her story. This is what she said when asked where she got it from:-

She admits that she doesn't care what other people think about her doing what she did:-

(Agaim the "BORG" had been asking her whwere she got the depo and what gave her the right to post it).

Proof that she knew Fleet did NOT want the depo made public (thanks to Daffodil):-

Once again, here she is implying that she does know where the depo came from:-

Fleet, I called the judge today and left a detailed message apologizing for my actions taking up her valuable time. I let her know I had NOT recieved her letter but had already removed the threads.

And now I will apologize to you for upsetting you. I want the truth out, don't understand your silence, but have never intended to make you miserable. I have always felt that you, like the Ramseys, was another innocent victim of Jonbenet's killer.

If you decide to come to NC to depose me, I will be happy to chat with you. But you might want to know before you come, I don't know who broke the seal. And if you follow my activities at all, you know I would never ask. Still, if you come, I would love to chat.

I think it is perfectly clear WHO "BROKE THE SEAL."

Jameson always has the best of intentions. Like the time she turned Patsy's housekeeper's husband in to the feds for being a child molester based on nothing.

If anyone in this world has good intentions, it's Jameson.

She keeps giving and giving until there's nothing left to give.

I didn't see where anyone answered this, Rashomon. If it was illegal, no one did anything about it. I'm sure she wasn't sued. And I don't think anyone knows for certain who gave her the interviews.

If I'm wrong, someone please correct me.

Someone correct me if I am wrong but at some point wasn't it at least implied that hirself had been a judge at one time? If so, then s/he knew darn good and well that s/he was breaking the law by unsealing and posting Fleet's deposition.

(Sorry but after all these years some things are just little snip-its in this old memory.)

Yes, you are correct. I was having a Senior Moment I guess. Thanks.

Let's face it though, anyone silly enough to believe an intruder came through this window Smitsit without leaving a thread of evidence just might be dumb enough to hand off a sealed depo and believe hirself would not leak it. ...or more likely believe by leaking it that it might help find said intruder?

I am certain Susan Bennett, former JP or not, no matter what she posted ("I'm not bound by the seal"?), knew full well s/he was breaking the law by unsealing and posting Fleet's deposition.

Good Lord, even I would have known that.

As would most of us. The fact that hirself believes s/he is above the law becomes more obvious with each act of defiance from the posting of porn links and horrific pictures of actual lynchings on hir forum to the betrayal of her alleged friends and now the posting of a sealed deposition.

But then, way back in the beginning on J-7 hirself stated s/he would not hesitate to lie if it was to hir advantage and a person like that is generally morally bankrupt in every other way.

Hirself does not lie nearly as well as s/he would like to believe because so many of us caught hir at it that it would have hilarious - akin to a snowball rolling downhill in an avalanche - had it not been for the fact that we were discussing the murder of a child.

She's still trying to imply that LHP may be involved. She has (or had, it may be down now) this thread there were she's "clearing" certain people, as if she now has the authority in the DA's office to do so.

No, she does not lie well at all.

From my post on topix yesterday:

"You are a brazen liar, ScammySue, but this does not mean your lies sound in any way convincing. You are too dumb for that, plain and simple."

Nice of her to wait until after she posts the transcripts to tell him that, huh? She is forgetting one fact here...that depo. was sealed....it is AGAINST the law to publish it. She should have asked his permission FIRST, he could have had the depo. UNsealed, and then she could have been free and clear to post it. She went about this the wrong way.

You are right about that...first of all she must have not been upfront with those lawyers. She had to have told them that she had no idea where it came from...and that she had no clue that it was sealed. Second of all..yes, she can get into trouble for posting a sealed depo....stupidity is no excuse for breaking the law, but not as much trouble as the person that leaked it to her.

I just find her use of the word "clear" simply astounding, as if she has the right/knowledge/authority to clear ANYONE connected to this case. And why the Kangaroo Court there allows a total stranger to this case to insinuate her self right in the middle after the fact is totally beyond me. How she has set herself up as the "go-to" person on this case is something I will never understand- it must have been a matter of the Rs wholeheartedly embracing someone who loudly (though ignorantly) proclaimed their innocence based on nothing but the fact that they SAID they were innocent. (just like every prisoner on Death Row- they are all "innocent" - so they say).

So by hirself's definition of law breaking - if you light a doobie or open a can of beer and then hand them to me while I am in the driver's seat I have broken no law since I did not light up or pop the top?
