"JK"'s post didn't actually say jameson was ill. Over the years I have learned to read between the lines of jameson's carefully worded posts:-

Serious health concerns - could be concerns about someone else's health. Patsy Ramsey's? Maybe her project was affecting Patsy's health?

"better as soon as she is able"? Better? Better at what? Better at lying? Better at posting? Better at baking bread?

"Forced to take a leave from the forum and other ventures"? Forced by whom? Lin Wood?

Many of us will never take her posts at face value - experience has taught us not to.

 

Yep, my thoughts, exactly. Did Lin Wood force her to take a leave of absence from her project? I think something happened with that project, and she's covering her hinder with "health concerns." This is the way jammy sue operates. Some things never change.

 

Reminds me of the Rita Johnstone saga.

 

Maybe she amassed too much info and her mind exploded.

Or perhaps she's in internet junkie rehab somewhere.

I hope she learns how to keep books while she's away.

Actually WY, you could be right. If the project is not going to materialise, then jameson has three choices:-

1) Admit it
2) Come up with a diversionary tactic
3) Disappear

I don't think there is much likelihood of her "admitting it" and if she disappeared, it would be a lot more final than simply "resigning" with no promises never to post again. If she disappeared, the forum would have to go and a lot of questions would be asked. She would possibly even lose the support of the remaining few diehards.

So coming up with a diversionary tactic might be the solution. An illness, personal problems, a secret reason (insider information which she cannot reveal) ....

The problem is, that "JK" posted that jameson has serious health concerns and that this was the reason why she hadn't been around, and wouldn't be around. Alas, jameson herself had logged in just minutes before "JK" logged in and made the post! The question regarding why jameson herself didn't just make the post is part of the game she is playing.

Since then, neither JK nor jameson have logged in, but "Sunshine" - a likely candidate for a jameson alter has logged in several times. Sunshine has been a rare visitor to the forum since she joined in Jan 2003 and has clocked up a mere 49 posts since then (making the cost of each post more than $2 each LOL).

jameson is almost certainly reading the forums still and she will be aware of this thread. She therefore will know that I and others are watching her "Who's Online" log. If she logs in as jameson or "JK", it will be noted. The question is, will "Sunshine" continue with her very recent spurt of logging in? Or will we see other jameson alters logging in instead.

It's interesting to note that Jeff Johnson - the strangest of all posters - has also clocked up only 48 posts. I've never felt this poster was for real. Could it be that this is an even stranger aspect to the game?

No, that's Courttv Elle. According to one poster, he was banned for making vile posts.

 

I’ve just been thinking about the “big picture†screen that this case takes, and the number of players involved in keeping the Ramseys in the safe place they are in while under the infamous umbrella of suspicion. The chances of them ever being removed from their title of under suspicion is not very likely, at least in the minds of case followers, but that’s not who they needed protection from. In the course of this case their real protectors have, by either design or dumb accident, enabled them to stay under the umbrella of suspicion and away from the under indictment umbrella. When it’s all said and done, under suspicion has kept them warm, dry, and out of the courtroom. Since the facts and evidence are not going to change, that’s the best they can hope for.

How right you are, Little. Regardless of what we hear being said about the Ramseys, they are still safe and sound under that famous umbrella of suspicion, and as far as we posters are all concerned, they will be under it forever and ever, until we can bulldoze them from under it. Amen.

Slight diversion

I have posted many times that I don't read the "BORG" threads at jameson's. They are full of unsubstantiated attacks on members of other forums. jameson has a policy of not linking to "BORG" forums claiming that the "BORG" susbtitute the original pages with porn. Well, that may have happened in the past with links to images, but it's a poor excuse for not linking to another discussion forum. No, the truth is that jameson does not want readers to be able to read the posts that she is attacking - perhaps in case the reader is impressed by the arguments in other forums ... or perhaps so that the reader cannot see that jameson is placing a heavy editorial spin on the post. Who knows?

Anyway, recently, I've been researching something which interests me about the whole jameson/multiple hat thing and I did a search of her forum. I was keen enought to find what I was looking for that I read a "BORG" thread and I found this little gem (which I had never seen before). To me it is absolutely priceless:-

I don't normally quote the whole post, but Margoo has challenged me to do so - thus giving her permission.

What is Margoo attacking? Well, she's attacking me of course but look at what she's saying - she accuses me of editing her posts - selling "knock offs" to my friends.... Firstly, I don't "edit" anyone's posts. Edit means to change and I use copy and paste so that I get the quote correct. I quote and I link because that is "Fair Use". jameson may allow her members to copy entire posts on occasion, but other forums don't. I quote the bit that I want to discuss and I link to the whole post so that anyone else can read the quote in context and decide if my discussion is fair comment or not. Whether margoo understands this or not, it's protocol. To do otherwise is a breach of copyright. I follow the correct practice at all times.

Note that the above post by Margoo comprises entirely of an unsubstantiated personal attack. No (intelligent) specifics. She doesn't say "You said this and it's untrue because...... and here is the evidence". She doesn't say "You edited my post when you made this post [link], here is the original post [link] as proof that you edited my post". Nope. All she does is launch a vicious, personal attack - doing exactly what she (falsely) accused me of doing! This IMO is a classic example of the kind of low quality discussion we get from the RST - seemingly, as a matter of forum policy! No links to "BORG" forums allowed! jameson encourages them to make unsourced, unreferenced, unsubstantiated quotes - and to attack them as they see fit.

As there are no links to what Margoo perceives as my evildoing, I don't know what she's talking about. The thread was about Tracey III and the fact that a few of us took exception to the FACT that the entire documentary served to build a case against an innocent man whom they kept conveniently anonymous (apart from the fact that they showed copies of his documents on screen allowing his identity to be easily ascertained). The FACT that before it could be shown in the US, the whole documentary had to be reworked to remove all references to this man is proof of that.

I would urge readers to read the entire thread that I linked above. It's interesting to look back and see how angry the RST were at this hoax being exposed. They clearly think the "BORG" exposed this piece of fiction as a personal attack on Michael Tracey - never mind the fact that it WAS filled with spin and false claims. We exposed the truth, but the RST clearly did not like that. They are always happy to speculate about any suspect - as long as the name isn't Ramsey.

Note too on the above thread, that jameson mentions her project a couple of times (no-one asked her about it though LOL). I wonder if she'll disappear before we ever see it?

IMO, it is of VITAL importance that jameson's forum - the "official" pro-Ramsey forum is the ONE forum where providing sources is actively discouraged and where personal attacks like the one above are not only encouraged by the forum head, but she happily participates in them - even starting threads for them to develop.

Over the years I have attacked jameson's actions and her words many, many times. I have also attacked the posts of others on that forum, but I always substantiate my attacks and I never, ever resort to the petty name-calling which we see regularly there by the Ramsey supporters.

Finally, Margoo says "You are regularly caught with your 'nickers' down.". Well, actually, it's "knickers" but I knew what she meant. This is a particularly VULGAR expression which I would personally never use. It's an vulgar expression used by vulgar people but perhaps that's just about right.

It is nice Wounded (I thought you were a female btw!) The Ramsey case and the Internet Subculture which has surrounded it has been quite historic. The story is a fascinating one and although there have been plenty of sideshows, there has been an undercurrent of deceit which has had its roots at jameson's forum.

Talking of writing on the bathroom wall.... my daughter has been sitting her final exams and one of them is French. She has taken to putting post-it notes all over the house with words and phrases that she struggles to remember. Seemingly it's a method which works and one of the most effective places of all - is the bathroom wall!

 

Margoo is a particularly nasty piece of work, a trait she has probably worked to develop over the years as she strives to be the biggest and the baddest, the know-it-all of Idiotsville. Her vileness seems to be natural to her, and she shows all the signs of being a control freak herself.

Suffice to say, her character shows through all of her posts, and it's not pretty.

 

Jeez, WY, tell us how you really feel!
