Just glad we can now continue to investigate this and find out just who did it. I believe, and always will believe, the Rams were involved.

Wow, imagine no match. Everyone in my office is now saying, yep, you were right. So now, no charges either? I bet Lizard Tongue can come out of hiding now and go about his life. Hell, all he has to do is keep that forked tongue in his mouth, and lose Tracey as a bud, and the world will continue to wonder, but no one has charged HIM in 10 years yet. Lacey will still think an intruder did it, but they got the wrong guy. Come on out Johnny, or will I have to go to Tennessee to drag your sorry rear end back to Michigan? What a joke that DA is. Oh, My!!!

Mary Lacy has egg on her face, is dining on crow, and has made a big fat fool of herself and of her whole legal team in Boulder.

Now maybe she will try to redeem herself by prosecuting Professor Michael Tracey, and his cohorts Lou Smit, Ollie Gray, John San Agustin, and the whole Hartman family, for obstruction of justice.

If she doesn't, some Boulder taxpayer ( are you reading this, Mr. White?) should bring a civil suit to recover all the taxpayer funds spent following Michael Tracey's false leads.

In addition, the University of Colorado should boot Tracey's out of their school, and ICE should boot his ugly face out of the USA, all the way back to Liverpool.

I think Tracey might think twice before making any more of his stupid crockumentaries, especially after Tricia has exposed him on national TV for the fraud he really is.

I would like to thank Mary Lacy for being the incompetent DA she is and bringing this case back into the public eye in a huge way. She has given Lady Justice a big boost in bringing attention to what's been going on in this case. I hope the media is relentless in getting to the bottom of her obsession with the intruder theory and her advocacy for the Ramseys.

Well, at least now they can't say an intruder suspect wasn't checked out.

 

Consider the intruder theory. He gags her and ties her hands.

How was she supposed to grab at the garrotte and scratch her neck all up?

As a matter of fact, how was she supposed to scream if her mouth was duct taped?

The BDA better start thinking about this evidence and decide what was real and what was staged. To date, they believe the staged evidence was real. And so we have a child who was tied up, gagged and stun gunned.

Someone want to explain how she could have screamed and scratched at her throat?

But if the BDA wants to fall back on the scream and scratches, then it has to turn it's entire case around and ADMIT that the crime scene was staged.

Oh what a tangled web we weave when first we set out to deceive!

Nancy's Gone Nutso!

Ya know Cherokee ... I used to like Nancy Grace, but after she got her own show, I noticed that her ego was clearly getting in the way. When I first saw her on "Talk Back Live" she was truly refreshing and she had the ability to cut through the b.s. pretty quickly.

She had a lot of my admiration then .... but over the past year I've clearly noticed that she gets many facts wrong and she has a very bad habit of cutting people off ... something she must have picked up from LKL when she guested there often.

Still she amuses me every once in a while .... You know, I was convinced that over the years, she shared the same views that most of us here have on the Ramsey case ..... am I wrong in that assumption?

Could the producers of her show be directing the stance she is taking lately? Clearly, she hates JMK, as most people do .... but somehow I was expecting her to put JMK in the same category as she did with Garagos' truckload of suspects (e.g. gypsies, tramps & thieves) in the Peterson case.

Fame seems to have definitely changed the young gal I used to watch & admire on Talk Back Live (CNN) years ago.

Glad I don't watch her show much anymore ....

Nancy Grace sounded like she was attempting to find some other way to tie him to the crime now that the DNA doesn't match. And she went on about all the hair and fibers found on the duct tape and the blanket that don't match any of the Ramseys. She wanted so badly to pin this crime on Karr (or anyone) that she's resorted to making stuff up.

If she knows so little about his case, she has no business talking about it. Maybe Wendy will give her a visit and kick her butt into next week and let her know that the fibers found on the duct tape do, in fact, match the very jacket the Patsy was wearing that night.

 

They cannot afford the Ramseys the same status as Karr because not only does karr's DNA not match, he also has no fewer than 5 alibis who say he was in a State 1800 miles away from Boulder!

 

Soooo ... What now for Karr. Will the BDA just release him onto thre streets of Boulder with busfare, and a hardy handshake?

Reporting has been conflicting on whether or not charges surrounding Karrs California porn case have been dropped. If so, and IF Karr wants to go back to Thailand, then who pays the airfare?

My guess is that book publishers are waiting outside the ol' jailhouse with HUGE "Publishers ClearingHouse"-type cardboard checks to sign Karr tp a book deal. He sould be able to afford some pretty spectacular silicon ti.tties for what hir'll be paid!
