Thank you Levi. I blew it. Just not used to it. :-( I may be too late now it's a minute after midnight.

I didn't realize you were actually posting here, Levi, until I checked over the posts. *blush* No fun being a Senior.

Thank you kindly. I'll check back tomorrow and listen to it. A radio host who actually talks to the posters. I'm impressed. :)

Elle, I beg to differ with you on the "normal" label being applied to the possibility that Burke molested his little sister. I do not think that inserting anything into the vagina of a little sister is normal. Any time there is a power relationship, it is considered molestation, and this includes a disparity in ages. Sex exploration by children of the SAME AGE is "normal," as in, you find your child and her friend naked and comparing body structures. An older sibling, even just 3 or 4 years older, exploring the body cavities of a younger sibling with a finger or other object, is not in any way normal.

If Burke did this, I would bet the farm that he had seen porn previously.

That was not what I meant heymom. I was just meaning innocent curiousity. I wouldn't use the word molest and curiousity in the same breath. Oh no! what was done to young JonBenét with the broken paintbruh shaft looks more like someone older trying to cover up previous intrusion(?). I realize you know much more than I do about this from your posts.

Thank you Levi. Just listened to it. It was interesting to hear other people thinking along the line of same thoughts as myself. A pedophile is not going to break into a house and spend time writing a ransom note. One of the women said, a pedophile just wants to get the kid and have some fun. She stated the abduction of Polly Klaas as an example. I think this is the way a pedophile would work.

It was good to hear someone say they didn't think it was a Stranger Homicide.

I also heard someone say this DNA which Mary Lacy is claiming to be the killer's has not shown up again, and if this person was a repeat offender it would have shown up by now. Good thinking! It was also good to hear someone say Mary Lacy should never have announced this DNA news.

I heard both you and Levi, Dave, loud and clear. It was good you weren't nervous on the air. Hard with so many other people contributing, and talking about such a delicate subject, but you did. Good for you.

It is very good of you Levi to join us here and give us your time. Thank you. We need all the help we can get. :)

Yeah, if this WERE a real pedophile killer, there would have been an epidemic of child beauty queens killed by now.

No reason to be nervous. It's not like Wendy was there! (LOL!)

Just listened to the repeat and Dave, congrats! You did very well! This DNA crapola just pizzes me off because like they were saying, you have to look at the whole picture. Damn Mary Lacey.

Anyone interested in contacting the President of the National D.A.s
Assoc., in reference to Lacy? Check out their website below.

Please note that at the bottom left of the page is the Organization's address, in case any of you great sleuths have questions for Mr. Fox.

(I have so many questions that I wouldn't know where to begin; so, I'll leave it to others, far better qualified, to explain our frustration at Lacy's recent "Ram-Pardon," to the top man in that group. It would be something if he responded).

Too bad I couldn't listen to it because the audio function in my PC doesn't work anymore. :banghead:
According to the interviews, it was a black wool shirt made in Israel, fibers from which had been found in the size 12 underwear.

Yes. I did read this information again, rashomon, thank you. I don't think I read John, like Patsy was still wearing this same black wool sweater the morning of the 26th. We all read that Patsy was still in the same clothes she wore at the whites.

Strange thing here about these black fibers. As Wendy Murphy kept pushing on Sunday's show with Levi, the underwear was brand new
just out of a packet of large size 12 panties, couldn't this have been John Ramsey who redressed her and grabbed the first pair of panties he could find, not knowing he was putting on a size 12, if he was part of the cover up. However, underneath these large panties, I'm sure JB was also wearing pullups. Any mention of fibers in those?

The disgusting thing about this sad case, is the disturbing part of the paintbrush being thrust internally to put it politely. Such a delicate subject, but Patsy and John Ramsey's lives were at stake here. JonBenét was already gone, they had to think of saving themselves, and the fact that evidence puts them on the spot tells me they were capable of
trying to camouflage previous sexual penetration with JonBenét.

If it wasn't John, then we are back to my friend Thor's theory who has always thought a Ramsey male was involved, which throws John Andrew and Burke into the picture with John(?).

There are those who feel parents couldn't do something like this to their own child. I think the Ramseys could when they saw their llives slipping away from them, should they be found guilty of this crime. This is why this cover-up was planned psychologically during the night.

Sorry about your audio not working, rashomon. On Sunday's recording, one of the female guests said she didn't think it was John because he was cheating on Patsy. I've always felt with John cheating on his first wife Lucinda, this man didn't need to sexually molest his own little six year old daughter, he would have found another ready willing female; therefore this puts him into the picture of protecting someone else.

I think you would know where to begin Greenleaf. I was hoping someone high up in the legal world could intercede Mary Lacy's decision. I just can't believe the American Justice System would allow DA Lacy to get away with this (?).

I'm a Canadian but I would happily help you in any way I can. I know you have brilliant mind with all the posts you have on this board.

Wasn't the sweater actually red which Patsy had worn under the jacket at the Whites' party?
Grabbing the first pair he found would make sense. But it then it is strange that the police could not find the remaining set of the Bloomies, despite Patsy claiming she had put them in the drawer with the rest of JonBenet's underwear. The stager of the scene obviously did not want the police to find the set.
I don't think JonBenet was wearing pull-ups when found dead. IIRC, it was just the size 12 underpants and the longjohns.

Sure was. Just a little confused, is all.

Good to talk to you again, rashomon. It's been a long time.

The fact that JonBenét was a bedwetter, I'm assuming the pullups were essential rashomon. There was a packet of pullups half falling out the cupboard if I remember correctly. This would need to be checked out. I don't have my Steve Thomas Book any more. It was a paperback and fell apart, so this will substitute for it.

It is true that a packet of open pullups was found, which was just another indicator that Jonbet still had problems in that field.
Aside from bedwetting, she had frequent daytime wetting and also soiling accidents, which is very unusual for a child well over six years old.
But was she also wearing pull-ups on that fatal night?
If she had, I'm more inclined to believe Patsy would not have flown off the handle over an 'accident', since the pullups would have 'caught' the mess.
Maybe JonBenet, after coming home from the Whites, (not having worn pullups there), had an accident while she had not yet gone to bed, and it was then when Patsy furiously yanked open a pair of pull-ups to put on her for the night, and it all came to a head ...
Not very likely imo, because going by such an assumption, the evidence: (wooden splinter from the paintbrush) would imply that Patsy in a rage, went down to the basement, broke a paintbrush, went upstairs again and then 'attacked' JonBenet with it.
As oposed ot ST, the FBI CASKU experts were of the opinion that the vaginal wound indicated staging.
If it was staging, then the stager wanted to hide something. What what was to be hidden? Chronic sexual abuse maybe?
But John's shirt fibers were also found there.
