Since Gov. Bill Owens of Colorado is a Republican, is there something that he can legally do about Lacy?

 

Well from what I understand Owens had some choice words for Lacy regarding this idiotic mess, but as we've seen for a decade now--the odds are nothing's gonna happen to anybody. They're all probably trying to "help" Karr now, since he is a "victim of mental illness." Blech.

 

DA Colleen Truden was recalled in 2005. So we know that recalling DA Lacy wouldn't be a first in Colorado history.
