Yes. Experts reviewing the autopsy concluded that some of the injuries happened before that night, and the size of JB's vagina (much larger than normal for a 6-year old) was seen as evidence of this. Also, her hymen was rubbed (eroded or abraded) away, not broken, and that doesn't happen at once. Unfortunately, there is no way to say how long this abuse had been occurring. It could have been something that had gone on for months, years, or days.

 

Thanks, again, DeeDee. I can't believe LE isn't interested in who could have been sexually abusing JB for so long. Her parents certainly didn't seem to care. This abuse must have SOMETHING to do with her murder.

 

Yes, this is one of the biggest mysteries in this case--evidence of prior sexual injury ignored by the Ramseys, their so-called detectives looking for that old intruder, and LE, as far as we know.

That tells me it's KEY in this murder. It's pure evidence that would lead to the killer. And it's ignored for 14 years by everyone investigating it.
