Lacy submits 2007 budget

I guess Boulder City Council had to come up with some way to recoup the money Lacy spent bringing Karr back to Boulder.

 

Gosh, they took all the fun things away! Pretty much everything on that list used to happen on the Mall...that was why we would go up there just to gawk. Shoot, they've gotten all tight-arsed lately.

Oops, I see they missed HAVING SEX! Whoopee!

Toss
Chuck (No, you just "throw" bottles)
Cast (BTW, you don't "cast" darts, you throw them)
Flick (Hey, you wanna go and flick a Frisbee or somethin'?
Launch
Hurl (I'll bet there's hurling in the bars...or behind them...)
Propel (Who ever heard of "propelling" a snowball?)
Sling (Or, for that matter, "slinging" a stick?)

Someone knows how to use a thesaurus! Impressive!
