Blood oozing from the vagina? But then it would be on the longjohns. The blood on the nightgown is a puzzle...unless the blood was on the fingers of the person doing the wrapping.staging. That may explain how it got on the blanket. The blood on the shirt is probably what came from her mouth and/or nose.

I have thought it was probably from someone's hands.

Also, remember there were bloodstains on the pillowcase, as well. The one on the bed.
